Abstract

Universities that have good academic service management quality standards are the goal in every university's efforts. In Jambi Province in particular, good management applied to a university is one of the important factors to improve the quality of service both for students, the community or for the university itself. Not a few universities whose academic service quality still does not meet the satisfaction threshold in the assessment, one of which is offline-based services that will usually hinder the delivery of existing information. UNAMA colleges (Universitas Stikom Dinamika Bangsa) and IAI Tebo in Jambi Province are universities where each delivery of academic information focuses on the use of computers and technology, both of these universities have implemented academic information system management, but each of these universities has advantages and disadvantages in the information system that is run, so a study is needed to be able to combine each of the advantages and disadvantages found in the two universities. By applying qualitative methods, it is hoped that it will provide useful research results, the focus of this research is directed at (1). Planning, (2). Implementation, (3). Evaluation (4). Solutions or follow-ups in improving the quality of academic services at universitiesusing Deming's cycle management theory. OnThis study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach and data collection by conducting observations, interviews, and documentation studies.so from the results of this study can conclude a more complete management information system that can be applied to other universities, especially those that are still offline.

Abstract

Teaching methods can be adapted to the type of activity carried out and also adapted to the subjects being taught. Basically deciding on a teaching method in a teaching activity is very difficult to determine and it is impossible to apply only one method, it is possible that there will be collaboration between teaching methods so that they can complement each other. With the hope that the learning and teaching process goes well and can be accepted by students. This study aims to determine and analyze the use of learning methods in an effort to increase student learning outcomes to the maximum in teaching and learning activities. This study uses both quantitative and qualitative research data obtained from various journals. The research method in this article uses a systematic literature review approach adopted from Keathley and Van Aken (2013). The stages of literature review are carried out through several stages, namely article selection, article review, and analysis of findings. The results of the study explain that the methods that can be used in learning activities that can be understood by students must be based on the strengths and weaknesses of students. Teachers are required to meet these deficiencies from each student such as developing learning programs, using assistive media that can stimulate students to actively participate in teaching and learning activities. From this research it can be found that the importance of implementing appropriate and effective methods is an obligation. With the hope that learning activities will run as planned and not deadlocked. Therefore, some methods of teaching and learning activities that are deemed appropriate and effective may be applied in the actual learning process.

Abstract

Today, along with the times, we are required to be able to adapt to the rapid development of information technology, where every activity or job is made easier by the emergence of various digital-based systems or applications that uphold the principles of effectiveness, and efficiency and modernity. So that now various agencies both from government, private sector, and others continue to innovate in the use of technology to facilitate work while still paying attention to the accuracy of results and ease of work supervision, this aims to improve the quality of employee performance and achieve the agency's goals. Initially, the implementation of case financial administration activities within the Religious Courts was still carried out manually. By the cashier as a duty supervisor, each financial transaction is recorded in the Root Financial Master Book according to the registered case number. The recording of each transaction is carried out on a cash basis. The cashier will record the income from the down-payment of incoming cases and incur costs related to the case process such as processing fees, non-tax state income (PNBP), notification of summons to the Plaintiff/Applicant/Defendant/Respondent, notification of notification, local inspection (decent), editorial staff stamp duty and others, or make a return of the remaining down payment to the parties whose case has been decided in the trial. Considering that the recording activities are related to the registration of incoming cases, trial activities, the existence of cases that have been dropped as well as daily transactions that are handed over to each Treasurer and Bailiff. Likewise, when presenting case financial reports, journaling is done manually which is of course quite time-consuming and prone to recording errors. As the Case, Tracking Information System (SIPP) application, which is further complemented by the Badilag Case Financial Application, enables the management of case financial administration and reporting to be carried out effectively, efficiently, and transparently. The way it works is by inputting every case financial transaction into the SIPP, the data is directly integrated with the e-Financial application
