Science learning needs to be designed to enhance not only conceptual understanding but also the creative thinking skills and global diversity. This research aims to analyze the effect of differentiated project-based science learning integrated with Engklek game on students’ creative thinking and global diversity on Work, Energy, and Simple Machines. This research is quantitative with a quasi-experiment type and a non-equivalent control group design. Based on the result MANOVA test, a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 means there are differences in creative thinking and global diversity simultaneously between students with science learning and students who get differentiated project-based science learning integrated with Engklek game. However, the average result of the N-Gain test of the experimental class, which showed an increase in creative thinking skills of 22.97 and the global diversity character of 19.22 are included in the low category. This concludes that differentiated project-based science learning integrated with Engklek game affects students’ creative thinking skills and global diversity, but the increase is not yet effective.
