Abstrak Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk membangun sebuah sistem perpustakaan yang berhubungan dengan sistem berbasis komputer, sehingga proses pendataan dapat dilakukan dengan lebih cepat dan efisien serta dapat meminimalkan kesalahan. Metode yang digunakan untuk merancang aplikasi ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan melakukan teknik wawancara dan observasi secara langsung dalam pengumpulan data yang dibutuhkan serta melakukan penelitian kepustakaan yang relevan. Model pengembangan sistem penelitian ini menggunakan metode waterfall. Dari penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa sekolah memerlukan pengolahan data informasi perpustakaan sehingga diharapkan penelitian ini menghasilkan informasi yang lebih baik dengan sistem terkomputerisasi. Kata Kunci: Aplikasi, Sistem Informasi, Perpustakaan, SMK Otomindo, Berbasis Java. Abstract The research objective is to build a library system that is associated with a computer-based system, so that the data collection process can be done more quickly and efficiently and can be subject to error law. The method used to design this application is a qualitative method by conducting interviews and direct observation in researching the required data and conducting relevant literature. The research system development model uses the waterfall method. From the research concluded that schools need library data processing so that this research is expected to produce better information with a computerized system. Web-Based Book Loaning and Retrieval Information Systems at Bengkayang Library and Archives Service is one of the centers of community information and archival arrangements established under Bengkayang District Regulation No. 4 of 2006.The data processing processes carried out at the Bengkayang Library and Archives Service are generally still manual, such as recording on member data, book data, borrowing data, and book returns.In order to help the library to be able to improve services in the loan and repayment process to be faster and more accurate. The method of developing the Book Loan and Returns System is made using the waterfall method as a system developer tool, while for collecting data the writer uses observation, interviews and library studies conducted at the Bengkayang Library and Archive Service.The design of the system created aims to minimize the level of errors found in the library, using the web created as a program, Mysql and PHPMyadmin as a database, Wamp Server as a database liaison. With this computerized system to achieve an activity that can support the activities of Lending and Returning Books to be more effective and efficient compared to the first system.

AbstractThe aim of this research is to know the distribution of elementary school in Baturradensub-district of Banyumas Regency and to know the condition of library and facilities ofelementary school library in Baturraden Sub-district of Banyumas Regency. Theresearch was conducted in Baturraden Sub-district of Banyumas Regency. The subjectsof the study are primary school and the manager of elementary school library. Thisresearch is a qualitative descriptive research with spatial approach which is oneapproach in geography. Data collection techniques with observation, interview anddocumentation. Data analysis uses interactive analysis which includes reduction,display, verification and GIS. The results showed that the primary school distributionof Baturraden sub-district is clustered with distribution pattern following path oraccessibility path. The number of books and equipment in the library has not been inaccordance with the subjects and the number of students in the school, so that thecondition of the facilities and infrastructure of elementary school library in Baturradensub-district has not complied with the standard set by the government.Keywords: facilities and infrastructure, primary school library, geographic informationsystem

Pengelolaan sirkulasi buku pada perpustakaan UBP Karawang telah menggunakan sistem manajemen perpustakaan yang bersifatopen source. Sirkulasi buku sering kali tidak berjalan baik karena sering terjadi kehilangan buku. Susunan buku pada rak tidakberdasarkan klasifikasinya, terjadi antrean saat proses peminjaman dan pengembalian buku. Maka penelitian ini dibuat berdasarkanperkembangan teknologi saat ini banyak yang dikembangkan salah satunya yaitu Radio Frequency Identification (RFID).Pengembangan sistem informasi dengan perangkat RFID akan meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan. Mengatasi antrean yang terjadipada peminjaman dan pengembalian buku lalu dapat mengidentifikasi buku pada rak. Perancangan alat RFID sebagai masukan danNodeMCU melakukan proses pembacaan lalu memperoleh keluaran berupa informasi pada tag RFID. Aplikasi pengembangansistem untuk membantu melaksanakan proses sirkulasi buku juga menjadi output dalam sebuah perancangan. Terdapat teknologiInternet Of Thing berfungsi untuk mentransfer data melalui jaringan. Merancang web application development dan web applicationexisting dilengkapi dengan penerapan Client URL (URL) untuk menerima dan mengirim data. Pengembangan sistem informasidengan IOT menggunakan perangkat RFID berbasis NodeMCU untuk proses pendataan buku baru, peminjaman buku danpengembalian buku. Sistem dan perangkat alat dilakukan berdasarkan dengan prosedur penelitian dan memperoleh hasil bahwateknologi IOT dengan perangkat RFID dan NodeMCU berhasil diterapkan pada sistem informasi perpustakaan. Keberhasilanpembacaan tag sebesar 72,22%.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem informasi perpustakaan berbasis web di Fakultas Psikologi dan Ilmu Pendidikan UMSIDA, mengetahui kelayakan sistem informasi perpustakaan berbasis web dan mengetahui kemudahan pelayanan dengan menggunakan sistem informasi perpustakaan berbasis web. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan (Research and Development) dengan menggunakan model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation). Instrumen pengumpulan data penelitian ini menggunakan angket kemudahan pelayanan. Kelayakan sistem informasi perpustakaan berbasis web dinilai oleh ahli media dengan indikator makes job easier, usefull, enchance efectiveness, improve job performance, design. Hasil validasi oleh dosen ahli media sebesar 88.42% dengan katergori sangat layak. Berdasarkan hasil angket kemudahan pelayanan yang telah diisi oleh pengguna sistem informasi perpustakaan FPIP diperoleh tingkat kepuasan terhadap kemudahan pelayanan sebesar 92.4% dengan kriteria sangat puas. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan sistem informasi perpustakaan berbasis web sangat layak digunakan dalam meningkatkan kemudahan pelayanan di FPIP UMSIDA. The purpose of this study is 1). Generate a Library Information System application according to needs that include book inventory data, journal data on borrowing and repayment, search data for book collections, and library membership data at SMP Negeri 1 Ngaringan; 2). Development of desktop web-based library information systems as a reference for decision making and education unit policies in evaluating the performance of school principals. As well as information services for the academic community of SMP Negeri 1 Ngaringan; 3). As one of the requirements for obtaining a Bachelor's degree, in the Undergraduate Study Program of Informatics Education at the Faculty of Science at Ivet University. This research is a Research and Development research in the form of a web-based library information system application that is run locally. The development model used is a waterfall which includes, needs analysis, design, implementation and final testing. At the design stage of this study using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) model as a reference in the system being built. Whereas the testing phase of this information system focuses on aspects of functionality and usability. The results of the study were obtained as follows;(1) web-based library information system is developed with codeigniter and waterfall development models from the stages of analysis, design, implementation and testing. (2) the functionality aspect of each system runs with 100% success. While the results of testing conducted by this system are included in the category of "Very Strong / Very Worthy" with a value of 96.18% in the usability aspect. Ibnu Aqil is an educational institution characterized by Islam with the understanding of ahlussunah wal jama'ah, founded by the Haji Agus Salim Bogor Foundation in 1992, amidst the rapid development of information technology, libraries at Ibnu Aqil Middle School in book data collection and book lending are still running manually, for example In borrowing data collection, it is still recorded in books so that it has shortcomings, namely making it difficult for librarians to search for borrower data, checking book availability cannot be done, recording borrowing and returning books often writing errors. Based on the description above, the writer tries to analyze and study the feasibility of the system running at Ibnu Aqil Middle School which the author wrote on a scientific proposal entitled Design and Build Information System for Book Borrowing in the Library of WEB-Based Ibnuaqil Middle School. in the library that can manage book lending and calculate fines automatically so that you can find out the weaknesses that exist in the library to improve the quality of better service to students. The development of this system uses the waterfall method and uses Data Flow Diagrams (DFD) for structured modeling, the programming languages â€‹â€‹used are PHP, javascript, HTML, CSS, PhpMyAdmin as the database. This information system can make it easier to carry out the transaction process for borrowing books in Ibnu Aqil's library.

Accounting information system becomes an important role for a business entity both profit business entity and non profit business entity. In fact, in the operational activities of the University Surabaya’s Library on Tenggilis, the existing information systems are still not working optimally and causing various problems. The findings of researchers are relate to differences in the status of books, length ofbook search on the shelf, as well as the number of queues that are sometimes long at certain hours also vandalism. For that, we need an analysis and system design that can help solve existing problems. This study aims to determine how the system design, especially on service cycle based on IoT in improving the quality of service at the Ubaya’s Library on Tenggilis. This recommendation used System Development Life Cycle from system analysis stage to physical design stage which is limited to relationship database creation. Researchers recommend NFC-tags, smart shelf library systems, smart libraries, AppIT, hand-held readers, SMS Gateway also reward and punishment system.

Berdasarkan pengamatan langsung, perpustakaan SMK Pancakarya merupakan perpustakaan yang seluruh aktivitasnya masih bersifat manual dan belum menyediakan fasilitas booking buku untuk para anggota secara online. Hal tersebut mungkin dapat menimbulkan permasalahan dalam memberikan pelayanan kepada para anggota dalam mencari informasi data buku dan melakukan peminjaman buku. Karena sistem yang ada masih manual menyebabkan para anggota kesulitan dalam mencari buku karena terkadang buku yang dicari tidak dapat ditemukan ataupun buku yang ingin di pinjam tidak dapat di pinjam karena sedang di pinjam. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk merancang suatu sistem informasi perpustakaan berbasis web yang terdapat fasilitas pencarian buku dan booking buku secaraonline sehingga nantinya dapat memudahkan para anggota serta dapat diaplikasikan pada perpustakaan SMK Pancakarya Tangerang.

Hampir di seluruh penjuru dunia sudah menggunakan Teknologi Informasi. Teknologi Informasi saat ini telah menyebar di semua bidang tidak terkecuali di bidang ilmu pengetahuan terutama Perpustakaan. Karena kemajuan teknologi penting untuk membantu mempermudah pengolahan data agar informasi yang dibutuhkan lebih cepat dan akurat. Sistem yang berjalan saat ini di SMKN 3 Kota Tangerang masih manual dan masih banyak kekurangan, seperti pendataan buku, kurangnya SDM, dan koleksi–koleksi buku yang belum lengkap. Hal tersebut menyebabkan lambatnya pembuatan laporan perpustakaan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan untuk membantu perancangan sistem adalah metode observasi, wawancara, studi pustaka, UML, Analisa SWOT dan perancangan prototype. Perlunya sistem terkomputerisasi dan aplikasi perpustakaan berbasis website untuk memudahkan dalam pencarian informasi yang diinginkan dan membangun suatu sistem informasi perpustakaan yang lebih struktur, seperti memantau buku apa saja yang banyak dipinjam dan berapa jumlah buku yang masih ada semua itu dapat kita ketahui tanpa melihat buku catatan perpustakaan. Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka dibuatlah system informasi desain perpustakaan berbasis pada SMKN 3 Kota Tangerang, diharapkan desain web perpustakaan tersebut dapat membantu masalah yang ada pada sistem perpustakaan tersebut supaya memudahkan stakeholder dalam pengolahan data.
