Background of the study: This study examined the Application of ICT in Dissemination of Information in Selected Special Libraries in Ilorin Metropolis, Kwara State, Nigeria. Three Special libraries from the metropolis of the state comprised the sample population of the study; Central Bank of Nigeria Library, Michael Imoudu Institute of Labor Studies Library and Ghalib Chamber Library.Purpose: The study employed a survey research design using the Enumeration sampling technique. A questionnaire was used to obtain data from the respondents. The population of the study consisted of twenty-one (21) respondents which comprised of library professionals and library assistants. The usage of Email to render CAS is not a norm in these special libraries.Method: Data collected from the field were analyzed using descriptive method of analysis.Findings: Apart from CAS, it was found that selective dissemination of information (SDI) is not done with the aid of technological tools in these Libraries and these libraries rarely make use of OPAC to provide easy access to their resources, efficiency and effectiveness of ICT in the dissemination of information were not realized because of the low usage of ICT to drive operations in the library. The study recommended that there should be a standard alternative source of power for proper Usage of ICT facilities and management of special libraries should help their users in subscribed for a database that would assist them in having access to robust information.Conclusion: The study concluded that ICT facilities are put in place in the selected special libraries are not adequate and are as well not fully utilized. It was gathered that the usage of ICT facilities to render services like current awareness services (CAS) is not up to expectation.

Medical record information system in Tegal Arum Rimbo Subdistrict health centers of the young Kabupaten Tebo is a system designed to makes the recording, processing, and report rendering penyamapaian patient medical information needed for the activities of the clinic.This system is developed by using Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 program and Program My SQL create database.This system is very important to make it easy to manage medical record data quickly and efficiently.Data areas in Tegal Arum Rimbo Subdistrict health centers of the young Kabupaten Tebo are still manually so there is still an error in the data storage and management of medical record (human error).The design of this medical record information system aims to make it easier to enter and manipulate data in the medical record and displays the reports required by the clinic.Development of the medical record information system was designed using the method of System development life cycle (SDLC) which consists of three main stages of analysis, design, and implementation.The results of the medical record information system pemrrograman this is an application to perform the recording of the patient's medical record out and can display a report that consists of patient data reports based on date of admission, outpatient data reports.The design of the system is expected to simplify the process of managing the medical record data and create reports in public health to produce accurate data.

This research was conducted to illustrate the readiness of S1 Accounting students in entrepreneurship and their readiness to compete through familiar information technology that can relate to their understanding of the quality of accounting information that is ultimately needed for decision making and accountability. The results of this study indicate the link between the Entrepreneurial Soul and the introduction of positive and significant information technology to the quality of accounting information. By looking at the correlation coefficient, Entrepreneurial Soul has a higher correlation coefficient on understanding Accounting Information Quality than Introduction to Information Technology on understanding Accounting Information Quality. Therefore, in order to increase understanding of the Quality of Accounting Information, it is necessary to improve the Entrepreneurial Soul and Introduction of Information Technology.

Pelabuhan adalah tempat yang terdiri dari daratan dan perairan di sekitarnya dengan batas-batas tertentu sebagai tempat kegiatan pemerintahan dan kegiatan ekonomi yang dipergunakan sebagai tempat kapal bersandar, berlabuh, naik turun penumpang dan/atau bongkar muat barang yang dilengkapi dengan fasilitas perpindahan intra dan antar moda transportasi. Informasi pelabuhan dibutuhkan oleh para pengguna laut, memuat letak pelabuhan, keadaan hidrografi, morfologi daerah, keadaan iklim, identifikasi pelabuhan, area lego jangkar, daerah karantina, sarana bantu navigasi pelayaran (SBNP), stasiun radio pantai, bahaya navigasi, fasilitas pelabuhan, kepanduan, fasilitas umum, fasilitas pendukung, pelayanan umum, keagenan kapal, pejabat pelabuhan dan perhubungan. Sebagai wajah negara maritim pelabuhan harus menjadi prioritas, termasuk masalah teknologi informasinya. Model informasi pelabuhan dengan Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG) dibangun dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak ArcGIS 10.2, meliputi langkah penyiapan peta dasar dengan digitasi peta laut setempat. Pengisian detail area, dengan referensi dari Peta Laut No. 85, Peta Laut No. 86, Buku Informasi Pelabuhan, Buku Daftar Suar Indonesia, serta Publikasi dari Pelabuhan Tanjungpriok. Detail area dan objek selanjutnya diberikan atribut identifikasi objek, penambahan atribut khas (unique), penambahan atribut kapasitas, selanjutnya disusun dalam bentuk geodatabase. Hasil model informasi pelabuhan berbasis SIG dalam bentuk geodatabase ini, memuat informasi mengenai letak pelabuhan, identifikasi pelabuhan, area pelabuhan, area lego jangkar, daerah karantina, SBNP, fasilitas umum, fasilitas pendukung, pelayanan umum, dan keagenan kapal. Model informasi pelabuhan dalam format geodatabase ini cocok digunakan bagi kantor hidrografi dan otoritas pengelola pelabuhan. Pemanfaatan langsung bagi para pelaut dalam bentuk terapan di kapal, masih memerlukan langkah pekerjaan selanjutnya dengan mengadopsi geodatabase tersebut kedalam peta navigasi elektronik (electronic navigational chart/ENC).

This researchwas conducted to determine the success level of the implementation of Siskeudes (Sistem Keuangan Desa ? Village Financial Information System) by using the updated DeLone and McLean information system success model that had been adjusted to the implementation of Siskeudes as a mandatory information system in Villages in Majalengka Regency, West Java. This research examined the impact of quality of system,quality ofinformation, and service quality on user satisfaction, and the impact of user satisfaction on perceived net benefit. Data wereobtained from questionnaires distributed to 65 respondents in Majalengka Regency. The methods used in this study was descriptive analysis with path analysis, while for hypothesestesting, the t test was performed and also the p-value test. The results of this study indicated a significant effect of system quality and the quality of service on user satisfaction, and also the effect of user satisfaction on perceived net benefits, but showed no significant effects of the quality of information on user satisfaction.

The development of information is currently growing rapidly, in the era of globalization television media (TV) is still the favorite choice for the public in getting an information as needed. With the advancement of technology in television and internet media, television broadcasting can not only be done on television sets but can also be broadcast via computer devices, laptops and cellphones with streaming technology based on websites and mobile. Streaming technology services are already widely used in website-based television stations in the user's need to facilitate online television broadcasts. But not only television stations that have streaming TV websites, every university has a streaming TV based website. To build a TV streaming website design, the WordPress blog engine application is used using the PHP programming language with the xampp application needed on the MariaDB database, as well as the local apache web server and YouTube Unas TV as a server in the streaming process. The final results of this study with the campus TV streaming website can make one of the electronic media that can inform campus activities streaming through the TV streaming website application, by using the internet students can view campus information media and can access it anywhere

Alumnus is someone who has graduated from high school or college and has an important role in showing image and quality, because the alumni association forum is not just a forum for friendship between alumni, but also a forum for discussion and communication in an effort to advance higher education. Until now, alumni of the National University (UNAS) integrate and communicate only through social networks such as WhatsApp and Facebook, so with this web-based internet facility, alumni can utilize and facilitate communication between alumni. This web-based social network is designed not only to connect alumni from the National University (UNAS) but can establish relationships between National University lecturers (UNAS) and can exchange information in various types such as job vacancies, training, professional certification, campus environment activities and information others that are useful for alumni and lecturers of the National University (UNAS). This site was created by first starting the system design using UML then proceed with the creation of a user interface and using the PHP and MySQL programming languages as database management. This site still has some shortcomings both in terms of features and security
