Abstract

Sundanese language is no longer the mother tongue / first language in its own area, but it has become the second language after the Indonesian language. The need for preservation of the Sundanese language in the form of online that can be accessed for its users so it will facilitate the searching of text documents especially sunda documents IRS Software is designed to provide the optimal document search results using VSM method, so users will get fast and accurate search results. The VSM method will weight every document in the database so that the documents have different weights to determine which documents are most similar to queries, the highest-weighted documents are ranked in the search results. The evaluation of IRS search results is done by recall and precision tests. Cosine calculation results known that Document 1 (D1) has the highest level of similarity and then followed by D3 and D2 documents is a point or vector in this space. It proves each query that is given has a different level of closeness to the existing documents, it can be Draw the conclusion dkumen which has a high level of similatas influenced by the given query

Abstract

Aplikasi Sumber Daya Manusia terintegrasi merupakan perangkat lunak yang menangani masalah pada divisi SDM dan Umum seperti absensi, penggajian, kas kecil, pergudangan, data karyawan, kontrak, dan lainnya yang menggunakan sumber data yang terintegrasi. Pengintegrasian ini bertujuan untuk meminimalisir kesalahan pada create, read, update, delete (CRUD) pada saat pengoperasian aplikasi, serta integrasi data ini bertujuan menghindari perbedaan informasi yang dihasilkan pada hasil akhir laporan software. Pada jurnal ini penulis melakukan sebuah analisa pada aplikasi Integrated Human Resources Information System (IHRIS), IHRIS merupakan aplikasi perangkat lunak yang akan mengolah data-data dari divisi SDM menjadi informasi laporan yang menggunakan database terintegrasi. Teknologi yang digunakan dalam IHRIS adalah .NET Framework 4.5 dan Microsoft OLEDB (12.0 ACE dan 4.0 JET), serta database yang digunakan adalah Microsoft SQL Server 2012, serta menggunakan bahasa pemrograman C# dengan object-oriented programming. Tujuan dari artikel ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi berapa besar kualitas perangkat lunak IHRIS dengan dilakukan tes. Tes yang dilakukan adalah unit testing tool dan manual testing. Kemudian dilakukan analisa masalah-masalah apa saja yang dapat diatasi oleh perangkat lunak tersebut. Hasil identifikasi menunjukkan bahwa masalah yang dapat diatasi oleh perangkat lunak ini adalah CRUD, integrasi, serta pengimporan data absensi dari mesin absensi yang kemudian diproses sebelum disimpan kedalam database IHRIS, masalah ini dapat diselesaikan dengan menggunakan teknologi Microsoft OLEDB (12.0 ACE dan 4.0 JET). Hasil kualitas software berhasil diuji dengan test metrics yang menunjukkan hasil 100% lulus uji.

Abstract

Desain tampilan website dikembangkan dengan dasar fungsi dan kegunaan. Pada perkembangannya proses pembuatan desain tampilan sebuah website mulai melibatkan sisi perasaan pengguna. Penelitian ini mencoba menerapkan metode Kansei Engineering untuk merancang sebuah desain tampilan website portal berita informasi pendidikan dan kesehatan anak. Metodologi yang digunakan mengacu kepada Kansei Engineering Type I. Penelitian ini menggunakan Kansei Words untuk mendeteksi perasaan pengguna website. Daftar Kansei Word yang digunakan sebanyak 26 kata yang berhubungan dengan tampilan website portal berita anak. Spesimen website portal berita sejenis yang digunakan sebanyak 10 spesimen. Penelitian ini melibatkan 30 partisipan dengan umur minimal 20 tahun dan sudah menikah yang terdiri dari 18 orang pria dan 12 orang wanita. Hasil kuisioner diolah menggunakan analisis statistik multivariat yakni Cronbach’s Alpha, Coefficient Correlation Analysis (CCA), Principal Component Analysis (PCA), Factor Analysis (FA) dan analisis Partial Least Square (PLS). Penelitian ini menghasilkan 6 (enam) rekomendasi desain tampilan website portal berita anak dengan perincian; 3 (tiga) rekomendasi utama menggunakan 1 (satu) kansei words dalam 1 (satu) rekomendasi dan 3 (tiga) rekomendasi alternatif atas penggabungan 2 (dua) kansei words terhadap 1 (satu) rekomendasi.

Abstract

The Automatic Exchange of Information (AEOI) is a product of  common reporting standard as a result of Indonesia's ratification of the Convention on Mutual Administrative Assistance in Tax Matters. The convention purpose is to  prevent transnational tax evasion and money laudry, with the existence of an automatic exchange of information system through out members of the convention can enact and enforce its laws. The main problems concerning an autamated system is the jurisdiction regarding the enacting state, as well as bank secrecy laws in ratifying countries. With banks are compromised to reveal tax payers information to the state, many tax payers will eventually lose interest in one state and start seeking tax havens, which will impact the economy and business sectors as well as trade policies between states. The purpose of this research is to find out what law governs AEOI in Indonesia and its impact on transnational jurisdiction between ratifying and non-ratifying states. This research is a juridical-emphirical research which uses statute approach, conceptual approach and comparative approach. The research compares Indonesia laws including banking law as well as statistics of Indonesian economic growth since the enactment of tax amnesty as a reaction towards AEOI.

Abstract

This research aims (1) to know and to analyse the availability of ICT resources at publicjunior high school of integrated model Madani; (2) to know and to analyse theimplementation of Indonesian language based on ICT learning in pioneering school ofintegrated model Madani; and (3) to know and to analyse student intersctions in ICTbased learning model. This research uses descriptive qualitative approach that is bydescribing the characteristic of variables using frequency tables and percentage. Dataare collected througt interview, observation, and documentation. Questionnaire isdesigned using likert scale. The result of this research shows that (1) the availability ofICT resources at public junior high school of integrated model Madani have anadequate amount, (2) the implementation of Indonesian language based on ICT learninghave not in edeal condition yet, but they have mostly perform KTSP learning principles,and (3) student interactions in ICT based learning model have develoved the CBSAmethod.

Abstract

Anak jalanan di Jakarta banyak yang tidak dapat merasakan pemenuhan kebutuhan belajar secara penuh dan meninggalkan bangku sekolah dikarenakan anak harus bekerja untuk ikut membantu menunjang ekonomi keluarga. Sekolah Kolong Cikini merupakan organisasi non profit yang memfasilitasi anak jalanan untuk memberikan pendidikan alternatif agar anak jananan tersebut tetap dapat memperoleh haknya dalam pendidikan. Namun adanya keterbatasan media bagi para relawan untuk berbagi informasi menimbulkan informasi yang dibagikan tidak diterima dengan baik oleh anggota komunitas lainnya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang aplikasi yang mampu menjadi sarana komunikasi antar anggota komunitas. Alur penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) model Waterfall serta identifikasi masalah dengan menggunakan tahap analisis PIECES. Dengan adanya penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu komunitas sekolah kolong cikini dalam mengorganisir kegiatan, berbagi informasi, dan pengetahuan serta menjaga keakuratan data anggota pengajar dan data anak jalanan yang tergabung dalam sekolah kolong cikini.

Abstract

This study aims to assist LDPM (Community Food Distribution Institute) in facilitating the recording of transactions and distribution of grain from and to farmers so that it can provide information that can speed up the work process at LDPM Batutaba Agreed in serving farmers who sell grain at LDPM Batu Taba Sepakat. This information system itself was built using Object Oriented Programming Language, Delphi 7. With the SDLC system development model consisting of 7 (seven) steps, namely identification and selection, initiation and planning, analysis, logical design, physical design, implementation, and maintenance expected can create an information system that is in accordance with the needs of the LDPM Batu Taba Sepakat, so that there is an increase in food sales and distribution transaction data management that can improve the welfare of the people of Batu Taba, especially farmers.

Abstract

Technological advances and strategic environmental changes encourage the government sector to improve bureaucratic performance and services. Salatiga's Department of Communication and Informatics (Diskominfo Kota Salatiga) is a service that provides communication and informatics, statistics and coding services. However, in carrying out their duties and functions, there are still problems which indicate that the IT governance process is still not optimal, so that there is a need for identification and assessment efforts. This study aims to analyze the maturity level of IT governance using the COBIT 5 framework domain Deliver, Service and Support (DSS). The results of this study indicate that the level of capability of the DSS01, DSS03 and DSS06 processes is at level 2 (Managed process). While the DSS02 and DSS04 processes are at level 1 (Performed process). The recommendations in each process may be an input for Diskominfo in improving the quality of public services and for realizing good governance.

Abstract

BKDIKLATDA in Salatiga is an Personnel Institution located in the Salatiga City Government area, which is currently implementing IT as a supporter of business processes. One of the IT used is the Personnel Management Information System (SIMPEG). SIMPEG is a system specifically designed to provide personnel administration management information quickly, accurately and accurately, and has the function to manage staffing data and information in the working environment of the Salatiga Municipal Government. In this study COBIT 5 was used specifically the Monitor, Evaluate, Assessment (MEA) domain to observe, evaluate and evaluate the performance of IT governance on the application of SIMPEG in the Salatiga City BKDIKLATDA. MEA is a domain in COBIT 5 whose purpose is to observe, evaluate and assess all processes related to IT in a company or organization. The purpose of this study was to help the Salatiga City BKDIKLATDA to optimize the SIMPEG process performance and find out the level of maturity and the ability to apply SIMPEG in the Salatiga City BKDIKLATDA. The research methodology used in this study is mixed method. Mixed method is a research approach that combines or links qualitative and quantitative research methods. The results of this study are expected to optimize the effective and efficient performance process in the application of SIMPEG in the Salatiga City BKDIKLATDA so that in the future it will be even better.

Abstract

Information Technology (IT) governance is used to manage and optimize IT resources in supporting organizational goals. The Legal Section of the Regional Secretariat of Salatiga City as part of a government organization has built E-Legal Drafting information system to develop the functions of making regional legal products as well as the realization of e-government development in the legal field. The COBIT framework supports IT governance by providing work support to regulate IT alignment with the organization's business objectives. The results of this study are expected to show an overview of the implementation of IT governance in E-Legal Drafting information system from APO domain within the COBIT 5 framework, show the current system information level of capability and performance that is obtained from the measurement of capability levels, and also providing evaluation and recomendation based on the results of the gap analysis to help obtain the quality of information systems expected by the Legal Section of the Regional Secretariat of Salatiga City.
