Abstract

Internet technology has been used in various fields, such as business, government, health, and education, including government, which is often called electronic government or eGovernment. Indonesia is one of the countries that has implemented eGovernment. In its implementation, eGovernment services must always be available, and every threat to information and systems must receive attention to ensure business continuity in the event of an incident. Therefore, in implementing eGovernment, information assurance (IA) must be considered. To determine the extent to which IA implementation status to protect eGovernment services in Indonesia, it is necessary to measure the implementation using an instrument. The measurement instrument is developed from the IA framework using the Goal Question Metric (GQM) method. The results of the measurement show that the status of implementing IA for e Government in Indonesia is still not satisfactory

Abstract

The E-commerce sector is currently very developing and in demand because of the many advantages it has over conventional buying and selling activities. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of easy, quality of information, culture, and trust on purchase decisions among users of the online shopping store applications in Surakarta. The sample can be calculated using the infinite formula method and the results are 96.04 people then rounded up to 100 respondents. This research is quantitative descriptive. This study will explain the relationship between the variables to be studied which are described by numbers. The F-test results show that Easy, Quality of Information, Culture, and Trust together have a significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions on the online shopping application Tokopedia. The t-test results show that easy has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. This means that the higher the convenience of each consumer, the purchasing decision will increase. Quality Of Information has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. This means that the higher the quality of information for each consumer, the purchasing decision will increase. Culture has a negative and significant effect on purchasing decisions. This means that cultural variables have a negative influence on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the information system user involvement (SI) factor, ability of information system users (SI), information system user education (SI), top management support, organizational structure, organizational culture, and internal control system on the performance of accounting information systems. SIA) at PT. Wijaya Karya Beton Tbk, PPB Boyolali. The object of this research is all employees who use the accounting information system at PT. Wijaya Karya Beton Tbk, PPB Boyolali. This study used a sample of 30 respondents, with data collection techniques using questionnaires, as well as data analysis techniques with Multiple Linear Regression, t-test, F test, and determination coefficient test. The results of this study indicate that the involvement of SI personnel, SI skills, education of SI personnel and internal control systems affect SIA performance, while top management support and organizational structure have no effect on SIA performance at PT. Wijaya Karya Beton, Tbk., PBB Boyolali.

Abstract

The sales Accounting Information System and Cash Receipts is one of the sub-systems of accounting information that explains how the procedures should be in carrying out sales activities and Cash Receipts from sales so that manipulation of sales and Cash Receipts can be avoided. Effective of Internal Control using the Committee of Sponsoring Organizations of the Treadway Commission (COSO) is required to coordinate and supervise the course of company activities. This is intended to avoid things that can cause company losses such as fraud, waste, and theft from inside and outside the company in assessing the company as well as to evaluate and take corrective action in anticipating company weaknesses. This type of research is used based on the research objectives is associative, namely research that examines the relationship of three variables, namely the relationship between the variables of Sales Accounting Information System and Cash Receipts on Internal Control. The data source used in this study, namely primary data. Primary data was obtained through a questionnaire technique. Abstract

The purpose of the study is to determine the influence of information overload on intention to make unusual purchases through perceived severity in the people of Bandung during the COVID-19 pandemic. This study uses quantitative methods with descriptive research types and causality. Sampling uses non probability sampling techniques with purposive sampling method to 100 respondents of Bandung city with a population of 2,510,103.00 people. Analysis of research data using tenik descriptive analysis and path analysis. The conclusion of the study shows variable information overload and perceived severity fall into the category of very high and variable intention to make unusual purchases fall into the high category. In addition, variable information overload had a significant effect on perceived severity of 46.92%. Information overload significantly affects intention to make unusual purchases by 6.25%. Perceived severity significantly affects intention to make unusual purchases by 19.80%. Information overload affects indirectly the intention to make unusual purchases through perceived severity of 30.48%.

Abstract

Despite growing of internet users and digitalizing economy as result of Industry Revolution 4.0, Indonesia experiences with digital divide in which young women are still left behind in the digital economy. To address the issue, affirmative action in accessing skills development and labour market are crucial. The aim of the study is observing whether affirmative action for women exist and it helps to address the issue. The paper uses mixed qualitative and quantitative methods in which primary and secondary data collected respectively through interview, and online survey as well as literature review. The study argues that the affirmative action will not be adequate to address gender inequality in the digital economy, unless integrated approaches through capacity building and women engagement are in place. The paper concludes that the affirmative action is only effective if the intervention integrated with skills development and women engagement at various level of process for policy formulation and its implementation.

Abstract

Career planning is a process that needs to be prepared to achieve career goals. However, since many students have not been able to determine their goals, they often fail in making career decision and planning. Thus, the current study was done to describe Senior High School students’ needs for a blended learning-based career information service model. It was conducted by having a qualitative survey design with Focused Group Discussion (FGD) method participated by 10 Guidance and Counseling teachers through MGBK or Guidance and Counseling Teacher Forum in Demak Regency and career planning scale distributed to 150 students to obtain the descriptive data. After the analysis, it was found that student’s career planning ability is categorized low and counselors experience some difficulties in sharing career information, particularly in terms of available time and method. In this way, career information content developers are suggested to provide digital content of career information so that students can access it outside school hours.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the design of information analysis system completeness of filling medical records sheets by using Microsoft Visual Studio.NET 2010 Hospital X. Research method used is qualitative method with descriptive approach, while the method of developing data collection techniques used is waterfall method. The results of the research conducted found problems that are standard operating procedures related to filling medical records that have been established but in the implementation has not gone well, The management of data analysis completeness of filling medical records sheet is still using manual, There are still unfilled and incomplete medical records. The advice given is to build an effective and integrated information system, Implement a complete information system filling medical records sheets, Give advice to doctors or health workers to always complete medical records. The research results conclude that the standard of operational procedures (SOP) related to the completeness of filling medical records already exists but the implementation has not gone well. Analysis of medical records is still done manually, as well as in the creation of a report recapitulating the completeness of medical records. By implementing a completeness analysis system following the SOP that has been established by the hospital and building the design of a computerized information system to facilitate the analysis of the completeness of medical records filling sheets in Hospital X.

Abstract

Coronavirus (Covid-19) cases are increasing now and it makes the hospital should be ready to receive patients. The problems faced made the queues of patients mixed up, between general patients and Covid-19 cases, which overwhelmed the officers in serving. So it should be a must for the hospital to upgrade the system of inpatient administration, especially for Covid-19 patients. The information system of inpatient administration for Covid-19 cases has become a very important thing to simplify the performance of officers, make reports easier to be more computerized, and simplify the administrative process to be easier and more efficient. The research method of this research is done by interview and observation, where the information system development is using the design uses data flow diagrams with the implementation of visual studio 2010 programming language and the database is using Microsoft Access. based on the results obtained from Covid-19 inpatient admission system, the system input consists of log-in form, new patient data entry form, inpatient registration form, and doctor form. Testing using the Black box, which results in a successful test for each form. The test results in the input that generates an as-expected output. The design has created an information system for receiving inpatients for COVID-19 cases according to needs which are obtained from the interview with the IGD registration officer at the hospital "X" in Bandung. This information system is very helpful for hospital management and improves the quality of service of the hospital.
