Abstract

Bahan baku adalah hal yang terpenting dalam suatu industri. Maka dari itu, perusahaan maupun industri banyak melakukan berbagai metode untuk mengolah suatu persedian bahan baku. Untuk melakukan proses produksi, maka perusahaan harus melakukan pengadaan atau pembelian bahan baku. Prosedur atau cara pembelian bahan baku yang baik dan sesuai dengan kondisi perusahaan akan sangat menunjang terhadap kegiatan produksi. Berkaitan dengan hal tersebut, peneliti melakukan penelitian untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengendalian bahan baku di Industri Tahu Dan Tempe UD. Karya Jaya Desa Beji Kecamatan Junrejo Kota Batu. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Metode deskriptif yaitu suatu metode penelitian yang disusun dalam rangka memberikan gambaran secara sistematis tentang informasi ilmiah yang berasal dari subjek atau objek penelitian. Penelitian deskriptif berfokus pada penjelasan sistem tentang fakta yang diperoleh daat penelitian dilakukan. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sumber data primer dan data sekunder yang diperoleh langsung dari perusahaan tau industri. Pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi dan wawancara. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan metode Economic Order Quantity, Total Inventory Cost, safety Stock, Reorder Point dan Maximum Inventory. Hasil analisa menyatakan bahwa Persediaan bahan baku pada Industri UD. Karya Jaya belum efisien dengan selisih sebesar 3,055.82 Kg serta selisih total biaya persediaan mencapai Rp. 82,087.18. Ketika jumlah persediaan bahan baku kedelai di gudang mencapai jumlah 382 kg, maka Industri UD. Karya Jaya harus melakukan pemesanan kembali untuk 3 (tiga) hari berikutnya. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan, diperoleh nilai Total Inventory Cost (TIC) EOQ yaitu sebesar Rp 252,760.82. sedangkan Total Inventory Cost (TIC) menurut perhitungan Industri UD. Karya Jaya sebesar Rp 334,848. Jadi, dapat diketahui bahwa nilai TIC menurut perhitungan Industri UD. Karya Jaya lebih besar dari pada perhitungan TIC EOQ. Maka biaya total yang dikeluarkan oleh Industri UD. Karya Jaya dalam melakukan persediaan bahan baku selama periode bulan Februari belum optimal dengan selisih yaitu sebesar Rp 82,087.18.

Abstract

Korupsi merupakan perbuatan tercela yang dapat dikategorikan fasâd (merusak tatanan kehidupan) dan jinâyah kubrâ (kriminal besar). Perbuatan yang bertentangan dengan norma agama, hukum, dan masyarakat ini sudah masuk ke berbagai lini kehidupan masyarakat dengan tanpa batas, bahkan saat ini keberadaannya sudah sangat memprihatinkan. Oleh karenanya, pada saat ini diperlukan kemauan dari semua pihak untuk ikut serta berupaya memberantas, menghapus, atau minimal menekan agar perilaku korupsi tidak semakin meluas dan mengakarnya. Madrasah sebagai bagian dari lembaga pen-didikan juga diharapkan dapat berkontribusi dalam pencegahan dini tindak korupsi ini melalui kegiatan pendidikannya. Strategi pendidikan anti korupsi di madrasah dapat dijalankan melalui; pengintegrasian materi anti korupsi dalam mata pelajaran; pengembangan kegiatan kesiswaan; dan pembiasaan perilaku.

Abstract

This study intends to analyze the technique and the impact of using environmental media in PAI learning at SMKN 3 Kota Bima, as well as using a descriptive qualitative research type. The data collection techniques used are interview, documentation, and observation techniques. The results of the study reveal that there are two techniques used in utilizing environmental media, namely: first; field practice carried out in the form of utilizing the mosque as a place for worship and aqidah education and the use of the school yard as a place for fostering Al-Qur'an reading. Second; integration of PAI material with the natural environment and social environment. Thus, the two techniques have an impact on increasing motivation, understanding and student learning outcomes as well as creating a sense of love and care for students for the environment. The obstacles in the use of environmental media, namely the existence of some students who are less responsive in understanding learning material due to the lack of knowledge and ability of a small number of teachers in utilizing environmental media as well as internal problems that come from students.

Abstract

Managing any concept of pesantren is not an easy job, it must be remembered that there is no absolute rational concept, and most afdhal applied in pesantren. Both because of its unique growth history and because of the lack of pesantren from other social institutions in the freezing of technical activities, pesantren has not been able to manage, let alone in the matter of implementing the concept that is based on rational considerations. However systematic and methodical a concept is, at least for present generation, all such concepts will confront tremendous obstacles in its implementation.

Abstract

Education is a very important thing in human life. The advancement of a nation depends on the nation's education. This means that if the education of a nation can produce a quality human is born inward. Automatically the nation will progress, peace and tetram. Conversely, if the education of a nation stagnated then the nation will be retarded in all fields. Islamic education institutions to date have not been able to map the problems that must be faced. As a result, the development of Islamic education is not encouraging and has not fulfilled the ideal ideals, namely to produce fully-equipped people, not only in the religious field. "The eyes must be opened that there are problems that must be faced to move forward," said Prof. Dr. Abuddin Nata MA in his inauguration speech as a professor of history and philosophy of Islamic education at the Faculty of Tarbiyah and the State Islamic University (UIN) Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta Problems that arise and must be faced now, said Abuddin, including the rapid development of technology that affects the entire field. While on the other hand, educational institutions have not been able to respond.

Abstract

Influencers play an important role in today's digital market because they can directly influence, invite and promote a program. In terms of health priorities, posts on influencer social media accounts must be accurate and provide information about the content presented, because it influences the audience's decision making and actions. This research analyzed data from the social media site TikTok regarding professional influencers in the health industry and conducted an in-depth study of the content engagement formula on each creator's account. The research method used in this research uses descriptive qualitative methods using secondary data. This research uses several influencers, which will then illustrate how to calculate the Return of Investment. The results of this study show that ROI estimates of over 100% confirm that investing in health promotion initiatives with professional health influencers yields significant and substantial returns. ROI in social media marketing, with special emphasis on intangible outcomes such as brand recognition, customer engagement/relationships and eWOM. Practical implications of the findings Health professional influencers on social media TikTok generate different responses from other social media platforms. Abstract

Maggot is one of the local ingredients that has many benefits and many properties. Maggot is one of the feeds that is easy to make using organic waste. Fermentation is one of the applications of microbes in an effort to improve the quality of feed raw materials. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of fermentation materials on the efficiency of tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus) feed and to determine the effect of fermented feed on digestibility in tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus). The method used in this study was experimental, where the experimental treatments were the types of feed and fermentation materials consisting of 4 combinations with 3 repetitions each, namely A (100% Maggot feed), B (Maggot 100 g fermented with 20 mL nano enzyme). C (Maggot 100 g multivariant fermentation 20 ml), D (Maggot 100 g fermented with 20 ml Lactobacillus). This research was conducted from May to July 2024 at the Moncongloe Maros Aquaculture Institute Laboratory. The results of the study showed that the highest feed utilization efficiency was in treatment B (SLS) with a value of 43.79%, followed by treatment D (yakult) with a value of 42.83% followed by treatment C (Em4) with a value of 42.38% and the lowest feed efficiency was in control treatment A (Maggot) of 34.46. Furthermore, maggot feed fermentation also had a significant effect (P <0.05) on the protein efficiency ratio in tilapia (Orerochromis niloticus).

Abstract

Marital relationships are always related to harmony and balance is an important cornerstone. However, often, interference from third parties can become a problem that damages and threatens the stability of a household. This study aims to explore the detrimental effects of such interference on marital stability, emphasizing the importance of communication, boundaries, and mutual respect in marital relationships to overcome challenges within the household. This research uses a qualitative approach. Based on the researchers' findings, one of the common causes of marital breakdown is interference from the husband's relatives or family who are too dominant in the couple's household affairs. The role of the husband's siblings, be they younger siblings, parents, or even extended family, is often an important question in marriage dynamics.

Abstract

This study explores the historical and religious significance of two Islamic tombstones from the Majapahit era in King King, Tuban, Java. The focus is on Sirajuddin Isa ibn Salahuddin Al Ma'bary's tombstone and an unnamed tombstone in the Mbah Randu complex. Through epigraphic and ornamental analysis, the research reconstructs the history of Islamic propagation in Java between the 13th and 15th centuries. Sirajuddin Isa is identified as a key figure in spreading Islam during the Majapahit period. His tombstone's inscriptions "Seek the Eternal", highlight the emphasis on monotheism and rejection of polytheism, suggesting early implementation of Islamic laws. While the Ornamental motifs like the lotus flower symbolize purity and spiritual enlightenment, blending local and Islamic traditions. The Hijri calendar's role in daily practices is also examined, indicating the integration of Islamic customs into Javanese life. These tombstones serve as historical artifacts illustrating the spread of Islam, the enforcement of Islamic laws, and cultural exchange between Islamic and local traditions in Java, highlighting Sirajuddin Isa's prominent role as an Islamic leader and legal authority during the Majapahit period.

Abstract

PT Pos Indonesia adalah salah satu perusahaan Badan usaha milik Negara (BUMN) yang bergelut dibidang kurir dan logistik. Dalam menjalankan fungsi pengorganisasian dan memasuki daya saing kurir dan logistic yang semakin banyak dan berkembang, PT. Pos Indonesia membentuk pasukan “o-ranger” sebagai inovasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganlisa dampak perubahan bagi PT Pos Indonesia yang beberapa tahun ini mengalami penurunan yang diakibatkan karena munculnya beberapa perusahaan kurir dan logistic swasta. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif. Sumber data yang digunakan berupa data primer dan sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi dan wawancara yang kemudian dianalisis dan ditarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pembentukan pasukan o-ranger sebagai inovasi yang dikeluarkan PT. Pos Indonesia masih belum dapat mendobrak dan memberikan perubahan yang signifikan pada PT. Pos Indonesia. Namun, secara daya saing, PT. Pos Indonesia sudah mulai dapat bersaing dengan jasa kurir dan logistic lainnya dengan adanya inovasi pembentukan pasukan o-ranger tersebut. Peran O-ranger memberikan peningkatan yang signifikan dalam mendapatkan pelanggan atau konsumen. Peran aktif dari O-ranger sanngat membantu konsumen yang ingin menggunakan jasa ekspedisi tanpa harus datang langsung ke kantor cabang. Dengan adanya O-ranger maka PT Pos dapat bersaing dengan jasa logistic swasta lainnya dalam jasa service pick up
