Abstract

This research aims to analyze how the role of information technology on economic growth and stability. Information technology at this time can be an important indicator of economic growth and stability. It is hoped that with information technology, a country can increase the production of goods and services. This research used descriptive qualitative in nature and with a literature review. The sample in this study is the growth and stability that occurs in various countries, especially Indonesia. This research discusses how information technology helps in increasing growth and stability in a country. The results of this study indicate that information technology is very influential on economic growth and stability. The role of information technology has the most influence on economic growth is to increase the effectiveness of resource allocation in organizations by 85.2%. and 77.8% of the response to information technology can increase the amount of investment in a company. The use of information technology will also speed up the production process by reducing the time needed to sort components and raw materials while reducing the potential for errors. it can be concluded that information technology is very influential in the economic growth rate of 96.3% respondents

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze accounting information systems Flow of Tuition Fee Payment during the Covid-19 Pandemic at the University of Technology Sumbawa. The method used in this research is descriptive method qualitative. The sources of this research included the Vice Chancellor for 2 Fields Finance, to be precise, the Directorate of Financial Administration, University of Technology, Sumbawa. Employees who become informants in this study are Finance Director, Treasurer University, and Sub Directorate of Financial Administration. The data source of this research are primary and secondary, with data collection methods using techniques interviews, documentation and observation. The results of this study indicate that Accounting Information System for Tuition Fee Payment Flow during the Covid-19 Pandemic The Sumbawa University of Technology has been carried out effectively and efficiently. That matter can be seen based on existing data, procedures, infrastructure and software as well responsible and competent human resources. With the Groove you can pay online tuition fees during the Covid-19 pandemic help Sub. The Directorate of Financial Administration works while still doing social distancing so that the payment flow can be applied to date.

Abstract

The development of information and communication technology (ICT) which is growing rapidly nowadays, SMP MAKNA BAKTI JAKARTA PUSAT wants the application of information technology in a structured governance process in schools. One of the problems currently faced by SMP MAKNA BAKTI JAKARTA PUSAT is that the assessment process conducted by teachers is still done manually and is less effective. Constraints also occur when the subject teacher has finished assessing and must submit to the homeroom teacher. Constraints faced include delays in the collection of grades by subject teachers, and the length of time required for the homeroom teacher to recapitulate grades. And it is difficult for students to see the results of learning done by asking or waiting for confirmation from the subject teacher. The author intends to make a web-based information system application in the form of e- report cards. With the existence of a web-based information system, it is expected to be able to help in efficient management of entity data and a more structured assessment system for better implementation. Abstract

Universitas Pembangunan Nasional Veteran Jakarta (UPN Veteran Jakarta) is one of the public universities which views student associations to play an important role in student self-development. Student’s self-development can be realized if students participate in every activity. but a lot of problems that occur because the process related to student association is still done manually without using an information system, where students have to come to campus to take care of all the needs to hold an activity. So that we need a system that aims to improve services to student associations as well as facilitate the management of existing student associations data and can increase the credibility of UPN Veteran Jakarta itself. It is called SIWA. It is expected to minimize errors that occur and manage business processes that exist in each student association. So that the benefits generated later, it is hoped that information on Real Estimate of Cost, submission of activity proposals, accountability reports and annual reports can be managed properly. Besides that, it can also support a paperless culture in the college environment. This information system will be built based on a web-based system and its development will use the waterfall method.

Abstract

The coastline is the meeting area between land and sea. In this area, many are influenced by various natural factors and also human activities, where changes that occur such as climatological effects will have an impact on the existing coastline, as well as human activities in the coastal areas will have an impact on the morphological form of the coast including in it the coastline. This study intends to see which mathematical model is most suitable for describing the changes that have occurred and also to measure how much change occurs each year. The method used in this research is spatial analysis using a geographic information system which is used to analyse the Landsat 8 OLI satellite image of the coastline in Bangkalan Madura district, and to measure satellite imagery for a period of 5 years from 2016 to 2020. The results obtained from this study, the polynomial mathematical model is the most suitable model to describe the process of change, where this model provides maximum results with a significant correlation value of 0.8107 for degree 2 and 0.9323 for degree polynomial 3. From this study It can be concluded that Landsat 8 satellite imagery is suitable for data collection on shoreline changes because this satellite image has sufficient resolution to describe in detail the length of the coastline under study. Changes in the coastline that occur are not linear, but throughout the year there are fairly dynamic changes to the shoreline, both in terms of a shoreline retreat or an addition to the coastline.

Abstract

AbstractThe quality of human resources is one of primary keys to the success of company. Indicators of high-quality human resources can be reflected in improvements in employee performance. Stream of research has examined various efforts to encourage employee performance improvement, one of which is through the optimization of incentive schemes. This study investigates the effect of the tournament scheme horizon and the publication frequency of relative performance information on performance. This study uses an experimental method with a 3 x 2 factorial design between subjects. The horizontal scheme is manipulated into 3 (Hybrid vs. Repeated vs. Grand), while the frequency of publication of relative performance information is manipulated to 2 (high vs. low). The results of this study indicate that the tournament scheme horizon as a basis for monetary incentives is quite effective in driving performance improvement. In contrast, the publication frequency of relative performance information as an effort to compare social conditions and not as a basis for monetary incentives is not strong enough to trigger performance improvements. As a rational economic man, the attempt to pursue incentives can prove to be a trigger for efforts to drive performance improvements that are greater than the pursuit of non-monetary incentives.Keywords: Employee performance; Monetary; Non-monetary; Publication frequency of relative performance information; Tournament.AbstrakKualitas sumber daya manusia merupakan salah satu kunci utama suksesnya perusahaan. Indikator dari tingginya kualitas sumber daya manusia dapat tercermin dari peningkatan kinerja karyawan. Perkembangan penelitian telah mengkaji beragam upaya untuk mendorong peningkatan kinerja karyawan salah satunya melalui optimalisasi skema insentif. Penelitian ini menginvestigasi pengaruh horizon skema turnamen dan frekuensi publikasi informasi kinerja relatif terhadap kinerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan desain faktorial 3 x 2 antar-subjek. Horizon skema turmanen dimanipulasi menjadi 3 (Hibrida vs. Berganda vs. Tunggal) sementara frekuensi publikasi informasi kinerja relatif dimanipulasi menjadi 2 (tinggi vs. rendah). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa horizon skema turnamen sebagai dasar insentif moneter cukup efektif mendorong peningkatkan kinerja. Sementara frekuensi publikasi informasi kinerja relatif sebagai upaya perbadingan kondisi secara sosial dan tidak sebagai dasar pemberian insentif moneter, tidak cukup kuat memicu peningkatan kinerja. Sebagai manusia ekonomi yang rasional upaya untuk mengejar insentif terbukti dapat menjadi pemicu usaha untuk mendorong peningkatan kinerja yang lebih besar daripada upaya pengejaran insentif non-moneter.Kata kunci: Informasi kinerja relative; Kinerja karyawan; Moneter; Non-moneter; Turnamen

Abstract

Islamic boarding schools play a role in developing the independent character of students, however, in addition to the large role of boarding schools, there are still many obstacles, namely the difficulty of obtaining accurate information about the existence of boarding schools. Currently, to obtain information about Islamic boarding schools in Pandeglang Regency, they still use conventional methods, like coming directly to the location of the boarding school. There are even some boarding schools whose information cannot be found, so we need a solution to solve these problems by utilizing information technology and computers. Researchers offer a solution to overcome this problem by utilizing information system technology, namely Geographic Information Systems by utilizing Google Maps as a map provider and Dijkstra's Algorithm as a method to find the shortest path from one point to another on a graph. This research produces a digital map application on the web by utilizing the Google Maps API and Web Service using the Apache Web Server to retrieve data from the MySQL database.The goal to be achieved in this research is to build a Geographic Information System (GIS) for boarding schools that can be used to provide information about the map of the location of boarding schools in the Pandeglang Regency area along with other supporting information in the boarding schools.

Abstract

SMP IT Nurul Huda Batujaya is one of the educational institutions for school students in Batujaya District, Karawang Regency. The research objective is to develop teacher performance appraisal. The research method using qualitative methods aims to describe the data analysis in a narrative manner. Methods of data collection by observation, interviews, and literature study. Teacher performance assessment is still done manually by using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word. Other problems are needed, namely, the high cost of printing documents from each teacher, the documents submitted to the administration department are often damaged and confused, the assessment team must carry a lot of documents during the assessment, and errors during the assessment recapitulation. This can have an impact on delays in the teacher performance assessment process. The system development method uses the waterfall, Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) programming language, MySQL, and the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. The results achieved in this study can create and design a teacher performance appraisal information system to help the assessment process quickly and correctly to reduce the occurrence of errors.

Abstract

Abstract - The information system for processing studentreport cards based on the website is a system that providesinformation on student activity reports online in the form of grade reports and related student information based on theweb, thus helping speed and quality in delivering information.Problems that occur in processing report cards at SMPN 2 Telagasari are currently still using report cards and inputtingstudent scores is still manual. This study aims to build a valueinformation system that makes it easier to check, record, and report computerized student grade data. In addition, by being web-based, data information can be accessed at any time. This website uses XAMPP as a web server for system design and MySQL as a database. The design of the login menu consisting of admins, teachers, and students has separate access when opening the application so that the security of the program is maintained. Testing this website using black-box testing and Likert scale usability testing to make it easier forauthors to assess whether this online report card processing information system website can facilitate users.

Abstract

With the strong development of Internet platforms today, many new technologies are applied in most areas of human social life. The development of the internet of things (IoT) has brought to the networking world many innovations with new protocols. Along with that is the complexity of security issues that greatly affect personal data, and limited resources in information technology development and applications. Many security solutions have been researched but none of them is completely effective for the IoT network because of the characteristics of energy, limited resources, processing capacity as well as operating costs. Therefore, we propose an effective solution for comprehensive protection of IoT systems against attacks to network security with improved security protocols. By combining security solutions on the layers of the IoT and code improvement, algorithmic enhancement positively contributes to this important task. In the article, we propose to improve and combine the DTLS Protocol and the overhearing mechanism and then have some experiments to prove the effectiveness, feasibility, economical and appropriate on popular IoT network models.
