This reseach entitles ââ¬ÅThe Implementation of Teaching and Learning Tool og Earluy Years Children Education (PAUD) Study Program as Away to Increas Teacher Profesionalizm Through Teaching Practice Competence by Using Playing Strategy to The Students of PG.PAUD FKIP UNSRIââ¬Â. The aims of this reseach are to enable the reseacher to describe the activities of students skill in writing lesson plan and skill in implementing teaching and learning process in PAUD (Ealy Years Children Education) and also to increase the implementation of teaching and learninf activity in PAUD. This action reseach involued 19 pre service students of PAUD of FKIP UNSRI. Data collection were in the form of a recording of teaching practice and lesson plan. Data obtained werw teachers activity in writing lesson plan and the implementation. The data were anlyzed through several steps identifying, classifying and generalizing. The result showed yhat the scores of lesson plan writing and its implementation were increased. àKey words : implementation, learning tools, professional.
