KAJIAN KETERCAPAIAN STANDAR PENGELOLAAN DI SD SE KECAMATAN DEPOK SLEMAN Sugiyono, Lantip Diat Prasojo, dan Nurtanio Agus Purwanto PPS Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta Email: sugiyono@uny.ac.id; lantip@uny.ac.id; nurtanio@uny.ac.id ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui (1) seberapa besar pencapaian standar pengelolaan SD di Kecamatan Depok Kabupaten Sleman, (2) faktor-faktor apa yang menjadi penghambat dan pendukung dalam ketercapaian standar pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei untuk menggali data baik secara kualitatif maupun kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 9 SD di Kecamatan Depok yang diambil secara purposive sampling, dengan mempertimbangkan SD klister 1, klister 2, dan klister 3. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik FGD, angket, dokumen, observasi, dan wawancara. Validitas dan reliabilitas instrumen angket menggunakan validasi ahli. Keabsahan data kualitatif divalidasi dengan model informan review, dan triangulasi data. Analisis data kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis deskriptif dan data kualitatif dengan model analisis interaktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pencapaian setiap indikator pada standar pengelolaan untuk Sekolah Dasar (SD) di Kecamatan Depok Kabupaten Sleman tingkat pencapaian yang tertinggi adalah pada indikator pengawasan dan evaluasi (90.5%), dan yang terendah adalah indikator Sistem Informasi Manajemen Sekolah (73.0%) dan Kepemimpinan Sekolah (76.9%). Hambatan dan usaha yang dialami sekolah dalam pencapaian Standar pengelolaan pendidikan antara lain belum adanya model standar pengelolaan, petugas pengelolaan yang sesuai dengan keahliannya belum memadai, belum mampu mengelola sistem informasi manajemen yang memadai untuk mendukung administrasi pendidikan, visi, misi, tujuan dan rencana kerja yang sesuai. Usaha yang dilakukan berkoordinasi dengan stakholder khususnya sekolah untuk membuat model pengelolaan sesuai sekolah masing-masing, mensinkronkan antara visi,misi, dan kerja sekolah, merekrut petugas pengelolaan yang mampu mengelola sistem informasi manajemen untuk mendukung kegiatan pendidikan yang lebih adaptif terhadap dinamika pendidikan. Kata kunci: kajian, standar nasional, pengelolaan STUDY OF ACHIEVEMENT OF MANAGEMENT STANDARDS IN SD DISTRICT OF DEPOK SLEMAN ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to find out (1) how much the achievement of the standard management of elementary school in Depok Regency Sleman District, (2) what factors are the obstacles and supporters in achieving the standards of educators and education personnel. This research uses survey methods to explore data both qualitatively and quantitatively. The sample in this study were 9 elementary schools in Depok Subdistrict which were taken by purposive sampling, taking into account the elementary clister 1, clister 2, and clister 3. The data collection techniques used FGD techniques, questionnaires, documents, observations, and interviews. Validity and reliability of the questionnaire instrument using expert validation. The validity of the qualitative data is validated with the informant review model, and data triangulation. Quantitative data analysis with descriptive analysis techniques and qualitative data with interactive analysis models. The results showed that the achievement of each indicator in the management standard for Primary Schools (SD) in Depok District of Sleman Regency the highest level of achievement was the indicator of supervision and evaluation (90.5%), and the lowest was the indicator of School Management Information System (73.0%) and School Leadership (76.9%). Obstacles and efforts experienced by schools in achieving education management standards include the lack of a standard management model, management officers who are in accordance with their expertise are inadequate, unable to manage adequate management information systems to support education administration, vision, mission, goals and work plans that are corresponding. Efforts are made to coordinate with stakholders especially schools to create management models according to their respective schools, synchronize the vision, mission and work of schools, recruit management officers who are able to manage management information systems to support educational activities that are more adaptive to the dynamics of education. Information systems management is part of the implementation of educational management that must be prioritized for the advancement and development of education, so that output is in accordance with the goals made. The fact based on data from many institutions, both the government or PNF organizers, especially course and training organizers in the city of Semarang does not yet have the awareness to properly manage information systems. The aim of this study is to analyze and describe the effectiveness of the Supply Chain Management information syntem model in non-formal education businesses. This research design uses real experimental research methods (true experimental design) with pretest-posttest control group design design. This research population is participants and organizers of Course and Training Institute, Job Training Institute, Community Learning Activity Center, Course Institute, and Tutoring in Semarang city. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling numbering 260. Data collection using test instruments in the form of tiered scale coesioners. Analysis of this study data using the average difference test of two paired sample groups (Paired Sample T-Test). Based on the results of research it is known that the implementation of supply chain management information system in noformal education business is effective as significant as a nonformal educational information system. Thus, supply chain management-based educational information systems that are often applied to business education at the higher education level are also relevant to be applied to nonformal education businesses.

The purpose of this study is to describe the role of teachers (SD and TK) and parents in preparing for the transition period of children to elementary school in Kecamatan Air Sugihan. This research uses descriptive quantitative research with a survei method. Respondents in this study were 7 first grade elementary school teachers, 11 kindergarten teachers, and 89 parents of students. The study results indicate that child development is not optimal and environmental changes are the main problems in the transition period of children so that the roles of teachers (SD and TK) and parents play an essential role in the transition period of children to produce optimal school readiness. This role is in the form of responsibility for children's school readiness, as a motivator for children, as a role model, as a supervisor and as a place to ask children so that all the needs of children's school readiness are met. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menggambarkan peran guru (SD dan TK) dan orangtua dalam penyiapan masa transisi anak ke sekolah dasar di kecamatan Air Sugihan. Penelitian menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif dengan metode survei. Responden dalam penelitian ini 7 orang guru kelas I SD, 11 orang guru TK, dan 89 orangtua siswa. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perkembangan anak yang belum optimal dan perubahan lingkungan merupakan masalah utama dalam masa transisi anak sehingga peran guru (SD dan TK) dan orangtua sangat berperan penting dalam hal masa transisi anak agar menghasilkan kesiapan bersekolah yang optimal. Peran tersebut berupa tanggung jawab terhadap kesiapan sekolah anak, motivator bagi anak, sebagai panutan, sebagai pengawas dan sebagai tempat bertanya anak sehingga semua kebutuhan dalam kesiapan sekolah anak terpenuhi.

The study examined factors affecting Behavioral Intention (BI) regarding students’ choice of educational administration as their major. Samples were taken from Indonesian students. The process was begun with the adaptation of survey instruments from previous studies validated through content validity. In testing the normality, Skewness and Kurtosis values were computed. Reliability assessment was applied through Cronbach’s alpha. Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) and Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) were both conducted for the constructs. In examining the relationship, Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis using AMOS 23.0 was applied to 257 responses. The findings informed that two relationships were significant while the other two are insignificant. Perceived Behavioral Control (PBC) and Attitude (AT) significantly predicted BI, while Subjective Norm (SN) and Facilitating Condition (FC) did not significantly predict BI. The current study can expand an in-depth contribution and reference for further researchers as a basis of the empirical evidence in relation to the validated survey questionnaire. Access to the questionnaire may contribute to educational stakeholders establishing policies to improve students’ interests in studying in an educational administration study program.

Research in this area is focused on 1) analyzing school-based use of online learning management, 2) finding patterns, 3) explaining how online learning management strategies work, 4) identifying both supporting and inhibiting factors. This study employs a qualitative case study methodology. Students and teachers were the primary and secondary sources of information for this study. Observation, interviews, and documentation are used in this study to gather data. To summarize: (1) the concept of online learning management can use WhatsApp to convey information and Google Classroom for learning; (2) the pattern used in school management is to use four steps of management functions; (3) the strategy used in online learning management is to assign tasks and responsibilities based on the abilities and skills of teachers involved in the online learning process; and (4) For those who lack an Android phone and an Internet connection, it can be challenging to connect to the network. Some teachers and students have difficulty effectively navigating and utilizing various forms of media. It is expected that the findings of this study will be used as a guide for online learning in vocational high schools during the pandemic.

Abstract The issue of financial resources as strategic factor in the implementation of educational policies usually led to the provision of funds or education budgets which are generally required in the large nominal amount. In the context of the scientific implementation and financial resources not only leads to provision of funds or the budget, but includes other factors, such as Human Resources (HR), facilities, and others. Financial resources which are consist of resources, human resources and stakeholders are the three factors that very important and directly related to the implementation of education policy. Information technology and communication adoption, including social media, remains an interesting research theme in this digital era, especially in a developing country like Indonesia. A survey of principals’ perceptions in Indonesia on the factors that influence the use of social media for instructional leadership serves as the focus of this study. Using a sequential approach, 122 principals responded to the questionnaire which adapted the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) containing six constructs namely perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, perceived attitude, perceived facilitating conditions, subjective norm, and behavioral intention to use technology; and seven of them were interviewed to give further explanations on their perception. The different test was used on for the results of the interview for the quantitative data analysis and thematic analysis. This research finds that the principals’ use of the social media in instructional leadership is considered satisfactory. There is no significant difference regarding the use of social media for instructional leadership based on sex or age, but there is a significant difference based on age in which principals aged more than 50 years have the highest average of TAM. From the interviews, it can be concluded that principals use social media for work to make communication more effective and efficient. The use of social media between the principal and teaching staff proves to be a great way for communication and supervision, not only to report on the teaching and learning process, but also other activities such as administrative reports and financial discussions.

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian evaluasi yang bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan tingkat keefektivan pelaksanaan standar proses pendidikan. Model evaluasi yang digunakan adalah discrepancy evaluation model, Provus. Sampel penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah dan guru di SMP Negeri Kabupaten Sleman. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan angket, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan analisis kuantitatif yang dilakukan, diketahui implementasi standar proses pada aspek perencanan pembelajaran, pelaksanaan, penilaian, dan pengawasan termasuk dalam kategori sangat efektif. Lebih lanjut diketahui bahwa implementasi standar di sekolah didukung oleh lingkungan kelas yang kondusif, peserta didik kooperatif, dan peran kepala sekolah. Inovasi media pembelajaran, proses memotivasi peserta didik, perolehan informasi baru tentang materi tambahan, dan pengidentifikasian kemampuan peserta didik merupakan faktor yang menghambat pelaksanaan standar proses.Kata kunci: pelaksanaan standar proses, pendidikan AN EVALUATION OF THE IMPLEMENTATION OF EDUCATION PROCESS STANDARD ON JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL IN SLEMAN REGENCYAbstractThis study is an evaluation research which is aimed at revealing the effectiveness level of the implementation of educational process standard. The evaluation model used in this research was discrepancy evaluation model, Provus. The samples of the research were the principals and teachers in state junior high schools in Sleman Regency. The data were collected using questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. Based on the quantitative analysis which had been conducted, the implementation of process standard on the aspects of planning, implementing, assessing, and supervising the learning process is considered to be very effective. Further, it is also revealed that the implementation of standard at school is supported by the conducive class environment, cooperative students, and the principal’s role. Learning media innovation, the process in motivating the learners, the acquisition of new information on additional material, and the identification process of the learners’ ability are considered as the inhibiting factors of the implementation of the process standard.Keywords: implementation of process standard, education

Learning in the millennial era provides significant changes in technology and communication. The COVID pandemic period requires every educational institution, especially universities, to carry out online learning. This influences the performance of lecturers in the online learning process, especially the implementation of hybrid learning at Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta (UNY). The purpose of this study is to (1) describe the implementation of hybrid learning at UNY; (2) know the hybrid learning lecture model carried out at UNY; (3) describe the results of hybrid learning evaluation. This research is an evaluation study with a mixed-method approach that is a mixture of qualitative and quantitative. The evaluation model selected is the CIPP model from Stufflebeam. This model was chosen because the evaluation is comprehensive, including (1) context, (2) input, (3) process, and (4) product. The results show that the hybrid learning evaluation model developed through the instrument already met an excellent construct of loading factor values and had a composite reliability score above 0.7 and Cronbach alpha above 0.6. Implementation of difficulties or obstacles to hybrid learning includes heterogeneity of origin of student residence to make the emergence of internet network signal problems. In comparison, the problem of lecturers is that not all lecturers have skills for technology and media in the implementation of hybrid learning. The results of hybrid learning evaluation showed that the value of context, input, process, and product aspects fall into the category of "excellent," i.e., with a total average score of 3.05.

Implementasi sistem manajemen mutu (SMM) ISO 9001:2008 di SMK Ma'arif 1 Wates, Kulon Progo Maryadi Maryadi; Lantip Diat Prasojo

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui implementasi SMM ISO 9001:2008, hambatan dan penyelesaiannya dalam implementasi SMM ISO 9001:2008. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain campuran untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi SMM ISO 9001:2008. Penelitian dilakukan di SMK Ma’arif 1 Wates dengan subjek kepala sekolah, wakil kepala, QMR, guru, orang tua siswa, dan siswa. Objek penelitian adalah SMM ISO 9001:2008. Pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar pengamatan dokumen, kuesioner dan wawancara. Tingkat implementasi SMM ISO dinyatakan dalam bentuk persentase. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa di SMK Ma’arif 1 Wates, implementasi SMM ISO 9001:2008 memperoleh nilai fokus pada pelanggan 83,95%, kepemimpinan 65,53%, partisipasi karyawan 76,67%, pendekatan proses 72%, pendekatan sistem 75%, perbaikan berkelanjutan 75,13%, pendekatan faktual 64%, hubungan pemasok 74,64%. Hambatan yang terjadi dalam implementasi SMM ISO 9001:2008 adalah pada pendekatan faktual dalam pengambilan keputusan kurang efektif. Penyelesaian hambatan tersebut adalah dengan melakukan penetapan data, penghimpunan data yang sesuai dan efektif, dan analisis data kefektifan sistem manajemen mutu.
