Abstract

This study analyzes the effectiveness of the Population Administration Information System (SIAK) in population administration services in Rejomulyo Village, Panekan District, Magetan Regency. Using descriptive qualitative methods through interviews, observation, and documentation, this study examines five indicators of effectiveness: productivity, quality, efficiency, flexibility, and satisfaction. The results show that SIAK has increased the productivity of population data management with a faster and more organized process. Service quality has improved significantly, evidenced by the administration compliance award from 2021 to 2024. Time efficiency has increased drastically from days to 15-30 minutes, saving transportation costs and community labor. Flexibility is demonstrated through the adaptation of village officials to new technologies and the appointment of dedicated operators. The level of community satisfaction has increased thanks to easy access and speed of service. Challenges faced include limited human resources and the condition of computer equipment. This study concludes that the implementation of SIAK in Rejomulyo Village has been effective in improving the quality of population administration services to the community.

Abstract

Banyumas Regency has high tourism potential, both in terms of nature, culinary, and culture. This study aims to assess the accuracy of geographic positioning (longitude and latitude) in a web-based Geographic Information System (GIS) to ensure the accurate and reliable presentation of tourist destination location data. Accurate spatial data is essential for planning, navigation, promotion, and improving visitor experiences through enhanced digital mapping and integrated tourism development strategies. The method used is prototyping, which allows the initial system development to be tested and refined based on the results of accuracy measurements. The system was developed using the Google Maps API and the PHP programming language and integrated with a GPS device to obtain real-time coordinates. Testing was conducted by comparing the field coordinates with digital map data to identify positional deviations. Analysis was carried out spatially using the Positional Accuracy Tolerance approach to improve the accuracy of the maps visualized in the Tourism Geographic Information System. The results of the study indicate the need for recalibration at several location points to improve the system's precision. This GIS is expected to provide valid location information for tourists in planning their tourism trips.

Abstract

This study proposes a design for a Plant Anatomy course by adapting Marzano's instructional framework to develop students’ information analysis and processing skills. The focus of the Plant Anatomy course is determined because it requires complex cognitive processing to integrate knowledge about plant tissue structure with changes in plant structure based on adaptation strategies in their habitat. This study employs a quantitative method, utilising information analysis ability tests and process skills tests as its instruments. The data were analysed descriptively using an assessment rubric. The design is then tested on 106 undergraduate students in Biology Education taking the Plant Anatomy course during data collection at a university in West Java, Indonesia. The results showed that the Marzano-based plant anatomy course design could facilitate students' information analysis and processing skills due to a conducive learning environment, the utilisation of prior knowledge, the development of thinking potential, the delivery of meaningful information, contextual learning, and cooperative learning. This study further proposes using this design when studying materials with a high concept interconnection.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi di bidang konstruksi telah mendorong penggunaan metode digital dalam perencanaan dan pelaksanaan proyek, salah satunya melalui Building Information Modelling (BIM). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan BIM dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak Tekla Structures dalam proses estimasi volume pekerjaan struktur baja pada Proyek Pembangunan Jembatan Kimi di Kabupaten Nabire, Provinsi Papua Tengah dengan type jembatan TRUSS A-80M. Metodologi yang digunakan meliputi pengumpulan data lapangan, gambar teknis, dan spesifikasi material, yang kemudian dimodelkan secara digital dalam lingkungan BIM menggunakan Tekla Structures. Pemilihan metode ini dilatar belakangi karena sering terjadinya kesalahan dalam proses perhitungan yang dilakukan secara manual dalam menghitung volume struktur tersebut. Pada penelitian kali ini jika kita bandingkan dengan tonase yang di tetapkan oleh data PU 282.370 Kg Sedangkan Volume Jembatan setelah di gambar melalui Tekla structure yaitu 224.859,84 Kg. Dalam perbandingan antara kedua volume tersebut ialah 57.510,16 Kg atau 57,510 Ton. Jadi hasil perbandingan volume perhitungan manual dengan menggunakan Tekla sebesar 20,36%.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the strategic communication implemented by the Youth Information and Counseling Center (Pusat Informasi dan Konseling Remaja or PIK-R) Bunga Harapan in promoting the Marriage Age Maturity (Pendewasaan Usia Perkawinan or PUP) program among adolescents in East Bogor. The PUP program seeks to increase youth awareness of the physical, mental, and social readiness required before entering marriage, aligning with Indonesia’s national efforts to prevent early marriage. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method, focusing on the communication strategy framework of Lasswell—who says, what message, in which channel, to whom, and with what effect. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation from PIK-R coordinators, peer educators, and target adolescents. The findings show that PIK-R Bunga Harapan effectively applies interpersonal communication and social media campaigns as the primary channels for delivering PUP messages. Message design emphasizes emotional and rational appeals, using relatable language and local cultural values to encourage behavioral awareness. However, limited funding, uneven information access, and inconsistent participation remain significant obstacles. The study concludes that well-planned strategic communication, supported by youth participation and institutional collaboration, is crucial in strengthening the effectiveness of the Marriage Age Maturity program and reducing early marriage rates among adolescents.

Abstract

The aim of this article is to analyze the annual reports of companies included in the LQ45 index from 2022 to 2024, with a particular focus on the boards of directors and commissioners, and to compare these with financial ratios and management reports. One way for businesses to communicate their financial information to interested stakeholders is by publishing financial reports. However, these reports alone do not always provide a comprehensive picture of the company's overall financial performance. To obtain a clearer insight into a company’s financial performance, financial ratios are used as analytical tools in the evaluation of financial reports. This article's goals are to (1) identify the most widely used and interesting ratios among investors and (2) summarize the findings from the examination of the reports submitted by the boards of directors and commissioners. This study employs a frequency-based research approach and utilizes quantitative data. The findings of this article offer an overview of the analysis of board of directors and commissioners' reports, along with fifteen commonly reported financial ratios found in the annual reports of companies listed on the LQ45 index from 2022 to 2024. We have shown that investors can benefit from financial ratio information and management reports when making decisions.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to develop strategies for improving service quality through the E-Sikap application at the PT. Endah Manunggal Persada Clinic. The method used in this community service activity is descriptive-qualitative. The results of the patient satisfaction survey in the registration and general examination units indicate that there are two elements that still have lower scores compared to the others, namely the suitability of service products and complaint handling. To address this matter, the management of the PT. Endah Manunggal Persada clinic must consistently uphold their commitment to providing healthcare services that are prompt, accurate, transparent, straightforward, easy to implement, and non-discriminatory.

Abstract

The development of information technology and digital literacy has brought a significant transformation in application-based services in higher education. This study analyzes the influence of information technology and digital literacy on the use of SEPADU application-based academic services at Raja Ali Haji Maritime University. With a quantitative approach where data was collected through a questionnaire distributed to 97 student respondents of Raja ALI Haji Maritime University. The results of the study found that digital literacy has a significant effect on the use of the SEPADU application, while information technology does not show a significant influence on the administrative services of SEPADU application users. The value of the correlation coefficient was 40.9% while the remaining 59.1% was influenced by other variables that were not studied in this study. The need to increase students' digital literacy and strengthen information technology infrastructure at UMRAH to support the optimization of campus digital services.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi dampak penerapan media pembelajaran berbasis Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (ICT) terhadap prestasi belajar siswa. Metode penelitian eksperimental digunakan dengan merancang suatu model pembelajaran yang memanfaatkan berbagai media berbasis ICT, seperti komputer, internet, dan aplikasi pembelajaran interaktif. Penelitian ini dilakukan kepada kelompok siswa yang dalam pemebelajaranya menggunakan media pembelajaran berbasis ICT. Data prestasi belajar dikumpulkan melalui metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan media pembelajaran berbasis ICT secara signifikan meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa. Kelompok siswa atau kelas yang mendapatkan pembelajaran berbasis ICT ini menunjukkan peningkatan yang lebih baik.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the role of organizational culture, leadership style, and management accounting information systems (AIS) in supporting the effectiveness of managerial decision-making at PT Garuda Indonesia Tbk, Yogyakarta Branch Office. A qualitative case study approach was employed, utilizing secondary data from annual reports, financial statements, and official documents, supplemented by primary data collected through semi-structured interviews with branch managers. Data were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model, which includes data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing, verified through source triangulation and member checking. The study findings revealed that an adaptive organizational culture encourages the involvement of ideas, work accuracy, and recognition of employee achievements. A transformational-participative leadership style facilitates timely decision-making by involving subordinates, providing motivation, and demonstrating accountability. Furthermore, a digitally integrated management accounting information system provides accurate, real-time, and relevant information, which supports strategic and operational decisions. These three aspects synergize to create a systematic, data-driven, and performance-oriented managerial decision-making process that enhances organizational effectiveness.
