This study aims to analyze the influence of Teaching Factory (TeFa) on the development of entrepreneurial spirit among students in vocational education through a systematic literature review. The method used is a literature study examining 20 scientific articles published between 2020 and 2026 in various indexed vocational and technical education journals, including Scopus, SINTA, Google Scholar, and DOAJ. The results show that the implementation of Teaching Factory consistently has a positive and significant effect on the development of entrepreneurial spirit among vocational high school students, covering dimensions of entrepreneurial motivation, creativity, innovation, entrepreneurial competence, and entrepreneurial readiness. All 20 reviewed articles concluded that TeFa has a positive influence on entrepreneurial spirit. TeFa has proven effective as a learning model that integrates actual production processes with teaching and learning activities. Supporting factors for success include synergy with industry, teacher competence, structured management, and completeness of production facilities. This study recommends strengthening TeFa implementation across all vocational high schools in Indonesia as the primary strategy for developing the entrepreneurial spirit of the younger generation.
