Abstract

Preparation of Learning Implementation Plan (RPP) in senior high schools is generally done using Microsoft Word and archived in a way in print (hardcopy) .With berjalanya hardcopy filing period will take place and the process of accessing the RPP was less effective. RPP data access is required untukKegiatan Learning and Teaching (KBM) and for the renewal of the RPP made the beginning of each new school year. This can be overcome with the help of systems and information technology. A web-based information systems can be used to process data RPP, storing / archiving the data centrally so that effective and efisiien RPP accessing and archiving.

Abstract

The use of Accounting Information System (AIS) is very helpful in accommodating all the information needed to make an accurate decision. Indicators in determining the good and bad performance of an information system can be seen through AIS user satisfaction and usage. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of top management support, system quality and information quality on AIS user satisfaction. The sample selection method used was purposive sampling. The research sample was 147 people consisting of administrators, loan officers and savings at 29 Lembaga Perkreditan Desa (LPD) in Ubud Subdistrict. The data in this study is primary data which is the answer from the questionnaire. The regression results show that all variables have a significance of 0,000. It shows that top management support, system quality and information quality have positive influences on Accounting Information System user satisfaction.

Abstract

Globalization resulted in fiercer competition between the companies. To be top in the competition, companies must have good management in achieving the company's main objectives and obtain the maximum benefit effectively, efficiently and economically. Currently, the company has used information technology to carry out its business activities. However, any technology used by the company should always be evaluated, whether the use of these technologies provide a good contribution to the user and also companies that use them. This research is aimed to obtain empirical evidence of relationship between accounting information system quality, trust and loyalty of system with user performance. This study uses updated D&M IS Success Models categories to measure the system. Those categories are System Quality, Information Quality, Service Quality, System Use, User Satisfaction, and Net Benefits. This research has used questionnaires which were proceed and analyzed by multiple regression analysis method. The process of data analysis are validity and reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple regression analysis, and hypothesis testing analysis. The hypothesis analysis uses simultaneous regression analysis. The results show that System Quality, Information Quality and Service Quality have a significant effect on Use and User Satisfaction simultaneously. Use and User Satisfaction have a significant effect on Net Benefits, Trust and Loyalty simultaneously. Net Benefits, Trust, and Loyalty have a significant effect on User Performance simultaneously.

Abstract

The level of business competition of an organization at this time is increasingly high. This is caused by economic factors and the presence of new competitors. Many organizations do not have the ability to deal with these conditions. Management of innovation and improvement that is limited by time, cost and quality are referred to as project management. Many methods, techniques, and tools have been developed, covering all aspects of project management from start to finish. If project management practices are implemented correctly, it allows for increased efficiency and productivity. In this study, how project management is implemented by evaluating the use of project management tools and effectiveness in supporting projects that run in the organization of PT. XYZ. This is done by distributing questionnaires to 30 respondents involved in the project that was carried out in 2018 to the present. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis and inferencing using SPSS used to determine the use of tools and project management techniques. Results in this study project management tools and techniques most often used by PT XYZ are progress reports, activity lists, and project charter. From the position positional factors and managed project costs factors are have significant value that affects the use of project management tools and techniques at PT XYZ in Indonesia

Abstract

Since organization change from stable to emergent condition, information system (IS) as part oforganization should have capability to follow the changes of requirement from the functional purposes andinteractivities with the users. Abstract

AbstractThis research was aimed to know how Information Gap Activities improved students? speaking in asking and giving information on the Seventh Grade Students of SMP Adisucipto in Academic Year 2016/2017. The research was conducted using Classroom Action Research in three cycles. The research participants were the English teacher and 14 students of the Seventh Grade. The data were collected through field notes, students? speaking performance, and teacher?s interview. The results showed that students? speaking skills in asking for and giving information improved from cycle 1 to cycle 3. Students? vocabulary improved through preparation of information gap, dividing students into two groups, and forming pairs to find required information supported by other strategies such as using pictures, using a shopping catalogue, sorting information from text, and using grid. Students? ability in asking questions of specific information improved through preparation of Information Gap Activities and forming pairs to find required information supported by other strategies such as introducing questions-answers together and using grid. Meanwhile, students? activeness improved through all of the steps in Information Gap Activities. Forming pairs to find required information gave the students chances to practice their speaking skill in asking and giving Information which improved students? willingness to speak and reduces students? shyness.Keywords:     Information gap activities, asking for and giving information, speaking.

Abstract

Persepsi Pengelola terhadap Peran Sistem Informasi Manajemen (SIM) Berbasis Teknologi Informasi (TI) pada Pengelolaan Administrasi Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Kota Mojokerto Abstract: The role of management of  information systems based on information technology is very important in school management in improving the quality of services, processes, and student achievement. Therefore, this study aimed to uncover and describe perceptions of the role of manager of IT-based SIM in the vocational administration school in Mojokerto. This research uses descriptive quantitative research design and performed in 9 vocational schools in Mojokerto with 45 managers of academic administration as a population. The sampling technique used is saturated samples (the entire population were sampled). The Results of this study are: (1) In general, the perception of the role of manager of IT-based SIM dalampengelolaan relatively important SMK administration, shown by the average (mean) score = 144.22 (or 72.11% and categorized important); (2) there is a distribution manager answers perception of the role of IT in the management of SIM-based vocational diverse academic administration. These results demonstrated by the high standard deviation value is 16.419. Based on the findings, some suggestions that can be submitted are: (1) the principal to continue to improve the utilization of IT in the management of SIM-based academic administration of the school, and (2) the Department of Education can take the policy relating to the use of SIM-based implementation of IT in the management academic administration at SMK SMK which to date has not done. Key Words: perception of managers, management information systems, information technology, administration of vocational high schools Abstrak: Peran sistem informasi manajemen berbasis teknologi informasi sangat penting dalam pe-ngelolaan/manajemen sekolah dalam peningkatan kualitas pelayanan, proses, dan prestasi belajar siswa. Untuk itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap dan mendeskripsikan persepsi pengelola terhadap peran SIM berbasis TI dalampengelolaan administrasi SMK di Kota Mojokerto. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dan dilakukan pada 9 SMK di Kota Mo-jokerto dengan 45 pengelola administrasi akademik sebagai populasinya. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh (seluruh populasi diambil sebagai sampel). Hasil penelitian ini adalah: (1) secara umum, persepsi pengelola terhadap peran SIM berbasis TI dalampengelolaan administrasi SMK tergolong penting, yang ditunjukkan oleh rata-rata (mean) skor = 144,22 (atau 72,11% dan terkategori penting); (2) terdapat sebaran jawaban persepsi pengelola terhadap peran SIM berbasis TI dalam pengelolaan administrasi akademik SMK yang beragam. Hasil ini ditunjukkan oleh nilai standar deviasi yang tinggi yaitu 16,419. Berdasarkan hasil temuan, beberapa saran yang dapat disampaikan adalah: (1) pihak kepala sekolah untuk terus meningkatkan pemanfaatan SIM ber-basis TI dalam pengelolaan administrasi akademik sekolah, dan (2) pihak Dinas Pendidikan dapat mengambil kebijakan yang berkaitan dengan pelaksanaan pemanfaatan SIM berbasis TI dalam pengelolaan administrasi akademik di SMK-SMK yang sampai saat ini belum melaksanakannya.Kata kunci: persepsi pengelola, sistem informasi manajemen, teknologi informasi, administrasi sekolah menengah kejuruan

Abstract

Disaster management includes distributing logistical assistance to disaster victims. The implementation of this distribution must occur at the right time, at an appropriate location, on target and be appropriate to the needs of the victims. This research aims to design an information system to improve the performance of disaster relief operations by managing the information while monitoring and evaluating humanitarian relief operations.Consequently, understanding the primary determinants of user acceptance behavior has become a vital aspect in the successful implementation of the information system. The Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) model is a tool to investigate and give a better understanding of the factors that affect the potential users’ acceptance and use of an information system. This research used 131 different informants from different groups of potential users to measure performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, and facilitating conditions. The results have shown strong relationships between four aspects of the measurements for the acceptance of all parties involved in humanitarian relief operations.

Abstract

Reinwardtia 14 (2): 249 - 258. - Ecological protection strategies, designed by sharing information and integrating data, play an important role in defining interconnections and interdependencies in research as well as in increasing global awareness. The Geographic Information System (GIS) web server is one technology solution to improve the interoperability and sharing between the biodiversity databases of an organization and the databases of other research groups. In this paper, a database system integration framework based on GIS technology and a GIS server system using the latest cloud-based technology have been developed to incorporate biodiversity databases in Asian region. A GIS server is a GIS web platform integrating multiple geodatabases and provides data display and query, allowing users to apply internet browsers to manipulate the functions and query the data, etc. To demonstrate the effectiveness of a GIS web server, plant biodiversity survey dataset of Mt. Gede Pangrango, West Java in Indonesia, was given as a case study for development and utilization of biodiversity information system in Asian region.

Abstract

The right of citizens to obtain information has been regulated in article 3 of Decree number 14, 2008 on Public Information Openness. The mandate of Law no. 14 of 2008 has been well implemented by the Aceh government by establishing the Main Information and Documentation Management Officer (PPID) of Aceh. The problem is Aceh through PPID Mainly has gained the best achievement in national level transparency category of public information but the level of indication of corruption is also high in Aceh. The better the level of transparency of public information of a region, the lower the number of corruption.The writing of this thesis aims to explain the performance of Aceh's main PPID in obtaining the best achievement at national level and to explain the relationship between transparency of public information of Aceh PPID with indication of corruption in Aceh. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods and the data collection was conducted through interview and library research.The results of the study show that the main PPID of Aceh is the preparation of Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), building the official website, coordinating and coaching for PPID assistant in related offices, and compiling public information list both in PPID Utama Aceh and also accompaniment in PPID helpers. The transparency of public information only works well in Aceh's main PPID, but not in the Aceh government as a whole.The conclusion is that the performance of PPID Utama Aceh has been maximal or good in implementing Decree number 14, 2008 so as to obtain the best performance at the national level. Achievement of transparency of public information acquired by Aceh's main PPID does not affect or can not suppress high levels of corruption indication in Aceh.Keywords: Good Governance, Transparency of Public Information, Corruption
