Abstract

This reseach entitles “The Implementation of Teaching and Learning Tool og Earluy Years Children Education (PAUD) Study Program as Away to Increas Teacher Profesionalizm Through Teaching Practice Competence by Using Playing Strategy to The Students of PG.PAUD FKIP UNSRI”. The aims of this reseach are to enable the reseacher to describe the activities of students skill in writing lesson plan and skill in implementing teaching and learning process in PAUD (Ealy Years Children Education) and also to increase the implementation of teaching and learninf activity in PAUD. This action reseach involued 19 pre service students of PAUD of FKIP UNSRI. Data collection were in the form of a recording of teaching practice and lesson plan. Data obtained werw teachers activity in writing lesson plan and the implementation. The data were anlyzed through several steps identifying, classifying and generalizing. The result showed yhat the scores of lesson plan writing and its implementation were increased.   Key words : implementation, learning tools, professional.

Abstract

Abstract. The general problem in this study is "How is the effectiveness of computer learning game's models for early-childhood cognitive development the scope of the development of the concept of shape, color and size?" Computer learning game's model? 2. What is the cognitive development of children in the scope of the development of color concepts after applying computer learning to game models? 3. What is the cognitive development of children in the scope of the development of the concept of size after applying computer learning to game models? 4. Does the game learn a computer model has a significant influence on improving early-childhood cognitive development in the scope of the development of concepts in shape, color and size? The method used is the quasi-experimental method of time series design. The instruments in this study are objective tests and observations. The research hypothesis was tested using paired sample's t test. The results of this study are: 1. Ho: computer learning games model does not have an influence on early-childhood cognitive improvement the scope of the development of the concept of shape, color and size. 2. H1: computer learning games model has an influence on early-childhood cognitive improvement in the scope of the development of the concept of shape, color and size. Abstrak. Permasalahan umum dalam penelitian ini adalah “Bagaimana efektivitas pembelajaran komputer model games terhadap perkembangan kognitif anak usia dini lingkup perkembangan konsep bentuk, warna dan ukuran?” Secara lebih rinci, masalah tersebut terdiri dari: 1. Bagaimana perkembangan kognitif anak lingkup perkembangan konsep bentuk sesudah diterapkan pembelajaran komputer model games? 2. Bagaimana perkembangan kognitif anak lingkup perkembangan konsep warna sesudah diterapkan pembelajaran komputer model games? 3. Bagaimana perkembangan kognitif anak lingkup perkembangan konsep ukuran sesudah diterapkan pembelajaran komputer model games? 4. Apakah pembelajaran komputer model games memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan perkembangan kognitif anak usia dini lingkup perkembangan konsep bentuk, warna dan ukuran? Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuasi eksperimen time series design. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini adalah tes objektif dan observasi. Hipotesis penelitian di uji dengan menggunakan paired samples t test. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah: 1. Ho : pembelajaran komputer model games tidak memberikan pengaruh terhadap peningkatan kognitif anak usia dini lingkup perkembangan konsep bentuk, warna dan ukuran . 2. H1 : pembelajaran komputer model games memberikan pengaruh terhadap peningkatan kognitif anak usia dini lingkup perkembangan konsep bentuk, warna dan ukuran.

Abstract

Persediaan bahan baku merupakan salah satu masalah yang penting yang dihadapi oleh perusahaan, seperti pada PT. Shyang Yao Fung yang bergerak dibidang manufaktur. Persediaan bahan baku yang terlalu besar ataupun terlalu kecil dapat menimbulkan masalah dalam perusahaan. Kekurangan persediaan bahan baku akan mengakibatkan proses produksi terhambat. Sedangkan persediaan bahan baku yang terlalu banyak akan menimbulkan biaya ekstra terutama mempengaruhi terhadap keuntungan perusahaan. Penulis menemukan beberapa masalah seperti penumpukan bahan baku digudang yang mengakibatkan bahan baku menjadi rusak dan menurun kualitasnya. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan diatas maka penulis mengusulkan untuk membangun aplikasi untuk mengendalikan persediaan bahan baku digudang. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi, dan studi pustaka, sedangkan metode perancangan  yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah pendekatan objek oriented analyst and design (OOAD) dengan menggunakan unified modeling language (UML), perangkat lunak yang akan dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Visual Basic.NET dan Database MySQL. Hasil yang ingin dicapai adalah dapat membangun aplikasi yang diharapkan dan mampu memberikan kemudahan pada perusahaan untuk melakukan proses pengelolaan persediaan barang secara praktis, cepat dan mempermudah pengguna untuk mencetak laporan.

Abstract

This research aimed to develop science teaching media in the form of learning applications that use the help of iSpring Suite. The development of ecosystem material science learning applications is made to maximize the use of smartphones owned by students and reduce the various negative impacts of using Android in learning. The Research and Development (RD) method using a procedural model, was applied in this research. The data collection instruments in this study were validation sheets, student response questionnaires, and test questions. The test subjects in this study were 48 fifth-grade students at Ibnu Rusyd Islamic Elementary School. The Ekoland learning media feasibility test result is 71.95% from the percentage criteria of 61%-80% which shows very feasible results. and declared feasible because it is greater than 61%. The effectiveness level of Ekoland learning media is 93.75% from the percentage criteria of 61% -80% which shows decent results, and it is said to be effective because it is greater than 80%. Based on the results of the study, it is stated that the development of Ekoland learning media developed with android-based using the iSpring Suite application influences the increase in student learning outcomes in understanding ecosystem material in science learning and can provide a positive response from the use of android that maximizes the benefits of using android in education. Research has had a positive impact on improving science learning in schools, showing that Ecoland has a positive impact on students' learning outcomes and understanding of ecosystems.

Abstract

Musibah Covid 19 yang oleh WHO (World Health Organization) telah ditetapkan sebagai pandemi ini bukan hanya sekedar masalah kesehatan belaka, jauh dari itu meliputi seluruh aspek yang juga melemahkan kondisi perekonomian. Tiongkok, sebagai negara yang menjadi episentrum penyebaran pertama virus ini yang notabenenya negara ini merupakan negara dengan ekonomi terbesar kedua di dunia, tentu saja sangat mempengaruhi laju perekonomian global. Beberapa lembaga riset kredibel dunia pun memprediksi dampak buruk dari wabah ini terhadap laju ekonomi global. Termasuk Indonesia, mentri keuangan, Sri Mulyani Indrawati pun memprediksi dampaknya terhadap ekonomi dengan skenario terburuk bisa mencapai minus 0,4 %. Diantara bentuk upaya yang diserukan dan dilakukan oleh dunia untuk mengurangi penyebaran wabah ini adalah dengan social distancing, di Indonesia sendiri lebih diberlakukan physical distancing (Jaga jarak fisik). Namun sayangnya, gerakan ini berpengaruh pada penurunan aktivitas ekonomi secara keseluruhan. Upaya ini memberi kebaikan di satu sisi namun juga berakibat pada penurunan Agregate Supply atau penawaran agregat dan Agregate Demand permintaan agregat akibat pembatasan aktivitas dan hanya berdiam diri di rumah yang juga mempengaruhi pada penurunan terus menerus jumlah produksi. Maka akibat pandemi virus Covid 19 ini, sangat besar dan potensi perannya dapat dimaksimalkan demi kemajuan perekonomian khususnya di Indonesia. Saat ini masyarakat tentunya sangat memperhatikan kesehatan, salah satunya mengonsumsi dan membeli produk yang higienitasnya terjamin. Maka produk halal lah yang akan mengambil posisi pasar pada perekonomian era new normal. Tujuan penulisan adalah ingin mengetahui bagaimana peran industri halal dalam membangun kembali perekonomian di era new normal ini. Adapun metode yang digunakan menggunakan metode pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, merupakan upaya memahami berbagai konsep yang ditemukan dalam proses penelitian, dengan menggunakan teknik kontent analysis (Analisis isi) dan riset kepustakaan (Library research). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan proyeksi industri halal di era new normal yang potensial dengan kesesuaiannya dengan kondisi, peluang, dan upaya pemerintah dalam pengembangan ekonomi di era new normal. Maka di era kebiasaan baru ini, pemerintah, pelaku bisnis, dan masyarakat dapat beradaptasi dengan pola ekonomi baru demi memajukan perekonomian di era new normal.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Solvency and Company Growth on Switching Auditors and their impact on Audit Delay. This study uses secondary data with a population, namely manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange as many as 138 companies with an observation year of 2019-2021. The sampling technique used in this study is purposive sampling with multiple linear regression analysis methods for direct testing and Sobel test for indirect testing. The results of this study show that solvency does not have a significant influence on switching auditors, Company Growth does not have a significant influence on Switching Auditors, Solvency does not have a significant influence on Audit Delay, Company Growth has a significant influence on Audit Delay, Switching Auditors do not have a significant influence on Audit Delay, Switching Auditors are unable to mediate the effect of Solvency on Audit Delay and Switching Auditors are unable to mediate the effect of Company Growth on Audit Delay.

Abstract

Humorous language is very necessary in forming emotions and interactions among teachers and students. Humor provides a positive side in the form of a more pleasant atmosphere and causes laughter. The aim is to eliminate boredom or tension in the classroom through humor. Based on researchers' observations, humorous language is often considered not to be important in the learning process at school. In fact, to form emotions and interactions that are not rigid in students, it is necessary to use humorous language. This research aims to (1) describe humorous texts in the Instagram account @ngakak.tiap.hari. (2) use of humorous texts as teaching materials for learning Indonesian. The data used in this research is humorous text on the Instagram account @ngakak.tiap.hari, while the data source used in this research is fifteen posts on the Instagram account @ngakak.tiap.hari. which contains humorous text. The data collection used in this research was the listening and note-taking method. The data analysis technique related to this research uses pragmatic matching and referential matching methods with the technique of selecting determining elements. The validity of the data in research uses theoretical triangulation.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the impact of inner pressure experienced by the main character Miyaichi Kazuki on his teenage life in the Hotto Roodo movie in terms of Abraham Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory. This research is included in the literature study. The method used in this research is literary sociology. The method used in this research is literary sociology because the formal object in this research is related to the psychological aspects of the character. The theory used in this research are narrative structure theory and Abraham Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory to analyze the impact of inner pressure experienced by the main character Miyaichi Kazuki on her teenage life in the Hotto Roodo movie by director Takahiro Miki. Based on the analysis of the process of fulfilling basic human needs in Kazuki's teenage life, the author finds that there is one basic human need that has been relatively fulfilled in Kazuki's life, namely physiological needs. Then the other four levels of needs appear to be unfulfilled in Kazuki's life. The unfulfillment of basic human needs in Kazuki's life led to various feelings that eventually caused mental distress for Kazuki's character. The effects of inner pressure experienced by the main character Miyaichi Kazuki in his teenage life in the film Hotto Roodo by director Takahiro Miki include fear, easily offended, insecure, depression, and physical and mental exhaustion.

Abstract

This study examines the vitality of the Lampung language in urban areas of North Lampung, addressing the ongoing phenomenon of mother tongue language shift. Employing an ethnolinguistic framework with a combination of quantitative and qualitative methodologies, the research engaged 200 respondents across two age groups (15–30 years and >30 years) from three regions: Kotabumi, South Kotabumi, and North Kotabumi. Data collection was conducted via questionnaires, with analysis guided by UNESCO's language vitality parameters and results visualized using the ArcGIS application. Findings indicate that the Lampung language holds a "vulnerable" vitality status, with an average index score of 0.56. Notably, three parameters were identified as critical: intergenerational transmission (0.46), domains of language use (0.49), and new media and domains (0.38). These results underscore a persistent language shift over the past decade and provide an empirical basis for formulating policies aimed at revitalizing and preserving the Lampung language in urban contexts. Penelitian ini mengkaji vitalitas bahasa Lampung di wilayah perkotaan Kabupaten Lampung Utara, dengan menyoroti fenomena pergeseran bahasa ibu yang terus berlangsung. Menggunakan kerangka etnolinguistik dengan kombinasi metode kuantitatif dan kualitatif, penelitian ini melibatkan 200 responden dari dua kelompok usia (15–30 tahun dan >30 tahun) di tiga wilayah: Kotabumi, Kotabumi Selatan, dan Kotabumi Utara. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner, dengan analisis berdasarkan parameter vitalitas bahasa UNESCO dan visualisasi hasil menggunakan aplikasi ArcGIS. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa bahasa Lampung berada pada status vitalitas "rentan," dengan skor indeks rata-rata 0,56. Secara khusus, tiga parameter diidentifikasi sebagai kritis: transmisi antargenerasi (0,46), domain penggunaan bahasa (0,49), dan media baru serta domainnya (0,38). Hasil ini menegaskan pergeseran bahasa yang terus berlangsung selama satu dekade terakhir dan memberikan dasar empiris untuk merumuskan kebijakan yang bertujuan untuk merevitalisasi dan melestarikan bahasa Lampung di konteks perkotaan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of leadership and management competence of madrasah principals on the entrepreneurial spirit of teachers in MTs Kuningan Regency. The problem raised in this study is the low entrepreneurial spirit of teachers, which is allegedly closely related to leadership factors and management competencies that are not yet optimal. The novelty of this research lies in combining in-depth analysis of the relationship between educational leadership and managerial competence and its impact on entrepreneurship development in the context of Islamic education. Using qualitative methods, data were collected through in-depth interviews and document studies from various madrasahs in Kuningan Regency. The findings of this study show that the leadership of madrasah heads has a significant influence in shaping the entrepreneurial spirit of teachers, while management competencies have not had an adequate impact. The main conclusion of this study emphasizes the importance of improving the leadership capacity of madrasah principals in encouraging innovation and entrepreneurial spirit among teachers. The implication of this research is expected to be the basis of policy development and training for madrasah principals to strengthen the quality of leadership and management that is more adaptive to the needs of teachers in developing entrepreneurship.
