Abstract

Bubula tribe or usually known as Dani tribe is a tribe in Papua, which has an unique culture named mummification culture of family’s member body. It is a rare culture which needs to be preserved. To introduce this culture, video with Augmented Reality (AR) technology is used. Markers is used in a AR technology to distinguish each video will be played. Using technology of Augmented Reality marker / marker based on tracking technology has several stages to develop. Such as, collecting data documentation video from about it’s history obtained from Technical Executing Unit (UPT) Museum Loka Budaya from Universitas Cendrawasih Papua, Indonesia. Cutting and compressing video size, designing marker and uploading marker, designing application interface, designing Augmented Reality technology into Android package format (APK). To design are next steps need to be done this application need some tools Unity 3D, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premier, Vuforia SDK, and Android SDK were needed. This research produces applications based on Android using Augmented Reality Technology (AR) as a media to display video. Abstract

Internet is one of the main of development of information technology. Trough the internet can also be obtained various information, among others tourism information. Tourism information are generally published in website. Pekanbaru city also has tourism. From websites that already exist in the pekanbaru city, show only general information of pekanbaru city. Seeing these conditions, researcher on prototype development of tourism web pekanbaruview, to meet the needs of tourists and society about tourism information pekanbaru. The purpose of this research : 1) Designing web application PekanbaruView tourism using Joomla 3.2  2)  To analyse expectations and attributes performance dimension of the tourism PekanbaruView web. Sampling using a convenience sampling and taking 75 samples. Analisys of the data using Joomla 3.2, and Importance and Performance Analysis (IPA). The result showed that to design a view of tourism web Pekanbaruview application, Previously the view of the tourism pekanbaruview web has designed. Furthermore, installing XAMPP as a server that supports the Joomla 3.2. and after that installing joomla 3.2. Based on the result of the IPA there is one attribute that is located on the first quadrant. The attributes is the speed of access. In the second quadrant there is seven atribut, Which is attributes top menu, picture flash, content, Clarity of the information, features on the website, newest  information, and ease of users. For attributes that in third quadrant is a view of interface of calendar. In the fourth quadrant there is three attributes, which is the accurate of the information, header, user satisfaction. Abstract

Business card is a card that can deliver some informations related to company or even professionals, but some people in business such as professionals and companies doesn’t have business card or only some of them have business cards for reasons such as the funds spent on making business cards for many employees are too large for the scale of a business as big as a company, and feel that business cards are not very important for professionals. With Augmented Reality Technology, business cards can be converted into digital form so it can be easily accessed by many people and certain people, and relatively low production costs than conventional business cards. The use of Augmented Reality technology by scanning digital business cards as markers in the form of texts and images, and displays an object on a marker. Digital business cards are divided into two types, namely business cards for public use and business cards for use in business which will appear if successfully scanned using a marker. Create and process digital business cards, design and upload markers, design application interfaces, and design Augmented Reality technology in the form of Android Package Kit (APK). Development of this application requires several tools, such Unity 3D, Vuforia SDK, Android SDK, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Premier. This study resulted an Android-based application with Augmented Reality Technology as a medium for displaying digital business cards by scanning markers using a smartphone, so users can see digital business cards have better informations.Keywords: Augmented Reality, Marker, business cards, kartu nama digital.

Abstract

Village letter creation is one form of village government service to the village residents. Village letter creation in Terbangiang Village is made by village residents that would visit the village office during working hours, then village officials would make a letter using Microsoft Word. Village letter creation in Terbangiang Village are still not optimal due to the relatively long service time, no standard format for making letters, poor administrative records, and writing errors. In order to maximize the letter creation service at the Terbangiang Village, an information system was created that helps residents and village officials in making letters. The information system make any village residents can submit letters online and receive notification via SMS when the letter is completed, village officials can approve and make letters without writing resident's data. System development is carried out using the waterfall method and is built using the CodeIgniter framework and is equipped with an SMS Gateway feature. The results of this research is an information system that makes it easier for residents and village officials to make village letters. Keywords: village letter, administration, web

Abstract

Natuna Dormitory is a dormitory inhabited by students who came from Natuna Regency. Natuna hostel is located on Jalan Bangun Karya in Pekanbaru-Riau Province. The payment system at Natuna Dormitory is still manual, which is using a notebook, so there is often a writing error in payment, if using a risk book that will lose a notebook so that payment data will be lost, for this reason an information system is made namely the Payment Information System Web Based Board Fee. On this system the programming language used in the design of this system is, Hypertext Preprocessor(PHP), Hypertext Markup Language(HTML), JavaScript(JS), My Structured Query Language(MySQL). Waterfall Method used in this research is a systematic and sequential model of information system development. Waterfall Method has stages that are carried out sequentially. Results of this research is a Payment Information System that can facilitate administrators in the payment process, a payment receipt for every tenant, monthly report for owner of Natuna Dormitory. There is also another feature system such us SMS Gateway for sending SMS notifications to every tenant 3 days before payment, payment due and late payment. In this system, payment is made by entering the tenant's name and the number of months to be paid, then printing a payment receipt to be provided to the tenant. On the other side, payment record will be sent into a monthly report of the owner of Natuna Dormitory. Keywords: Information Systems, Payment, Programming Languages, Waterfall Methods.

Abstract

An Intrusion Detection System (IDS) seeks to identify unauthorized access to computer systems’ resources and datausing a statistical approach. The scale on which a dataset variable is measured may not the most appropriate forstatistical analysis or describing variation, and may even hide the basic characteristics of the data. This paper proposed apre-processing analysis for detecting unusual observations that do not seem to belong to the pattern of variabilityproduced by the other observations. The pre-processing analysis consists of outliers detection and Transformation.Outliers are best detected visually whenever this is possible. Usually, the original data sets are not normally distributed.If normality is not a viable assumption, one alternative is to make non-normal data look normal. This paper explains thesteps for detecting outliers’ data and describes the Box-Cox power transformation method that transforms them tonormality. The transformation obtained by maximizing lamda functions usually improves the approximation tonormality.Keywords : IDS, dataset, outliers, transformation, pre-processing

Abstract

In the field of E-learning systems, several systems have been used in order to support learning processes. But lack of university creates a virtual environment as substitute learning process. By using several interactive concepts, in this paper we propose the framework of OLLA (Online Learning Lecturer Assistance). In this framework, the instructors deliver the lectures, gives assignment after the class, the interaction and learning continue in an online discussionforum where members from a class can participate.

Website is one of the media to get informations. One of the information is about traditional Malay foods. Pekanbaru have various traditional Malay foods, especially base on flour. Some of culinary website just show foods name. A culinary website needs shown specific information such foods history, food recipe, location, and others. the purpose of this research : 1) Desaigning the website of culinary traditional malay foods base of flour in Pekanbaru with Joomla 3.0. 2) Analyze the level of user satisfaction to culinary website traditional malay foods base on flour. 3) Analyze to level important and attributes performance culinary website traditional malay foods base on flour. Sampling uses non probability method that convience sampling. taking 90 samples uses slovin formula. Analyze of data using joomla 3.0, Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), Important and Performance Analyze (IPA). Desaigning website include installation XAMPP for Joomla 3.0 aplication, offline installation joomla 3.0, and then desaigning website layout. The result of CSI show user satisfication has a value of 84.00 %. Base on the result of IPA, quadrant I has symbol. Quadrant II have Top Menu, accurate Information, Picture flash, Article, Content, hyperlink, clarity of information, speed of acess, and source. Quadran III have layout interface, attributes on website, user satisfication, and easy access. Quadrant IV have question column and viewers statistic.
