Boarding house is a kind of a rented rooms leased during a certain period of time according with the agreement with the owner and the agreed price. Generally rent a room done for a year. But sometimes people rented for a month, three month, and six month, so they called it a year rented, three month rented, and half year rented. Boarding house is very usefull for a student or people who studied or working outside the town. The materials used in this study is data obtained from observation metode, the study of library, and analysis. This mobile aplication as a means of boarding house location information is buid by JAVA programing language, MySQL database, Google Maps Android API, Apache web server, and Android Studio IDE. While a web aplication is buid by PHP programing language, MySQL database, Google Maps, Apache web server and Notepad++ text editor. This mobile aplication as a means of boarding house aplication is helping people as a user to get some information and boarding house information. This aplication helping a boarding house owner to advertise their boarding house with inserting data via website.

ayroll systems in every company vary, most have used computer-based information systems, but there are still some companies that have not implemented it as in SD KUMNAMU SCHOOL. In this educational institution in the payroll information system is still using the calculation manually and using MS aids program. Excel. In this study using SWOT method as a method used to determine the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and system threats that run today through several stages of interview and literature study. Which produces a payroll information system that can manage computerized payroll, perform absentee calculations, automatically calculate monthly salary, allowances calculation, present salary slips and salary reports required every month or every year and others. System design using UML (Unified Modeling Language) tool, while in making system program using MySQL tool to design database and PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) as programming language.

PT. Sinar Property Group is a company that deals in home sales. Marketing Division of the company is the most dominating division in home sales data processing and it is very needed. Consumers data who buy a home become the basic reference in monitoring, it is also used for monitoring consumer payment transaction status and payment transaction archiving. The research is using SWOT as its method that used for knowing strength of the company, weakness, opportunity, and its threat. The results of the analysis show the company needs a system that capable to monitoring centered home sales data which functionally, marketing manager knows the total of consumer and total of sold home using a system which can be accessed in realtime using web-based system, so it will be easier in making decision. In education, for educational instruments scientific writing is a very important thing. It requires an information management skill, information management is a library search, which can be done through a computer and guided by the internet. It can also be through the quality of reading used as a reference for scientific writing. In addition, in producing a paper also must know the management of writing, not only required to pay attention to the rules of standard language, but also must be able to convey ideas and ideas well and meet scientific criteria, such as making a quote or reference list used. This paper was written with the aim of improving the quality of research through reading material, making notes and avoiding plagiarism, references using the Harvard system for journals, books, and articles. Management of citing articles either CD or internet, writing, editing, storing references electronically, writing bibliography, and quotations.

The technology that is currently developing is the use of QR-Code. QR-Code can convey information quickly with the acquisition of fast responses as well. QR-Code can be used on smartphones. Some media and companies widely use the QR-Code in Indonesia. QR-Code is not only used as an application identity but is also used as a means of effective, simple and modern business promotion. Making information systems for Sentra Ikan Bulak Surabaya is done by using QR-Code technology as a means of product promotion in the sales process. Research that has been done can run well and can support and be useful in improving the means of promotion. Traders find it easier to collect data on existing systems. Buyers can access the site and see reviews from other buyers so buyers will feel interested in buying the product.

Self regulated learning was very important in student self, but still found student who have symptoms of selfregulated learning was low, it was seen during class timestudents use smarthphone clandestinely.Efforts made in improving selfregulated learning was using information services using collaborative learning through facebook. This study was aimed to test effectiveness of using information services with the collaborative learning through facebook improving self regulated learning students.This research uses quantitative method. The type of research was Quasi Experiment with The Non Equivalent Control Group Design. The subjectswere students of national madrasah aliyahBarumun Tengah as an experimental group and students at national madrasah aliyahMarenu as the control group.The research result shows that the information services using collaborative learning through facebook was effective to improving self regulated learning students seen from the average posttest of experimental group 148.65 and control group 137.11.

Learning to Analyze Electric Circuitheld atPublic vocational high school 1 Pariaman, teachers still using conventional learning model with whiteboard and markers, this medium was only able to present the instructional in the one direction. It doesn't challenge students to understand instructionally well, so instructional goals not reached optimal.To overcome this,it need to be developed that makes students learn interactivelyand independent.In the form of interactive learning multimedia based on ICT valid, practical and effective.This is Research and Development, with the 4D model that is Define, Design, Develop and Desseminate. Based on the research results obtained data validity of the validator,1st validator 88.33%, 2ndvalidator 93.33%, and 3th88.33%, overall is valid. Test practicalities by teacher80.31%, and student 87.50%,overall is practical. The effectiveness test result is 91,89% with practical category. This research has resulted in Information Communications Technologies media isvalid, practical and effective.

Many students did not have autonomy in doing the task which teachers give. The research was aimed to describe the quality of students autonomy in doing the school tasks and the students opinion about the quality of information service implementation to improve student autonomy as the realization of the guidance and counseling services function. This research used quantitative method with descriptive statictics. The population were national and private junior high school which is on grade A in Padang City. The samples was 120 students. Data were analyzed by using statictics technique.The result shows that the quality of student autonomy in doing the task and the students opinion about the quality of information service by counselor to develop students autonomy in doing the school task was in high category, and the quality of student autonomy and the quality of the information service in the two school was in significant correlation.

Automatic Teller Machine (ATM) atau dalam bahasa Indonesia disebut Anjungan Tunai Mandiri diciptakan untuk mempermudah transaksi perbankan. ATM biasanya diletakkan di tempat-tempat yang strategis dan banyak terjadi transaksi uang seperti pusat perkantoran, pusat hiburan, pusat bisnis dan mall. Luas kota Samarinda yang mencapai 717,4 km² membuat letak ATM tersebar di banyak tempat, sedangkan informasi tentang lokasi ATM di samarinda masih terbatas. Pemanfaatan sistem pencari Lokasi ATM yang berbasis Geographic Information System (GIS) digunakan dapat untuk mempermudah dalam pencarian lokasi ATM. Sistem dikembangkan dengan metode Kartesius untuk pencarian lokasi terdekat dan Algoritma Dijkstra untuk pencarian rute terpendek. Input pada sistem ini berupa koordinat lokasi user yang kemudian diproses dengan metode Kartesius untuk menentukan tiga rekomendasi ATM terdekat. Rekomendasi yang dipilih kemudian diproses dengan algoritma Dijkstra untuk mencari rute terpendek menuju ke ATM tersebut. Penelitian ini menghasilkan suatu sistem pencarian yang berbasis GIS yang dapat menentukan lokasi ATM terdekat menggunakan metode Kartesius dan rute terpendek menggunakan algoritma Dijkstra.

This research was conducted in Universal Trading as one of SME that applies Information Technology as daily business process in order to analyze whether the use of Information Technology is alligned with the strategy formulation. Type of research is Descriptive Research with Qualitative technique by using direct observation and depth interview with all user of TI from leader to staff. In depicting a further detail description, Internal and External Matrixas well as COBIT Verse 4.1 were utilized in supporting so. From the position of Average as a result of IFE-EFE Matrix and the Score of COBIT 4.1 in primary process of Strategic Allingment is 2,95 could be concluded that only strategy of new market penetration could be alligned by the use of Information Technology as the company basic business process is limiting the strategy of new product development using only company’s internal source.
