Abstract

The National University Quality Assurance Agency (BPM) is a form of quality assurance organization at the National University to guarantee the fulfilment of quality standards in the management of education, research and community service. However, the database system at BPM is not sufficient enough to do the data processing that is needed, namely where BPM does not have master data yet. Therefore, a database system design is needed so that BPM has its own system to facilitate the processing of data in each unit, and later each unit is able to upload the regulations made based on access to the Quality Assurance Unit (UPM) itself. In managing this data MySQL database software and PHP programming language are used for the server idea. The purpose of building a database system at BPM is so that data processing of existing regulations can be more flexible and efficient.

Abstract

At this time technology is a must in advancing performance in every organization and various other activities. One example of the application of technology that will be explained in this study is the design of information storage and data processing systems at the website-based quality assurance agency (BPM) at Nasional University. UPM by processing and storing it in the system to upload regulations made based on each access of UPM and online will be able to see the results of the Rector's Decree in public and can be downloaded as a PDF file. Previously in making reports from the Chancellor's Decree and other regulations, it still applied a manual system which could not be seen publicly and would take a lot of time and be less flexible. If UPM has made regulations for the Chancellor's Decree, it can be seen publicly where other UPMs can see the report of the Rector's Decree that has been made. In designing this web-based BPM system, the author uses the PHP programming language for the idea server and MYSQL for the database server. In addition, the Captcha system is used to verify first when logging into the BPM system. The purpose of the BPM system can be used as flexible processing and storage of regulations, making it easier to help speed up the process of activities more quickly.

Abstract

Web Blog as a means of writing for several people, including writers. The design of this web blog information system aims for students to make work in the form of articles about knowledge, personal experience, tutorials, or troubleshooting, news and others, about any writing that is not violates the rules of writing or can hurt the relationship / offend others. Web applications / services make it easier for users to publish an information they have through writing that is made into a post on a web. The blog also consists of various texts, images, hypertext, and several links (which connect several pages - pages from other web sites, audio, video, and other files). Students can interact and share all the information in the National University room with the aim to help students get the information sought. The software development method is done by using the SDLC Waterfall method. This website that is used dynamically presents information that is always up to date. Abstract

Asset Management is one of important keys in institutions. Therefore, each asset that is owned must be optimally, effectively and efficiently managed in order to give proper advantages to Institutions. The National University is the oldest private University in Jakarta. The National university has a lot of assets to support its operational such as computers, air conditioning, vehicles, laboratory equipment and etcetera. Currently the asset management systems at National University is still using Microsoft excel. it causes the process of the asset Recording, asset maintenance and asset Report at national university are less Optimal. it takes longer time to trace the data of the assets. To overcome the issue, an Information system is needed. This Research Uses waterfall method. This information system (of fixed asset management) is created using PHP programming language and using MYSQL as the database. The presence of this website-based (fixed assets management) information systems hopefully can facilitate the general administration officer to work more effective and efficient in managing the assets.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the efficiency of inventory management of medical equipment and drugs in the pharmacy installation of RSUD HAMS Kisaran Hospital using the EOQ method. This study uses a qualitative approach, data obtained by conducting interviews and observations to the pharmacy installation of RSUD HAMS Kisaran Hospital. The data collected is then processed using the EOQ (Economic Order Quantity) method. Pharmacy installation is part of the hospital in charge of organizing, coordinating, regulating, and supervising all pharmaceutical service activities as well as carrying out pharmacy technical guidance in hospitals. At present the pharmacy installation of RSUD HAMS Kisaran Hospital has not efficiently controlled the supply of goods as its function. Procurement of goods is done by recapitulating the data of whatever items are needed, then made a purchase of the goods. Inventories of goods are calculated manually on average use of goods per month without any details regarding storage costs and inventory ordering costs for one item of goods. EOQ is a method used to determine the number of purchases of materials at each order with the lowest cost. The results of the research that has been done, using the Economic Order Quantity method can help the pharmaceutical installation of HAMS Public Hospital. The range is to find out the inventory data, the number of items to be ordered, when to order the goods, and how much it costs to meet these needs so that the process inventory management can be carried out more effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

The strategic role of information systems is to help management in providing information that can support decision making. Companies need to think about how information systems that are already owned and will be developed to achieve success. The purpose of this study is to predict user acceptance of Odoo information system at PT. Cardig Anugrah Sarana Catering (CASC) using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) based on the effect of perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness and the addition of perceived user attitudes (attitude toward using) to Odoo information systems. The results of this study that the use of Odoo information system can be well received by users of information systems in PT. Cardig Anugrah Sarana Catering.

Abstract

The logistics management information system of CV ANITA KS was made because the company is still utilizing a logistical management system made by Microsoft, namely Microsoft Excel, so that the data is still in files and is not neatly stored in the database. This application was made to facilitate the work of logistics administration in managing existing logistics and facilitate monitoring of logistics conditions in the company. This information system application was created using the PHP programming language and using the Mysql database. The design of this application begins with attention to the state of the company and then asks the questions needed to make an overview of how this application will be made, then do the design and manufacture of the system. The system is made with various references obtained, then carried out trials with localhost and run with Firefox browser.

Abstract

Background of the study: This study examined the Application of ICT in Dissemination of Information in Selected Special Libraries in Ilorin Metropolis, Kwara State, Nigeria. Three Special libraries from the metropolis of the state comprised the sample population of the study; Central Bank of Nigeria Library, Michael Imoudu Institute of Labor Studies Library and Ghalib Chamber Library.Purpose: The study employed a survey research design using the Enumeration sampling technique. A questionnaire was used to obtain data from the respondents. The population of the study consisted of twenty-one (21) respondents which comprised of library professionals and library assistants.  The usage of Email to render CAS is not a norm in these special libraries.Method: Data collected from the field were analyzed using descriptive method of analysis.Findings: Apart from CAS, it was found that selective dissemination of information (SDI) is not done with the aid of technological tools in these Libraries and these libraries rarely make use of OPAC to provide easy access to their resources, efficiency and effectiveness of ICT in the dissemination of information were not realized because of the low usage of ICT to drive operations in the library. The study recommended that there should be a standard alternative source of power for proper Usage of ICT facilities and management of special libraries should help their users in subscribed for a database that would assist them in having access to robust information.Conclusion: The study concluded that ICT facilities are put in place in the selected special libraries are not adequate and are as well not fully utilized. It was gathered that the usage of ICT facilities to render services like current awareness services (CAS) is not up to expectation.

Abstract

Medical record information system in Tegal Arum Rimbo Subdistrict health centers of the young Kabupaten Tebo is a system designed to makes the recording, processing, and report rendering penyamapaian patient medical information needed for the activities of the clinic.This system is developed by using Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 program and Program My SQL create database.This system is very important to make it easy to manage medical record data quickly and efficiently.Data areas in Tegal Arum Rimbo Subdistrict health centers of the young Kabupaten Tebo are still manually so there is still an error in the data storage and management of medical record (human error).The design of this medical record information system aims to make it easier to enter and manipulate data in the medical record and displays the reports required by the clinic.Development of the medical record information system was designed using the method of System development life cycle (SDLC) which consists of three main stages of analysis, design, and implementation.The results of the medical record information system pemrrograman this is an application to perform the recording of the patient's medical record out and can display a report that consists of patient data reports based on date of admission, outpatient data reports.The design of the system is expected to simplify the process of managing the medical record data and create reports in public health to produce accurate data.
