Abstract

Clean water needs in almost all regions in Indonesia became a very important thing nowadays, although the areas not experiencing drought. This is due to existing water is no longer eligible for use as daily life water. In some areas the water have been polluted and certain natural conditions make it difficult for population to get their water. Pandeglang district is one of disadvantaged areas that experiencing problems of clean water needs, although this area has water resources are abundant. To help residents in solving this problem, it will be required an information of water treatment technology that can be widely accessed by residents in the Pandeglang district. By using opensource software applications, the information system for water treatment technology can be developed to provide information of appropriate technology needs for solving the problem of providing clean water in Pandeglang.keywords : information system for technology, clean water management, waste water treatment, environmental technology, hypertext document, free open sourcesoftware (OSS).

Abstract

Era industri 4.0 sudah memperlihatkan perkembangan teknologi informasi yang semakin canggih. Suatu sistem informasi tentunya membutuhkan keamanan yang sangat tinggi, dan juga kemudahan serta efisiensi dalam mengakses sistem tersebut. Pada Perguruan Tinggi sertifikat termasuk ke dalam kategori dokumen yang penting bagi mahasiswa sebagai bukti bahwa mahasiswa telah mengikuti dan menjalani kegiatan akademik. Namun, penerbitan sertifikat melalui sistem CEI (Central Event Information) yang berjalan pada Perguruan Tinggi belum memiliki unsur tingkat keamanan yang cukup aman. Terdapat 2 (dua) permasalahan dalam penelitian ini yaitu verifikasi sertifikat masih konvensional dan keamanan yang rendah. Pada penelitian ini dapat diselesaikan masalah tersebut dengan cara adanya QR code pada sertifikat berbasis digital image processing. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian pengembangan perangkat lunak dengan model prototype dan 5 (lima) studi pustaka peneliti mampu mengatasi masalah tersebut. Dari pelaksanaan penelitian tersebut diharapkan dengan adanya sistem keamanan sertifikat dengan QR code berbasis digital image processing bagi sistem CEI (Central Event Information) mampu memberikan sistem keamanan yang tinggi dan terhindar dari penggandaan data serta kecurangan yang dilakukan mahasiswa. Serta unsur keamanan untuk mempermudah pendeteksian keaslian informasi kepemilikan sertifikat yang cepat dan akurat.

Abstract

Sistem informasi geografis adalah alat dengan sistem computer maupun android yang digunakan untuk memetakan kondisi dan peristiwa yang terjadi di muka bumi. Teknologi SIG ini mampu mengintregasikan sistem operasi database dengan berbagai keuntungan analisis geografis yang ditawarkan dalam bentuk peta. Dengan kemampuan pada sistem informasi pemetaan, maka SIG banyak digunakan oleh masyarakat, instansi untuk menjelaskan berbagai peristiwa, memprediksi hasil, perencanaan pembangunan dan konservasi secara stategis. Wilayah didaerah kecamatan kempas merupakan wilayah perdesaan yang belum begitu meluas, salah satunya dikarekan berbagai macam pembangunan yang berkelanjutan apalagi dalam menentukan tempat-tempat ibadah sangatlah sulit bagi masyarakat dan terutama bagi orang pendatang dari luar daerah-daerah. Maka Pengelolaan wilayah dalam mentukan titik-titik tempat beribadatan harus di lakukan untuk mengetahui keberadaan beribadatan. Maka dari itu mengambil inisiatif untuk mempermudah dalam mengetahui tempat-tempat ibadah, dibuatlah aplikasi geografis untuk mencapai tujuan atau sasaran tertentu. Pengambilan aplikasi GIS dilakukan dengan pendekatan permasalahan melalui proses pengumpulan data menjadi informasi serta ditambah dengan faktor – faktor yang perlu dipertimbangkan dalam pengambilan keputusan. Dengan adanya sistem informasi geografis kita bisa mentekukan titik atau tempat yang diinginkan dengan mudah tidak harus bertanya ke pada masyarakat sekitar. Ini lah dengan mudahnya menggunaakan aplikasi geografis.

Abstract

AbstractIndonesian presidential election campaigns had been held by the candidates and the campaign team respectively from June, 4th-July, 5th 2014. This study was aimed to know the extent of utilization of communication channels both mass media and social media (new media) as source of information, compared with interpersonal communication channel, and how the level of utilization of the information sources by voters during the political campaign influenced the level of political participation in Cibinong. This study had been conducted in September-Oktober 2014 at Sub-District of Cibinong, Bogor Regency. A number of 200 people were chosen as respondents by using purposive sampling technique. The collected data were analyzed with Spearman’s Rank correlation test. Results showed that political participation in the engagement of campaigns as well as the surveillance were poor, while the participation in voting was quite good. In the variable of demographic characteristics, a negative significant correlation was found between political affiliation and the campaign engagement and so between the birthplace and voting engagement. On the contrary, the variable of age, income, and education had no correlation with all dimensions of the campaigns engagement. All dimensions of demographic characteristics including sex, birthplace, and environment had  a significant negative correlation with political participation. The indicator of sex and birthplace had a significant negative correlation with the amount of source of information use. The in dicator of birthplace also had a significant negative correlation with the frequent of accessing campaign sources of information. The utilization of campaign sources of information had a significant positive correlation with political participation in the dimension of the engagement in the campaign, voting, and surveillance for the election . Keywords: Political participation, source of information use, political campaign

Abstract

Dinas Komunikasi Informatika Statistik dan Persandian (DISKOMINFO) Banten Province performs the functions and authority of the management of information and public communication one of them is the management of e-Government. E-Government is the use of technology that connects government institutions with other parties. DISKOMINFO contemplate an action to which investment management has been implemented to support the function and authority as well as recommendations to the investment management to be considered for future improvement. Evaluating investment management based on the Information Technology Investment Management (ITIM) framework using interviews, observations and documentation studies. From the calculation results, the maturity level of investment management at DISKOMINFO is in maturity stage 1 which is investment management that is applies had characterized ad hoc, unstructured and unpredictable . Some recommendations are given to each key process that be able to rise to the next stage of maturity some of them is the form of documentation planning starting from requirement, schedule planning and also the risks that can occur.

Abstract

Citizen journalism is a journalistic activity undertaken by a person or group. So far, information on the potential of the Sumba Island has not been evenly distributed because there is unequal information on the Sumbanese community and information on potential in eastern Sumba. The purpose of this research is to provide media for the citizens of Sumba in providing any information about local content in Sumba Island such as information on agriculture, plantation, forestry, tourism, cultural information, social information, political information, law, and human rights. The methodology used to build this system is the Waterfall Model. This model is an approach to software development, with several stages, namely: System Engineering, Analysis, Design, Encoding, Testing, and Maintenance. The development concept used is Model-View-Controller or MVC is a method to create an application with separate data (see) and the corresponding way (Controller). In the implementation of framework in the application of website-based architecture MVC. MVC is developing a major component-based application that builds an application such as data manipulation, user interface, and parts that become controls in a web application.

Abstract

Kebutuhan akan informasi spasial dari penginderaan jauh skala rinci semakin meningkat. Pesawat tanpa awak atau UAV adalah salah satu wahana yang diharapkan dapat digunakan untuk memperoleh informasi tersebut. Produksi informasi spasial penutup lahan menggunakan data foto UAV yang memiliki informasi rinci memerlukan metode yang tepat untuk klasifikasi. Penelitian ini mengusulkan metode klasifikasi penutup lahan berbasis obyek berdasarkan informasi tekstur lahan dari Haralick yakni homogeneity, contrast, dissimilarity, entropy, angular second moment, mean, standard deviation, dan correlation. Sebagai metode pembanding dilakukan klasifikasi penutup lahan menggunakan metode klasifikasi berbasis obyek konvensional menggunakan tiga fitur informasi sekaligus brightness, compactness, dan density. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan metode dengan menggunakan informasi tekstur dalam klasifikasi berbasis obyek memiliki hasil akurasi yang jauh lebih baik mencapai 95.22% atau berbeda 17.5% dibanding metode konvensional yang mencapai akurasi 77.71%. Abstract

ABSTRACT Dissemination implementation of remote sensing application information through the management of  National Earth Observation System at the Remote Sensing Application Center of National Institute of Aeronautics and Space could be achieve by expanding and completing the dissemination mechanism, from the traditional way  to  spatial web services.  The service is a standard defined by the Open Geospatial Consortium, which have enabled the dissemination implementation mechanisms could more interoperable and helpfully in organizing the implementation function of data application and remote sensing information dissemination. This research aims to analyze and provide development methods of spatial web services for remote sensing application information. The research methods include setting the initial requirements, programming a map file and spatial web services testing. The results showed that the spatial web services based on University of Minnesota Mapserver has been successfully implemented and tested using real web map service client Google Map and QGIS Desktop in case study forest cover change in Indonesia.  ABSTRAKPelaksanaan diseminasi informasi pemanfaatan penginderaan jauh melalui pengelolaan Sistem Pemantauan Bumi Nasional di Pusat Pemanfaatan Pemanfaaatan Penginderaan Jauh,  Lembaga Penerbangan dan Antariksa Nasional dapat dicapai dengan memperluas dan melengkapi mekanisme pelaksanaan diseminasi cara tradisional dengan pengembangan layanan web spasial.  Layanan tersebut merupakan standar yang didefinisikan oleh Open GeoSpasial Consortium, yang memungkinkan mekanisme pelaksanaan diseminasi lebih interoperabilitas dan sangat membantu dalam penyelenggaraan fungsi pelaksanaan pemanfaatan data dan diseminasi informasi pemanfaatan penginderaan jauh.  Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis dan menyediakan metode pengembangan layanan web spasial informasi pemanfaatan penginderaan jauh. Metode penelitian meliputi pengaturan persyaratan awal, pemrograman file map dan pengujian layanan web spasial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa layanan web spasial berbasis perangkat lunak University of Minnesota Mapserver telah berhasil di implementasikan dan dilakukan pengujian menggunakan klien layanan web map nyata Google Map dan QGIS Desktop melalui studi kasus infromasi perubahan tutupan hutan di Indonesia.

Abstract

Makalah ini menjelaskan upaya penerapan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi Geospasial (TIK-Geospasial) dalam diseminasi informasi geospasial pulau-pulau kecil terluar di Indonesia. Model diseminasi memungkinkan pengguna melalui internet dan media web secara mudah berinteraksi dan memperoleh informasi geospasial pulau-pulau kecil terluar yang dibutuhkan melalui web browser secara online. Penelitian ini merupakan tindak lanjut pengembangan informasi geospasial pemanfaatan penginderaan jauh “Pulau-pulau Kecil Terluar Di Indonesia Berdasarkan Peta Citra Satelit Tiga Dimensi dan Peta Penutup Lahan”. Informasi geospasial tersebut telah disusun dan diterbitkan menggunakan media kertas dalam bentuk Album. TIK-Geospasial telah berkembang sangat pesat, khususnya internet, media web dan sistem informasi geospasial. Upaya mengembangkan pemanfaatannya, memungkinkan menjalankan proses penyebarluasan informasi geospasial pulau-pulau kecil terluar di indonesia kepada masyarakat luas melalui jaringan informasi elektronik. Upaya tersebut dilaksanakan melalui pembangunan “Model Diseminasi Informasi Geospasial Pulau-Pulau Kecil Terluar Berbasis Pemanfaatan Penginderaan Jauh dan Google Mapping System”. Dengan terbangunnya model diseminasi informasi geospasial pulau-pulau kecil terluar, diharapkan dapat menjadi komplemen pendukung upaya sosialisasi kepada masyarakat luas dan dapat bermanfaat bagi kita semua tentang keberadaan pulau kecil terluar di wilayah Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia, dengan demikian kita dapat ikut menjaga keamanan, penetapan dan penegasan batas wilayah; pengelolaan sumber daya alam/agraria yang berkelanjutan, keselamatan serta kelestarian alamnya.Kata kunci: Diseminasi, Google mapping system, Informasi geospasial, Pulau kecil terluar

Abstract

Remote sensing data could experience damage due to sensor failure or atmospheric condition. Reconstruction technique to retrieve the missing information had been widely developed in the past few years. This writing aimed to provide a technique to recover reflectance information of Aqua Moderate Resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer (MODIS) Band 6. Since Band 6 Aqua MODIS experienced sensor failure, lots of information would be missing. There were three kinds of methods used in repairing such damage. Two of which were categorized as spatial-based methods, i.e. NaN interpolation method and tensor completion method. Whereas, another method was a spectral-based one. NaN was an interpolation method to reconstruct missing value; while tensor completion method utilized low rank approximation, and spectral method used correlation between Band 6 and Band 7 which had near wavelength. Implementation of these methods was resulted in reconstruction of Aqua Modis Band 6 data which was damaged due to detector disfunction on Aqua Satellite. Peak Signal to Noise Ratio (PSNR) value of this method was 41 dB, meaning that reconstruction technique provided positive impacts for data improvement.
