Abstract

Academic Information System (SIAKAD) is an application designed for data management purposes sothat the entire process of academic activities can be managed into useful information. This data isstored in a database, this causes problems, namely the difficulty of backing up data in case of damageand difficulty when validating data because there is no verifier when inputting data, one of the datastored is student transcripts, as we know that transcripts This student score can be used for scholarshiprequirements and applying for jobs so that the transcript must be authenticated. Therefore, the purposeof this research is to design a blockchain-based SIAKAD application that can make it easier to checkdata validation to prove the authenticity of student grade transcripts and display traceability of studentgrade data. Blockchain technology is a ledger that will record all activities carried out then the datawill be distributed to each node that has been determined and already has a certificate authority toaccess the blockchain, then each node will have a copy of each transaction, each transaction will beinterrelated with the transaction next. The transactions made are student value data, the data will bestored into the blockchain. In this study, a blockchain-based academic information system applicationhas been designed using the prototyping method and then using the hyperledger fabric as a frameworkfor building blockchain. The result of this research is a blockchain information system application thatcan verify the authenticity of grade transcripts and see traceability of student grade data.

Abstract

Currently, the sales system is overgrowing. The concept of selling that was done manually (which is still less than optimal) becomes electronic (e-commerce). System development requires a digital platform. This platform must be able to carry out all activities that were carried out before (manually), such as collecting documents, recording transactions, and reporting. Besides, the e-commerce platform can provide support and increased performance in the sales process, both in checking stock items, transaction reports, and services. Besides, this optimization can provide services precisely and quickly to consumers. A management information system concept is needed to carry out e-commerce and services with integrated data and be stored in its development database. This prototype concept requires a method for website development. The method used is a waterfall. Website design uses the Hypertext PreProcessor (PHP) programming language and MySQL database. The design model uses two concepts: entity-relationship diagrams (ERD) and data flow diagrams (DFD). The result is a website and e-commerce services that can be accepted by users and e-commerce organizers with tests that have been carried out. System testing uses Blackbox and Whitebox testing, each of which results can be used to implement e-commerce sites and services. The website can assist officers in service and e-commerce and make it easier for officers to determine the target and service status.

Abstract

Hadith is the second source of law for Muslims after the Qur'an which comes from various forms of the words, actions and stipulations of the Prophet Muhammad or referred to as his sunnah. In order to make it easier for Muslims to apply the teachings of the hadiths, a classification system is needed that can categorize a hadith into a class or a combination of two of the three classes which called a multi-label classification. In building a text classification system, there are various classification techniques, one of which is k-Nearest Neighbor (KNN). KNN is a simple and effective classification method for text classification, but has a weakness in processing data with high vector dimensions so that the computation time is higher and the efficiency of text classification is very low. Mutual Information (MI) is used as a feature selection method to reduce vector dimensions because it has the ability to show how strong a feature is in making a correct prediction of a class. In this study Problem Transformation Method with the Binary Relevance (BR) approach is used so that the multi label classification process can be accomplished. The optimum results obtained in this study shows the value of hamming loss is 0.0886 or about 91.14% of data were correctly classified and computational time for 595 seconds by using MI as a feature selection, but without stemming.

Abstract

The relevance and applicability of Strategic information systems planning (SISP) to both private and public organizations have been emphasized in the literature. However, the literature review indicates that not many studies have attempted to examine the relationships between SISP practices and performance of organizations in the public sector. In an attempt to address this issue, this study examined the relationships between SISP practices and performance of government agencies. The data for the study was data gathered from 54 government agencies in Malaysia that adopted the SISP. Based on the analysis of the data collected from the government agencies, the results of the study indicated significant positive relationships between SISP practices and performance of the agencies.

Abstract

Globalization is currently running in cyberspace, connecting all digital communities. All aspects of human life are influenced by internet information technology, in this case the economic conditions provide very significant changes. Online stores or what we often call e-commerce is a form of change brought about by the internet in terms of shopping innovation by providing various conveniences in the transaction process. Seeing the phenomenon of the rapid development of electronictransactions in Indonesian society, the problem in this research is how to use information technology as a media for consumer protection law education. The research method applied in this study is a normative legal research method. The research is said to be juridical normative because it intends to study and analyze the substance of the legislation on the subject matter or legal issue in its consistency with existing legal principles. The type of research used in this writing is doctrinal research.Aims to obtain a systematic explanation of the rule of law. Thus, all benefits to the community will depend on the provisions of the law itself. The element of education then becomes the spearhead to instill attitudes and habits of obedience to existing rules. If all human interests can be fulfilled without disputes or conflicts, then everything that happens regularly will not be questioned about the concept of justicewhich focuses on what is entitled or who is at fault if someone is harmed by another person. The first indicator is an understanding of the law, a person knows about certain behaviors that have been regulated by law.

Abstract

The Academic Information System (in Indonesian often abbreviated as SIAKAD) is a system developed to manage student data that aims at facilitating online academic administration activities. It aims to provide academic information services in the form of web applications, where teachers can independently create student academic reports to synchronize data into the DAPODIK system, a primary education data system, and develop academic information systems using web assembly according to user experience (UX) and developer experience (DX). The research method consists of field studies and literature related to web assembly, primary education data (DAPODIK), and the Academic Information System (SIAKAD). This information system and database were built using the Convention Over Configuration paradigm. The design phase used a prototyping model to graphically represent the system workflow and used an experimental research approach. Moreover, the study used an integrated modeling language (UML), and a Database Management System using PostgreSQL, and alpha testing for model testing. The Client Application was built using the C# programming language for users to generate student academic reports every semester. Processing data transactions using web assembly took less time than the traditional web, which was less than 300 milliseconds.
