Abstract

The release of medical information is a notification/provision of information about the health condition/illnes suffered by the patient and the risks that occur to the patient. There are several problems that exist in the process of releasing medical information to Jasa Raharja insurance in Sleman District Hospital including the absence of a power of attorney written by the patient or the patient’s guardian (if the patient is unable to make a power of attorney) and incomplete information contained in the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The purpose of this research is to evaluate the release of medical information for Jasa Raharja insurance based on legal aspects of the security and confidentiality of medical records in PERMENKES No. 269 of 2008. This research is descriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques carried out by observing the implementation of the release of medical information for jasa raharja’s insurance claims, interviews with officers responsible for releasing medical information in RSUD Sleman, and documentation of SOP information release. The result of this research are new Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) recommendations related to the process of releasing medical information for Jasa Raharja insurance and new Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) socialization related to releasing medical information for Jasa Raharja insurance. SOP update is very important because it can maintain the security and confidentiality  of medical record files so that it cannot be misused by irresponsible parties.

Abstract

The study aims to analyze the partial and simultaneous effect of perceived security, information quality and trust on purchasing decisions with primary data from questionnaires. The population in this study were all Shopee consumers in Yogyakarta and the research sample was determined by probability sampling method with nonprobability sampling techniques so that 100 samples were obtained. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis with the results of the study concluded that simultaneously perceptions of security, information quality and trust affect purchasing decisions and partially security perception variables have no effect on purchasing decisions while information quality affect purchasing decisions.  Keywords: Security Perception, Information Quality, Trust and Purchasing Decisions

Abstract

Ada berbagai cara untuk meningkatkan kinerja organisasi dalam memenuhi kebutuhan dalam bisnisnya. Salah satu kebutuhan yang menjadi bagian yang sangat penting dalam organisasi adalah informasi. Perlu adanya teknologi informasi sebagai alat bantu meningkatkan efisiensi pengerjaan. Namun dalam penerapannya TI tidak selalu menjadi solusi yang baik, muncul berbagai risiko yang dapat menjadi hambatan dan kerugian bagi organisasi. Salah satu organisasi yang bertanggung jawab dalam pengelolaan informasi adalah Lembaga XYZ. Telah terdapat beberapa SOP atau kebijakan yang mengatur penggunaan, perawatan, dan keamanan TI pada Lembaga XYZ. Namun masih ditemukan beberapa aktivitas yang belum mencapai target perencanaan kinerja, khususnya dalam manajemen risiko keamanan informasi pada Sistem Informasi Pengelolaan Surat (SIPS). Maka dari itu untuk meminimalisir kerugian dan mencegah risiko yang akan terjadi, pengukuran tingkat kapabilitas manajemen risiko keamanan informasi harus dilakukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang alat ukur manajemen risiko keamanan informasi dari SIPS berdasarkan COBIT 5. Domain yang terpilih adalah EDM03 (Ensure Risk Optimisation) dan APO12 (Manage Risk). Hasil penelitian ini berupa alat ukur tingkat kapabilitas manajemen risiko keamanan informasi yang didasarkan pada metode Process Assessment Model (PAM) COBIT 5 yang dapat digunakan Lembaga XYZ atau peneliti lainnya untuk melakukan pengukuran secara mandiri. Hasil dari pengukuran dapat menjadi tolak ukur untuk meningkatkan manajemen risiko keamanan informasi. DOI : https://doi.org/10.33005/scan.v16i3.2876

Abstract

Social media is very important in everyday life. However, when used, a lot of personal data and information is shared. This risks being vulnerable to personal data leaks. Facebook is one of the social media that often experiences user data leaks. There are many ways to steal Facebook user data, one of which is by using Phishing techniques. Phishing means tricking a user into entering a username, password, or other personal data on a modified site. This research was conducted regarding Phishing attacks. The method used is the National Institute of Justice (NIJ). The stages flow starts from the preparation stage, the collection stage, the examination stage, the analysis stage, and the reporting stage. The Wireshark application was used to search for evidence, and the Hashcalc application was used to acquire the obtained evidence. Keywords: Facebook, phishing, cybercrime, Wireshark.

Abstract

Sistem Informasi Akademik adalah suatu sistem yang dirancang untuk keperluan pengeloaan data-data akademik dengan penerapan teknologi komputer baik hardware maupun software sehingga seluruh proses kegiatan akademik dapat terkelola menjadi informasi yang bermanfaat dalam pengelolaan manajemen perguruan tinggi dan pengambilan keputusan-keputusan bagi pengambil keputusan atau top manajemen di lingkungan Universitas Muhammadiyah Jakarta. Sistem ini bertujuan untuk mendukung penyelenggaraan pendidikan, sehingga Universitas dapat menyediakan layanan informasi yang lebih baik dan efektif kepada civitas akademika, baik didalam maupun diluar Universitas Muhammadiyah Jakarta melalui internet. Berbagai kebutuhan dalam bidang pendidikan maupun peraturan yang melingkupinya sedemikian tinggi, sehingga pengelolaan akademik dalam suatu lembaga pendidikan menjadi pekerjaan yang sangat menguras waktu, tenaga dan pikiran. Masalah yang sering terjadi pada perguruan tinggi pada umumnya adalah keterbatasan pengolahan data yang dimulai dari pengolahan data akademik. Hal tersebut merupakan salah satu proses interaksi antara bagian internal Universitas Muhammadiyah Jakarta yang mengolah data dengan proses serta prosedurprosedur tertentu, dengan user yang dalam hal ini adalah mahasiswa. Kesulitan yang sering terjadi pada bagian internal perguruan tinggi adalah banyaknya proses pengolahan data yang harus dilakukan dalam waktu yang singkat.

Abstract

The use of academic information systems (siakad) has become mandatory for universities in providing user convenience in online academic administrative activities. However, sometimes college siakad has security holes that irresponsible people can take advantage of by hacking. This study aims to identify security vulnerabilities at XYZ Siakad University. The method used in this study is a vulnerability assessment method. A university syakad will conduct an initial vulnerability assessment by doing footprinting to get information related to XYZ syakad after that a vulnerability scan is carried out using vulnerability assessment tools to identify vulnerabilities and the level of risk found. Based on the vulnerability of the XYZ university's vulnerabilities, it is quite good, with a high risk level of 1, a medium risk level of 6 and a low risk level of 14. Researchers provide recommendations for improvements related to the findings of security holes in XYZ university Siakad from XSS (Cross Site Scripting) attacks, Clickjacking, Brute Force, Cross-site Request Forgery (CSRF) and Sniffing.

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to determine the concepts of good control to be applied in a corporate organizational environment. Based on several concepts offered, the control based on Sarbanes-Oxley and Internal Control (COSO Framwork) is still highly recommended by experts. This is because the control concept of this model has adopted all existing aspects of protection, both physical and non-physical. However, security protection for information systems should ideally be focused on access control and IT control. There are three groups of individuals who differ in their normal ability to access hardware, namely; 1) Personal computer systems, which often pose a potential bottleneck because they often have special access to important data and programs. 2) Users, they have narrower access, but they still have the opportunity to commit embezzlement. 3) The intruders, they do not have access at all, but they are often people who have the ability to interfere with company information systems.

Abstract

Cryptography is one of the fields of science in information security. One of the cryptographic algorithms is the Rinjdael algorithm. Security is still not a priority in an information system. The problem that often arises in government data is data leakage. Rinjdael algorithm is implemented to encrypt and decrypt data. Abstract

The use of cryptographic techniques and digital signatures is widely applied as a method to secure confidentiality and authenticity of data such as sending data over the internet network. on cryptographic, data that intent to be secret is disguised by changing the original data to unreadable format while the digital signature is used to check the authenticity of the message according to the source. Both of these techniques have weaknesses, but by combining these two techniques it will make confidential data more secure in secrecy and authenticity. The main discussion of this research is to create a data security application by combining cryptographic techniques and the use of digital signatures. The algorithm used is a Multi- encryption algorithm consisting of a combination of substitution and transposition algorithms and el gamal algorithm for document verification using digital signatures. The process that is done is to encrypt the message either typed directly into the application or from the text file that is loaded into the application. The results of this study are applications designed to meet information security needs, both protection against the confidentiality of information and protection against counterfeiting and changing unwanted information.

Abstract

The slowness of a job can be affected by many things, mostly due to the large number of files for a single activity. The introduction of a computerized goods recording system is intended to assist users in carrying out their work and facilitate users in finding information on incoming and outgoing goods data. The application made has additional features from previous research, namely exporting incoming and outgoing goods data in the form of 3D graphics and there is a live chat that functions for interaction between application users. For data security, the transaction id stored in the database uses base64 encryption, aiming to secure data from irresponsible parties. In the encryption process, it has been tested using 300 data and has a file size of 1MiB (Mebibyte) by making the data safe and cannot be cracked by other parties. In testing the attack on encrypted data in this application, 20 methods of attack were proven to be unhackable, unless using the encode that was made in this application. The data security process used is to encrypt the transaction id of incoming goods and outgoing goods stored in the database and the description results are found on the website page
