Lembaga Pengembangan dan Pemberdayaan Tenaga Pendidik Bidang Kelautan, Perikanan, Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (LPPPTK KPTK) merupakan salah satu unit pelaksana teknis Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan dibidang pengembangan dan pemberdayaan pendidik dan tenaga kerja pendidik dibidang kelautan, perikanan, teknologi informasi dan komunikasi yang terletak di kabupaten Gowa Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Adapun masalah pada penelitian ini adalah bagaimana agar file-file berupa soal untuk uji kompetensi guru dan surat tugas pegawai dalam bentuk word dan excel tidak mudah terbaca oleh pihak yang berkepentingan, bagaimana menerapkan algoritma bowfish untuk file word dan kriptografi AES pada file excel. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah membuat sistem yang dapat memberikan keamanan data terhadap proses pengiriman file-file word dan excel pada LPPPTK KPTK dari pihak yang tidak berkepentingan. Adapun metode yang digunakan adalah metode algoritma Blowfish dan kriptografi AES, algoritma Blowfish adalah Blowfish merupakan metoda enkripsi yang mirip dengan DES (DES-like cipher) dan kriptografi AES adalah algoritma simetri yaitu mengunakan kunci yang sama untuk proses enkripsi dan deskripsi. Hasil dari penilitian ini adalah dengan adanya sistem informasi berbasis android dan menerapkan algoritma blowfish pada pengiriman file word maka data-data file data word telah di enkripsi begitu pula dengan menerapkan kritografi AES untuk pengiriman data excel telah di enkripsi sehingga terhinndar dari gangguan pihak-pihak yang tidak berkrpentingan dan proses pengiriman file pada LPPPTK KPTK Gowa keamanan datanya lebih terjamin.

With the development of information technology can create an electronic filing system that is useful for storing documents in the form of soft files. Realizing the effectiveness of the electronic filing system, several aspects need to be considered, namely speed, convenience, efficiency and, safety. In this study, we want to see how effective the electronic filing system is applied to PT Konimex Solo especially in the Human Resource Department. The researcher used qualitative descriptive research. The informants in this study were the Head of Recruitment Administration Section, Recruitment Administration Staff, HRD Administration Staff, and Personnel Section Staff. The results of the study indicate that the Human Resource Department of PT Konimex Solo has been effective in using the electronic filing system "HRIS: Human Resource Information System". Nowdays, information technology has been applied to all sectors in human life and has been used in various fields to support a business processes in order to run faster, accurately and efficiently. PT Bakri Karya Sarana is a company that is engaged in cleaning service provider or outsourcing employee provider that has 470 outsourcing employee in Batam area. In its employee data management, PT Bakri Karya Sarana still has several obstacles in recruiting new prospective employees, registering employee’s attendance, permission, leave, mutation, promotion, demotion, resignation, warning letters, field staff appraisal and employee quality assessment by clients. The purpose of this study is to build a website-based of Staffing Information System at PT Baki Karya Sarana to simplify and minimized the problems happened in Human Resource Development (HRD) division. Framework for the Application of System thinking (FAST) is a methodology of this study. This Staffing Information System was built using notepad++, PHP as a programming language and MySQL as data storage media. This Staffing Information System can assist HRD Division in managing all staffing data, starting from recruiting new prospective employees, performance data collection process and empoyee’s rights until the process of reporting can be done faster and accurately.

Private information, yield volatility, and interaction between groups of investors: Case of Indonesia government bond market Buddi Wibowo

Relation of private information and yield volatility in the relatively low liquid markets such as the Indonesia government bond market is one of the recent important research topics in finance. Because private information accumulation mastery affects interaction patterns between dealers dan their customers, it is urgent to identify this price mechanism in the government bond market, especially in a low liquid market in which small trading volume may create serious yield volatility. If there is a substantial disagreement on bond fair value because of distinct private information quality between each of those groups of investors' success to accumulate it, bond price will fluctuate wildly. This paper study the dealer and customer order flow interaction to identify which side that have greater impact on yield volatility. The results show that from the two layers of order flow, disagreement between dealers and customers is slightly in a short-term and medium-term bond so their volatility is relatively low. But for a long-term bond, disagreement is substantial and creates high yield volatility. Different trading platforms and strategies between dealers and customers play an important role in creating high yield fluctuations.JEL Classification: G12, G14, G11DOI: https://doi.org/10.26905/jkdp.v23i2.2823

Information technology that develops along with the rapid role of communication through the Internet makes technology and information systems have a position that is vital for the business alignment of an institution including higher education institutions. The strategic planning of this sector has a goal to develop the basis / guidelines in developing and developing information technology and systems to support organizational goals and increase increasingly competitive competitive advantage. Thus, the integration between business and information technology becomes important to support the competitiveness of institutions. The responsibility of Enterprise Architecture (EA) is to provide an accurate and fast information system based on the business demands of the institution. Appropriate standards and models are needed by higher education institutions to improve the alignment of business strategies and information technology. This study will explore the problems faced by AMN Cilacap and provide the development of information technology and systems needed to use EA using the Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) methodology. TOGAF provides methods and tools to assist in the receipt, production, use and maintenance of corporate architecture.

Intolerance behaviors that are not anticipated may give birth to the danger of radicalism both psychologically and physically. This study aims at exploring the way to select and discover informational sources related to the topics; at investigating a means of estimating, accepting, and determining the best thing in the future; at analyzing a means of building new knowledge associated with gained information; and discovering a means of providing and broadcasting information on the website. This study used case study method in order to observe the reality of information literacy and the danger of intolerance among the net generation Observation findings show that the doctrine of intolerance was spread through group discussions of religious Student Activity Unit (UKM). The massive spread of radical viruses is supported by the dominance of the internet as the main medium in information searching. The condition is made worse by low information literacy skills. The results of this study expected to be able to be used as references relating to information literacy for the net generation to anticipate the danger of intolerance which is the forerunner of radicalism. The results showed that the low reading abilities led to a conservative interpretation of religious meanings, which considered one’s understanding more correct and accused others as infidels. This phenomenon can be seen from the discovery of limited new knowledge. Hence, the knowledge of information literacy must be introduced in lecture rooms and within intra-university activities.

In order to improve the quality and performance of health services, health information systems are one of the most important technologies in health management. This study aims to determine the factors that influence the adoption of nutrition information system by nutrition officers of primary health care by using Unified Theory of Acceptance and Usage of Technology (UTAUT) Model. This research is quantitative research with survey approach, located in 39 primary health care of Banyumas district. Sampling technique using purposive sampling. Respondents are 50 people. The research instrument used questionnaire. Based on regression test results known that factors related to use behaviour is behavioral intention. While the facilitating condition is not related to use behavior. Factors associated with behavioral intention is the performance expectancy, effort expectancy and social influence.

The purpose of this study was to analyze disaster communication management activities carried out by the Sleman Emergency Operation Center in coordinating disaster information and identifying information coordination that occurred between Kab. Sleman, community, and non-governmental organizations @merapi_news. This study used descriptive qualitative method. Data search is done by in-depth interviews with parties involved in the disaster management process, namely Supervisors, Operators of PB Emergency Operations District. Sleman, the private organization @Merapi_news, and the Sleman community. The results of the study showed that the Sleman Emergency Operation Center was still not maximal in the implementation of the disaster communication management process. The lack of coordination of information that causes miss communication and distribution of disaster information to the community is often too late, the use of Instagram social media is not optimal by the Sleman Emergency Operation Center, and mitigation needs to be done simultaneously both BPBD and Pusdalops to shape the attitudes and knowledge of the community and implementing officers in disaster management.

Speaking is the one of language skill that is used in communication to deliver the intention of utterances. speaking is an activity that can not be separated with teaching and learning process. speaking has become a skill that should be owned by teacher. Information gap activity is the activity that each student have different information that should be completed with exchanging the information with their friend because there is a gap between the information. The objective of the research is whether information gap activity effective to the students’ speaking ability. The writer used quantitative research design and for the method is pre-experimental method. The participants of the research is X IPA 2 of MAN 4 Karawang consist of thirty two students. The data conducted through pretest and posttest and computed using SPSS 24. The result of the test is effective. From the normality of distribution test, the result of the test is normal, significance value on Kolmogrov Smirnov is 0.078 on pretest and 0.073 on posttest. It means the data is normally distributed because the value is higher than 0.05. The result of significance value is 0.312 it is higher than 0.05, as a result the test is homogen. Beside that, in one sample t-test, the result of significance two tailed is 0.000 and lower than 0.05. from the data above, it can be concluded that the null hypothesis of this research that is “Information gap activity is not effective to teach speaking” is rejected. In other word, it was proven that teaching speaking using information gap activity is effective to be used by teacher.Key words: Speaking, Information gap.

Seiring meningkatnya perkembangan teknologi dan ilmu pengetahuan saat ini maka semakin besar pula upaya peningkatan pembaharuan serta media dalam pemanfaatan hasi-hasil teknologi untuk mendukung proses belajar. Para pendidik atau pemateri dituntut agar mampu menggunakan media yang dapat ada di lembaga pelatihan. Saat ini media pembelajaran merupakan salah satu faktor pendukung utama dalam peningkatan kualitas proses belajar dan mengajar. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah merancang prototype media pembelajaran Analisis Perancangan Sistem Infrmasi berbasis web, yang akan dimanfaatkan pada bagian Pusat Pelatihan Information Access Center IBI Darmajaya. Dengan adanya media tersebut akan dapat digunakan sebagai alternatif sumber belajar bagi mahasiswa, khususnya dalam Pelatihan Analisis Perancangan Sistem Informasi sehingga dapat meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran serta pemahaman peserta pelatihan. Dengan media ini, juga dapat mengeleminasi hambatan-hambatan dalam proses komunikasi pembelajaran di dalam kelas Pelatihan.
