Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui pengaruh prestasi belajar matematika setelah dilakukan penggunaan strategi Information Search (IS)dan Learning start with a Question (LSQ). (2) mengetahui keaktifan peserta didik terhadap penggunaan strategi Information Search (IS) dan Learning start with a Question (LSQ). Sehubungan untuk mencapai tujuan penelitian tersebut, peneliti menggunakan metode eksperimen. Populasinya adalah seluruh siswa kelas VII semester genap SMP Negeri 26 Bandar Lampung, yang berjumlah 1138 siswa yang tersebar dalam 27 kelas. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan teknik cluster random sampling dengan prosedur undian, karena mengingat bahwa masing-masing kelas relatif mempunyai kemampuan rata-rata yang sama atau dengan kondisi homogen. Prosedur undian yang dimaksud yaitu mengundi dari kelas yang terdapat pada kelas VII dan yang pertama keluar dijadikan sebagai kelas eksperimen yaitu kelas VII. F dengan 28 siswa dan yangkedua keluar dijadikan kelas kontrol yaitu kelas VII. E dengan 25 siswa.Teknik untuk menganalisis data digunakan uji normalitas dan uji homogenitas varians, dilanjutkan dengan pengujian hipotesis. Dari hasil pengujian hipotesis menggunakan rumus statistik t-tes, diperoleh nilai thit = 6,62 dan dari total distribusi t pada taraf signifikan 5% diketahui t (1ï€1/ 2ï¡ ) (51) = 2,01.

The current study uses job relevant information and budget goal commitment as intervening variable between relationship participative budgeting toward manager?s performance and job satisfaction. Data for this study were collected using a questionnaire survey sent to 114 middle managers and lower manajer working in 29 service companies in the Magelang. At least 29 manager who has participated in this research, also same to 66% response rate. The study employs a multiple regression model to analyze the hiphotesis and assist by the SPSS 12.00 from windows programs. The result of this research is showed that the relationship between participative budgeting and managerial performance statistically significant,  the relationship between participative budgeting and job satisfaction statistically significant,  job-relevant information and goal commitment budgeting ?as intervening variables?statistically, significantly affect the relationship between participative budgeting and managerial performance,  job-relevant information and goal commitment budgeting - as intervening variables- statistically, significantly affect the relationship between participative budgeting and budget goal commitment does not statistically significantly influence job satisfaction.

Laundry is business engaged in services that are now commonly found. The high demand for laundry services makes laundry owners in Sungai Bambu, North Jakarta look for ways to keep transaction records neatly organized and not lose records or damage that is often experienced by customers or owners. In addition, employees must calculate the total price of the weight of the items to be washed, so that it takes a long time. Laundry also provides a variety of laundry services that can be added at any time. Besides making manual reports. To overcome this, laundry service information system is designed using the waterfall method built with Visual Studio as an interface and SQL Server as data storage. Design of this information system will make it easy to collect transaction data and minimize data loss or damage, generate automatic reports, and can perform special laundry services.

PT. XYZ is one of the companies engaged in the production of motorcycle spare parts. In carrying out its operational activities, PT. XYZ has a procurement process. Generally in applying of good procurement, employees must submit a document submission of goods in the printed form and must meet their supervisor directly to ask for approval in a signature. This condition requires quite a long time until the submission document reaches the Director because they have to wait for the signature of each related section. That is quite an obstacle for the employee who submits because the longer the approval process, the longer the procurement process. To overcome this obstacle, a good procurement information system web based was built using phased development methodology. The information system uses SQL Server as database and ASP.Net as programming language. Good procurement information system web-based can accelerate the procurement process.

The purpose of this research is to create a Web-based Literature Culture Information System Besemah Pagar. Besemah Literary Culture comes from the besemah tribe that grew up in Kota Pagar Alam. Besemah literature is now rarely heard by the Pagar Alam people inside and outside the City of Pagar Alam and is also almost unknown to the public, especially Pagar Alam among young people today. The system development method used is Rapid Application Development. With the web-based information system program, the public will gain knowledge about the literary culture that is weak in the City of Pagar Alam, and also help disseminate information in the introduction of the culture and literature to the public at large to increase outside tourists in supporting the City of Pagar Alam program. Tests carried out using Black Box Testing with no error results. The results of research in the form of Web-based Literature Culture Information System Weak Besagar Pagar that can be implemented and used by the general public.

The Indonesian Red Cross (PMI) is a national national association organization in Indonesia engaged in the field of social, humanitarian and health. The logistics section of the Blood Transfusion Unit (UTD) is a warehouse where blood stock is store in, out, or destroyed blood. The importance of blood availability at requires The Indonesian Red Cross requires The Indonesian Red Cross to always maintain the availaibility of blood to meet the need for blood tranfusion . the application of prediction as an effort to control blood supply is considered important. This is needed to minimize the amount of ordering and storing blood that must be borne by The Indonesian Red Cross. For this reson, a precise prediction method is needed in order to produce an accurate estimate of blood supply. In this study the prediction of blood is done using the Weigthed Moving Average (WMA) method, because the patern of stock data and blood demand owned by The Indonesian Red Cross follows the trend data pattern. Comparison of the smallest error value between the 3th-month WMA period and 6th-month WMA selected to be the result of focasting. The results of the average error value (MAD, MSE, and MAPE) show a period of 6 months has the smallest value, although there is a decline in blood type AB, but the difference in the ratio of error values in goldar AB is not too far. This happens because donors or requests for AB goldar are not too many.

Common diseases mostly occur due to lack of basic health information and knowledge to public at large. Therefore, basic health information and knowledge is very much important to reduce the outbreaks of different diseases especially in rural communities which is possible through proper education. Education is a natural and an inborn part of any community or society. High quality and healthy volunteers can be generated in a society by right education with full support of any kind of facility.The objective of this paper is to gather and identify information and knowledge about basic health from students and teachers. In this paper, first we study current basic health (information & knowledge) situation of teachers and students in high schools of District Swat (70% mountain rural areas and 30% urban areas), Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Pakistan. Secondly, find out the willingness of high school teachers and students for basic health information and knowledge using information communication technology (ICT) i.e. through a proposed “Virtual Education for Basic Health (VEBH)” model at high school level. For this purpose a pilot research survey was conducted in seven tehsils of district Swat which contained 119 high schools, including 77 male high schools and 42 female high schools.The respondents are willing to learn basic health information and knowledge through virtual and commented that it will be better for rural mountainous areas of Swat especially for female health. VEBH model will make the students aware about common diseases and ensure future healthy society.

Pertemuan 5 Menit (P5M) is a routine activity that is always carried out by instructor in Politeknik Manufaktur Astra (Polman Astra) to students in each Unit Pelaksana Teknis (UPT) before or after lectures begin. Students who do not follow or violate the rules at the time of P5M will get a penalty in the form of minus hours. Minus hours are penalties given to students. Data minus hours of P5M are recorded using a form that is recapitulated one by one for every week and inputted into academic information system Polman Astra. The input time for minus P5M clock data is 565 minutes. Therefore we need an information system that can help overcome or automate it. In this research an analysis and design will be carried out using the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) stages with extreme programming methodology which will reduce the recapitulation time from 565 to 280 minutes.

P5M is a readiness inspection activity such as the attributes and attendance of students before practicing. Students whose attributes are incomplete will be recorded in P5M sheet. Each attribute has a violation point or hour minus. P5M data, will recapitulate the number of hours minus. Constraints that occur in the Astra Manufacturing Polytechnic, namely the filling process of P5M sheets is still manual. This causes the time required to recapitulate minus hours to be long, which is on average 5 minutes. This causes the process of renewing the number of hours minus students and the process of paying hours minus being hampered. To overcome this, an Android-based P5M information system was made. This information system was developed using the Extreme Programming methodology and the MySQL database. With the P5M information system, it can eliminate the process of recapitulation of minus hours and reduce paper usage.

Eastern Naval Warehousing is the technical implementation elements in charge of receiving, storing, maintaining and distributing supplies to support existing user in the Navy in particular user located in the eastern region. To support the operational activities of the Navy, Eastern Naval Warehousing as service organizations should be supported with the provision of an information system capable of supporting the activities become more optimal provisioning. Speed and accuracy of support provision to user is an indication for the success of a service. Information technology nowadays has grown very rapidly to develop into the current warehousing system. RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) is the process of identifying an object automatically by Radio Frequency. There are two important components of an RFID system is the card (tag) and the reader. Application warehousing information system can be integrated with RFID technology, so that the system can run more optimal for warehousing system. This research aims to design warehousing information system based on RFID in Eastern Naval Warehousing used in processing existing warehousing system to gain optimal in provisioning operations running in Eastern Naval Warehousing to support provisioning activities to meet the requirement of existing user in Navy. Field studies conducted in Eastern Naval Warehousing, aimed to determine the current state of warehousing system that runs to identify existing problems. Furthermore, to process the data, created the design of an information system based on RFID warehousing in software system. This paper get to report out of the goods, report the amount of inventory in real time, the location of goods and EOQ value of goods to determine the optimal inventory level of each item.
