Abstract

The need for security, especially in terms of Information Technology today is very important. Many cases of attacks using IT devices to take action criminal (cybercrime). Crimes - crimes in the cyber world occur because one of them is lack of knowledge and public awareness about current attacks. For increase science and public awareness, especially for students, the Engineering study program Informatics wants to make a facility that serves to be a means for students to do learning and exploration of knowledge about information security. Facilities to be built in the form of an Information Security laboratory, which consists of 3 types of laboratories. Construction of this facility consists of several stages, from measuring readiness to building facilities. So in this first phase of research is to measure the readiness of students against Information Security laboratory. From the research that has been done, it can be concluded that UNPAS Informatics Engineering study students are ready if this Information Security laboratory will was built.

Abstract

PALAPA Semarang Vocational School is a school where the delivery of information by attachment to the bulletin board, so that in the delivery of information is felt to be less fast given the lack of means of communication between the school and students, parents and less optimal managing academic information. Academic Information System was developed using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) Security with Local Server Hosting and SMS Gateway and PHP as a programming language and using a MySQL database. Academic Information System is developed in the form of local server hosting and online security Secure Socket Layer (SSL) so that an effective and efficient job in supporting school activities will be achieved. With this SMS based information system it can be a solution. Keywords: Information Systems, Academic, SMS Gateway, Local Server Hosting, SSL, PHP. Abstract

The Gojek Mobile application is one application that is widely used by the wider community. In recent years, Gojek has developed very rapidly and is able to beat conventional transportation modes because it is more practical and has many service features offered by the applicator. This study aims to analyze and determine the extent to which the ease of use, information quality, security quality and technical & functional quality of the Gojek application are perceived as useful for users and have implications for user satisfaction and loyalty. The approach used in this study is included in the type of explanatory research, namely research whose explanation uses hypothesis testing in which the causal relationship between variables is explained. The respondents of this study were 100 students from various universities in the city of Semarang. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire instrument where the variables were measured using a five-scale Likert scale, where the data was processed using SmartPLS 3.0. From the model test, the test results show that of the 7 hypotheses, five hypotheses are accepted because they have a significant effect and two are rejected because they are not significant, the data is said to be significant if it has t < 0.05. customer satisfaction variable has a significant effect on loyalty variable with P Values ​​= 0.000, information quality variable also has a significant effect on perceived usefullness variable with P values ​​= 0.001, perceived easy of use variable affects customer satisfaction variable with P Values ​​= 0.000 , the perceived easy of use variable has an effect on the perceived usefullness variable with P Values ​​= 0.009, the perceived usefullness variable affects the Customer satisfaction variable with the P Values ​​= 0.023, the security quality variable has no effect on the perceived usefullness variable with the P Values ​​= 0.085, the technical variable & functional quality has no effect on the perceived usefullness variable with P Values ​​= 0.813.

Abstract

Badan Pertanahan Nasional (BPN) adalah Lembaga Pemerintah Non Kementrian yang berada di bawah dan bertanggung jawab kepada Presiden dan dipimpin oleh Kepala. (Sesuai dengan Perpres No. 63 Tahun 2013). Badan Pertanahan Nasional mempunyai tugas melaksanakan tugas pemerintahan di bidang pertanahan secara nasional, regional dan sektoral sesuai dengan ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan.. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu dapat mengetahui kondisi keamanan dan memberikan hasil dari Risk Assessment berdasarkan assessment yang mengikuti panduan standar ISO dalam hal mengidentifikasi resiko, kontrol, kelemahan dan lain – lain. Di mulai dari proses awal assessment sampai evaluasi.  Metode yang di gunakan adalah Risk Assessment standar ISO/IEC 27005:Risk Management yang di dalamnya menerangkan tahapan – tahapan tentang Risk Assessment di antaranya Risk Identification, Risk Estimation dan Risk Evaluation. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu di dapatkannya hasil akhir berupa ranking akhir setiap resiko yang telah di beri penilaian dan di urutkan berdasarkan proses assessment menurut panduan BS ISO/IEC 27005.

Abstract

The health sector is one of the fields of work that is closely related to privacy issues or a person's personal data, especially data or information from patients. So that the health sector becomes one of the three fields that are very vulnerable to data or information leakage. The latest incident related to patient information is the alleged theft of citizen data related to Covid-19 by hackers sold on the dark web Rapid Forums forum. The data sold are complete, some of the information is in the form of name, citizenship status, date of birth, age, telephone number, home address, population identification number (NIK), and address of the corona test results, where the information is generally also submitted by the patient or asked when registering to health services, both at the Community Health Center (Puskesmas), Polyclinic, or at the Hospital (RS). Therefore, in the health sector itself, it is necessary to implement an information security management system, starting from the patient registration process until the data or information is accessed or stored.

Abstract

Perusahaan Rintisan XY menggunakan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Penilaian Mahasiswa Magang untuk menilai mahasiswa dan mendapatkan perangkingan. Dalam sistem yang berbasis website tersebut tersimpan data-data yang bersifat sensitive dan perlu memberikan batasan akses kepada pengguna untuk menjaga kredibilitas data. Saat data hilang atau diubah oleh pengguna yang tidak bertanggung jawab dapat mengakibatkan kesalahan dalam pemberian nilai mahasiswa magang. Oleh sebab itu, perlu dilakukan evaluasi terhadap aspek keamanan menggunakan Metode Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) untuk memetakkan prioritas resiko yang dapat terjadi pada sistem dalam dimensi CIA (Confidentiality, Integrity, Availability). Hasil evaluasi menyatakan bahwa resiko paling tinggi dapat terjadi pada aspek confidentiality yang mengakibatkan kehilangan akses sistem karena kehilangan data user yang harus digunakan untuk login ke dalam sistem. Prioritas resiko kedua ada di aspek integrity yang berkaitan dengan data tidak valid yang disebabkan oleh kesalahan input data atau data tidak sengaja terhapus oleh user yang sedang mengelola data sistem. Prioritas resiko ketiga berada pada aspek availability dengan resiko data tidak dapat ditampilkan dikarenakan kesalahan sambungan dengan database dan atau koneksi sistem dengan web server yang tidak aktif. Ketiga prioritas resiko tersebut bersatus very high. Resiko paling rendah dengan level very low berupa resiko gagal memperbaharui data user. Penggunaan metode FMEA memberikan hasil dengan level dan kriteria yang jelas dengan batasan tingkat resiko. Sehingga, Perusahaan XY dapat memfokuskan untuk mengantisipasi resiko yang paling berpotensi dengan cara yang lebih tepat.

Abstract

Information technology is now widely used for everyday purposes, ranging from administrative affairs of offices, hospitals to the service at the level of education. SMKN 4 Padalarang as an educational institution is expected to follow the development of information technology (IT) in order to support the process of learning and teaching activities and can build the quality of human resources. However, we still do not have an adequate IT governance and management until now. Especially which related to IT services and also faced with the limited problem of human resources where the field is not comparable with the number of IT service users, also the weak awareness of service users to the security factor. Implementation of Information Security Governance in educational institutions has an important role in the development and application of information technology (IT) they have. This research focuses on making Information Security Governance using ITIL V3 Domain Service Design framework so it can be a comprehensive procedure / policy and can be used in every educational institution especially in the plain of SMKN / SMA equal. The result of this design is Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for IT services. We expect this research can help SMKN 4 Padalarang to improve its service capability and improve its security and role. Keywords: IT Services, ITIL V3, Service Design, Standard Operating Procedure.

Abstract

In the success of the Electronic-Based Government System and Information Security Management System (SMKI), the West Java KPID must participate in it. West Java KPID has a monitoring application that functions to process recorded data and produce findings of violations of broadcast content in television broadcasts. In the monitoring application, there are national TV broadcasts that have networked main stations and local TV broadcasts. The monitoring application can only monitor television because there is a TV tuner that can make a computer capable of processing television signals and then recording them into and into the database and recording 24 hours of television viewing. Given the importance of information and the high risk of interference, the West Java KPID needs to carry out information security governance activities in the environment, especially in monitoring applications because there is data recording the contents of television broadcasts. There are frequent bugs and crashes in monitoring applications due to loss of voltage and not having a temporary power supply. The need for LAN network security to minimize the threat of attacks on monitoring applications. Risk assessment is needed to maintain the aspects of Confidentiality, Integrity, and availability and develop controls to minimize threats. This study carries out risk management monitoring applications using SNI ISO/IEC 27005: 2013 and carries out risk assessment controls based on SNI ISO/IEC 27001: 2013. The steps taken are identification of information assets, threats, vulnerabilities, risks, impacts and clause mapping based on risk assessment. Then do a maturity level analysis, gap analysis, recommendation of control objectives and information security. So that this study resulted in a risk assessment, proposed mapping of control and control objectives based on SNI ISO/IEC 27001: 2013, the level of maturity of information security, findings and recommendations.

Abstract

Internet activities require ethics and knowledge to understand the protection of data privacy, avoid forms of computer crime and know the forms of internet network security. Workshop activities are carried out to attract participants' interest in the subject matter of the activity. The discussion in the workshop focused on the core problems, presented systematically by the resource persons so that participants could easily understand, follow or practice. The workshop was held by demonstrating the forms and stages of information and network security through hardware and software security, personal data security, and windows operating system security. Ability to configure the information and network security on internet network devices. The partners involved are the tenth graders of Gajah Mada Padang Bulan Senior High School, Medan. The workshop participants' basic contribution is understanding and implementing data privacy security while surfing the internet and increasing students' awareness of information systems and network security skills.

Abstract

Keamanan fisik fasilitas teknologi informasi menjadi semakin populer beberapa tahun belakangan ini. Hal ini disebabkan oleh semakin meningkatnya kesadaran institusi teknologi informasi terhadap pentingnya keamanan fasilitas fisik mereka. Keamanan fisik mempunyai cakupan yang sangat luas, meliputi hak akses, lingkungan dan juga infrastruktur. Banyak institusi tidak mempunyai pilihan dalam membangun keamanan fisiknya sendiri. Karena mayoritas infrastuktur yang digunakan merupakan infrastruktur yang sudah siap pakai. Hal ini tentu saja sangat membatasi kebijakan keamanan fisik yang ingin diterapkan. Selain aspek infrastruktur, ada aspek lain yang sering terabaikan, yaitu manusia yang terlibat di dalamnya. Manusia dapat melakukan kejahatan dengan berbagai kondisi. Maka dari itu, keamanan fisik juga harus mempertimbangkan motif dan situasi yang dapat memicu terjadinya kejahatan oleh manusia. Bahkan orang yang sangat dipercayapun mampu melakukan kejahatan jika motif dan situasinya mendukung. Dalam tulisan ini akan dibahas beberapa alternatif penanganan keamanan fisik berdasarkan CPTED (Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design) serta standarisasi infrastruktur berdasarkan TIA-942. Konsep dasar dari CPTED adalah bahwa lingkungan fisik dapat diubah dan berdampak pada berkurangnya tindak kejahatan. CPTED berfokus pada empat area untuk mencapai tujuannya, yaitu pengendalian akses, pengawasan pasif, kegiatan pendukung, dan motivasi. Sedangkan TIA-942 adalah standar yang dikeluarkan oleh Telecommunications Industry Association untuk infrastruktur teknologi informasi.
