Abstract

Sales of Salted Fish in Nipah Panjang is one of the entrepreneurs engaged in selling salted fish that still uses manual systems and the development of systems that are more complicated and far from efficient. One of them is Salin Fish Sales information system in Nipah Panjang which is now not computerized and well integrated, so that it still has many shortcomings in handling sales issues. The approach used in research is the OOAD (Object Oriented Analysis Design) approach and with the Prototype model. To design a new system and so that the design of this new system can overcome the weaknesses of the old system, it must be known how the inputs, processes, and outputs that exist in the current system. The tools used are Data Flow Diagram Modeling (DFD) and balsamiq mockups in building website designs. The results of the design of this system are expected to facilitate the sale of Salted Fish in Long Nipah for the process of selling salted fish and provide information on the price of salted fish in detail.

Abstract

Information systems have become an urgent need in various fields of life including in the business field, CV. Putra Batanghari is a company engaged in the sale of stones. Sales information system is needed by CV. Putra Batanghari, because it has a role to facilitate the activities or business activities, especially in sales activities. One information system that can be used is Visual Basic. Net is a simple programming which is expected to make it easier for the CV. Putra Batanghari to prevent errors in inputting sales data and avoid misunderstanding between consumers The design built includes consumer data, item data, transaction data, and report data to produce reports in the form of goods and sales transaction data reports in order to help and process data more effectively and efficiency.

Abstract

FAS Boutique is one of the MSMEs that is engaged in the manufacture and sale and purchase of clothing. Currently, the sales or marketing system used is still using conventional systems, so it is necessary to develop it so that it uses an online information system. It is hoped that by using an online marketing information system, the marketing reach of Fas Boutique will be wider and the transaction process can be recorded properly. The system is designed using UML and developed with agile methods. as for some of the main features of the system are registration, marketing, sales and reports.

Abstract

PT. Putra Suganda Rohayati is a micro industrial company in the field of cracker marketing that has long been competing in the market in the industrial world. This company has a data collection system in conventional financial reports so that it often has difficulty checking incoming and outgoing goods reports as well as missing and incomplete administrative data collection, it takes a long time to make reports on proof of purchase transactions, marketing that is still not familiar with online systems. Therefore, in order to improve the company's business transformation to be more effective and competitive, PT. Putra Suganda Rohayati needs information technology, namely web-based sales so that it can collect data that is more systematic, accurate, efficient, to provide easier services to consumers such as ordering goods without the need to come to the factory and online transactions in order to reach a wide market.

Abstract

Information systems have a very important role in the development of an agency, especially at PT. MNC Securities Jambi. PT. MNC Sekuritas Jambi which apparently has not optimized the development of the information system. This causes the processing of archiving data PT. MNC Sekuritas Jambi became ineffective and inefficient. This study aims to analyze and study the problems in data processing archiving PT. MNC Sekuritas Jambi, a web-based information system that can make it easier for admins to process archiving data. The method used in this study is the Waterfall method and is supported by a systems analysis approach that uses object-oriented methods with data flow diagrams or data flow diagrams (DFD). This research resulted in data processing of incoming and outgoing mail archiving at PT. MNC Sekuritas Jambi is web-based which can make it easier for admins to manage data.

Abstract

Ada Comp is a place to sell computers and accessories. Since its establishment until now the sales system run by the Ada Comp store is still manual. Buyers must come directly to the store to buy goods and still use the records in the book to find out the specifications of the goods sold, so that making reports requires a lot of time. This is caused because every time there is a change in the stock due to the purchase and sale of goods. From these problems, it is necessary to develop a web-based sales information system that can assist in processing sales well, also helping this shop in managing goods sales to customers more neatly, and avoiding sales errors. The process of making this program begins by analyzing the systems that already exist in the business, then creating DFD and the required tables. Followed by designing the interface and creating the program. This online media uses PHP programming language, MySQL as database, Intype as HTML text editor and for designing websites based on Code Igniter. This application has two main functions. First, for general users, every website visitor can view the product catalog, and order products. Second, the administrator can manage the data of goods, manage orders and obtain reports.

Abstract

Information and communication technology has a great influence on office work, it can be carried out easily and quickly. Office activities are in handling mail, office communication, mail delivery, archive management, and inventory of goods in the office. By using information technology in data processing, it will produce data speed, renewal of facilities to increase speed of information and spread access to parts of the organization. The process of inventorying goods at the Beringin Village Office, Jambi City has used a computer but the processing process is not optimal. So that data errors often occur, data loss, data manipulation, inaccurate data and even difficult to find previous data archives. So the process of monitoring the inventory of these goods is not going well. To overcome this problem the use of computers is very necessary in order to achieve optimal service, so it is hoped that the inventory process of goods can run quickly and smoothly and reduce errors or data manipulation that can occur in data collection of inventory items. The same research and it is hoped that this research can overcome the problems that exist in the Beringin Village Office, Jambi City. Furthermore, the author tries to make a material or equipment information system design for employees so that there are no shortages or disappointments in carrying out their duties.

Abstract

Along with the increasing needs of companies in managing and processing data for increasingly complex operational activities at this time, of course a data processing and management system is needed that has a high level of effectiveness and efficiency. The purpose of this research is to build a Financial Information System for Palm Oil Production at PT. Mendalo Prima Intiland (MPI). With input requirements from the information system, namely admin data, harvesting employee data, position data, attendance data, harvest data, revenue data, and expenditure data. The form of the process carried out by the system to display the desired results in making process requirements information includes the login process, main menu display, harvesting employee data menu display, position menu display, attendance menu display, harvest menu display, salary menu data display, menu data display receipts and disbursements, as well as the supervisor menu display.The output requirements generated are in the form of information and reports that will be displayed in the form of harvest data reports, attendance data, salary data and salary slip data. This Financial Information System is a way to facilitate office administration in processing data, the expected results of a web-based information system using PHP and MySQL can fix all the shortcomings that exist in the old system.

Abstract

Pusat Kesehatan Masyarakat (Puskesmas) is a provider of public health services to always provide fast, precise and accurate health services. Pusat Kesehatan Masyarakat (Puskesmas) have the main function to provide medical services in the form of perfect care and treatment to the community Data processing is a function of administrative activities used by agencies or offices to provide information services to organizations to deal with many managements. This health center is the object of this research, because at this time the patient data processing system is still manual, this is due to the absence of an integrated data processing system and mechanism and the limited facilities and infrastructure of information services that are produced not as expected. The author tries to find a solution to the problem in processing this data by implementing a computer-based data processing system

Abstract

Bhayangkara Hospital Jambi City is one of the hospitals that will be the best hospital in Jambi City. With the Bhayangkara Hospital in Jambi City, it is expected to help the community, especially in health services. The purpose of this study is to create a web-based Dokpol information system so that registration errors do not occur or loss occurs. Registration is registering/filling in biodata for registration as a patient. To manage this information, we need a system that will assist the process of making registration data reports. The research was conducted using a qualitative approach, namely a research approach that is descriptive in nature and tends to use analysis. Process and meaning are highlighted in qualitative research. Design and Build a web-based Registration Information System is made using the programming language php 5.1 and MYSQL 4.8.4 database. The results of this study are to design a web-based Dokpol information system that is expected to help inform patient registration, check results with the system, generate patient reports and produce examination reports, can facilitate the decision-making process, be able to provide information about patient data, doctor data. , as well as reports appropriately with the availability of timely, accurate, and relevant information that can assist staff and officers in carrying out registration activities and is expected to improve the performance of employees.
