It can make the new innovations in education aspect, so that it can change the paradigm that be better and develop. It has aims to reform and repair that concern in attitude and rule, and there is support information. It can be chance to give the information toward implementation of human resource to make corporate, believe, in regulation that decision to get stability and attitude that be base committee to make innovation in education aspect.
