Good governance has long been practiced by all parties, including the government and society. However, many people do not understand the concept of governance. Returning government control to the people to create an open and participatory government. One of the efforts to make it happen is transparency or disclosure of information to the public. This study aims to determine the efforts of Bappeda Nagan Raya in realizing good governance. This study uses a qualitative method. The types of data used are primary data and secondary data. The focus of this research is 1) participation, 2) transparency, and 3) accountability. Data was collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that Bappeda Nagan Raya has reflected a good government by applying the principles of transparency, accountability and community participation, namely by providing information about government actions, and is responsible for explaining to the public, for example, the reasons behind the action, the form of action and the time and place of action. how to take action, must be available to stakeholders and the wider community. This is not without obstacles, one of the obstacles faced by Bappeda Nagan Raya is the lack of human resources who are fluent in technology. However, there have been efforts as a step to ensure the disclosure of public information during this pandemic, such as providing information through social media or websites that in fact can be accessed by everyone, but not all people understand technology.

Information system is one of the most rapid developments of information technology in its development. This information system itself aims to help human work to be more efficient and effective. The quality of technology has many aspects that must be measured to evaluate in order to continue to develop. Service is an important aspect that needs to be improved in order to support the applied Information Technology. ITIL as a framework that focuses on the assessment of information technology services was chosen as the method to be applied in this research. The problem that often occurs in this Sinar Hotel is the existence of obstacles in customer data in the Front Office department. Customer data is often not inputted into the system so that customers have to re-enter data and this is time consuming and less efficient. The incoming data also sometimes does not match the customer's personal data which also results in the customer needing to re-enter the data. The Service Operation domain was chosen to assess the extent to which the problem management and incident management processes were implemented properly. The results of this study will produce a recommendation to overcome problems and incidents that often occur in order to facilitate the operational activities of Hotel Sinar.

Surabaya River is a second class (class II) river that flows from DAM Lengkong Mojokerto to DAM Jagir Surabaya. Surabaya River potentially polluted from industries around it, because 29% land around Surabaya River used for industrial area. The purpose of this study was to find out the BOD and DO distribution pattern using Geographic Information System (GIS) method and its relationship with self-purification process in Surabaya River. From the research, it found that the BOD value in Surabaya River is over the class II water quality standadts. Based on regression statistical analysis, it found that the most affect of the BOD value in Surabaya River was DO. The higher flow discharge, DO, and pH values the lower BOD value. But if the temperature value increases, the BOD value also increases too. Surabaya River has characteristics deoxygenation constant value (K1) is 0.12 – 0.20 /day and the reaeration constant value (K2) is 0.29 – 0.54 /day. This constant value (K1 and K2) greatly affect the Streeter-Phelps self-purification equation. With the distance of 0.3 Km from point 1 to point 2 DO has increased by 0.52 mg/lt. Whereas at point 9 to point 12 with the distance of 1.2 Km there is an increase in DO of 0.80 mg/lt. At longer distance, the ability of self-purification will be better if there will be no longer input into the river.

Indominco Mandiri Ltd. is a private company engaged in coal mining and general trading. The permit process for the transportation of goods is a vital sub-process in supporting the organization's business activities. The transportation permit process employed by the Indominco Mandiri Ltd. is still the manual one. The present study aimed to develop a Transportation Permit Information System for the company. The rational unified process methodology was employed in the designing process, the system and user requirements, and the system design. The results obtained from working on specific practical work tasks are the business process model, software requirements specifications, and software design documents. The resulting software requirements documents and software design documents were produced based on IEEE Std 830 ™ -1998 (R2009) and IEEE Std 1016 ™ -2009. The business process modeling was used in the business process notation model. The system requirements were documentedin the software requirements specification based on the use case. The point of view used to design the software was the points of view of composition, logic, dependency, information, and interaction. The diagrammatic models to describe the points of view were a unified modeling language, relationalmodels, data dictionaries, and entity-relationship diagrams. Several processes needed in the transportation permit information system, namely managing form, managing account, validating the form, verifying the form, and managing the register. This research aids developers to develop information systems to suit the needs of the customers. The purpose of this study was to obtain empirical evidence of the effect of financial literacy on financial behavior moderated by the variable of access to information, in economics faculty students. The phenomenon of this research wanted to detect empirical evidence that students who were wellliterate with the support of access to sufficient information will have good financial behavior. The questionnaire distribution obtained a sample of 42 students of economics. This research used the regression analysis method with moderation. The results of the study indicated that financial literacy had an influence on students' financial behavior which was moderated by information access. This study aimed to examine the effects of the quality of human resources, the use of informationtechnology, internal control systems, and regional financial supervision simultaneously and partiallyon the value of financial reporting information for the regional government of Nagan Raya. Thepopulation in this study were 67 employees at the Regional Revenue and Financial Management Officeof Nagan Raya Regency. The data were collected from questionnaires, books and journal articles andanalyzed quantitatively using multiple linear regression. The results showed that the quality of humanresources, the utilization of information technology, internal control, and regional financial controlhad a significantly positive effect on the value of information on financial reporting of the regionalgovernment of Nagan Raya, simultaneously and partially.Keywords: The Quality of Human Resources, Information Technology, Internal Control, FinancialSupervision, Financial Reporting Information.

This research is about public service innovation through Electronic Government (e-government). This research is interesting and relevant to study considering that the two innovations created use technology in the process of their use. With the use of technology, of course, it will have a lot of positive impacts on society because it is considered more efficient. With this research, it is hoped that it can become a learning medium for other regions in making innovations to facilitate the community in realizing efficient public services. The population in this study is in areas that have implemented policies orinnovation in public services by utilizing technology. While the sample in this study isthe innovation of Salam Labura and the Smart Application for Integrated Licensing Services for the Public (SiCANTIK) which are innovations created by North Labuhanbatu Regency. The results of this study indicate that North Labuhanbatu Regency has succeeded in realizing optimal public services by implementing good e-government by creating various electronic-based innovations such as the Salam Labura innovation and the Smart Application for Integrated Licensing Services for the Public (SiCANTIK). Where, the Salam Labura innovation is a community report application system that is intended to facilitate the community in conveying their aspirations to the Regional Government of North Labuhanbatu Regency. While the use of SiCANTIK aims to facilitate the licensing service process.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menghasilkan Sistem Informasi Perpustakaan dengan Berbasis Web Pada SMA Negeri 1 Lawa Kabupaten Muna Barat. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian pengembangan (Development Research), dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Data yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini meliputi data hasil informasi dari uji publik (ahli media, ahli IT, Kepala sekolah dan siswa). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang diperoleh maka dapat disimpulkan sebagai berikut: presentase skor rata-rata 80.12% yang didapat pada saat melakukan uji coba produk di SMA Negeri 1 Lawa. Ahli media memberikan nilai dengan rata-rata 92.50% dinyatakan layak dan ahli IT memberikan nilai dengan rata-rata 84.62% dinyatakan layak. Oleh karena itu, Sistem Informasi Perpustakaan pada SMA Negeri 1 Lawa Kabupaten Muna Barat dapat diterapkan dan dipublikasikan di SMA Negeri 1 Lawa. Hal ini bisa dilihat dari hasil uji coba lapangan yang dilakukan oleh siswa, ahli media dan IT yang berperan penting dalam pengembangan system informasi perpustakaan.

Sebagai negara berkembang, Indonesia bertujuan untuk mewujudkan masyarakat yang adil, sejahtera dan berkeadilan. Untuk mencapai kemakmuran yang diinginkan, Indonesia memiliki banyak strategi, salah satunya dengan pemerataan pembangunan infrastruktur pendukung perekonomian yang tersebar di seluruh nusantara. BUMD merupakan salah satu penggerak ekonomi di daerah. BPR merupakan salah satu BUMD yang didirikan untuk membantu mewujudkan kesejahteraan daerah dan mendukung upaya pemerintah daerah dalam meningkatkan perekonomian daerah. BUMD didirikan tidak hanya untuk meraih keuntungan, tetapi juga untuk membantu mendukung upaya pemerintah dalam meningkatkan perekonomian nasional. Hal tersebut tertuang dalam Pasal 4 Undang-Undang Republik Indonesia Nomor 7 Tahun 1992 tentang Perbankan, yang menyatakan bahwa: “Perbankan Indonesia bertujuan untuk mendukung penyelenggaraan pembangunan nasional dalam rangka peningkatan pemerataan, antrian berkurang dan peningkatan jumlah tabungan. Namun dalam praktiknya, masih banyak BPR yang belum sepenuhnya memanfaatkan TI, sehingga diperlukan kajian yang mendalam tentang manfaat Teknologi Informasi untuk membantu peningkatan kualitas BPR. antrian berkurang dan peningkatan jumlah tabungan. Perkembangan zaman saat ini cukup memberikan pengaruh signifikan di setiap lini kehidupan, tidak terkecuali dalam bidang pendidikan. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan dalam mengkaji penggunaan dan pengembangan media pembelajaran ICT di SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Purbalingga lebih spesifiknya terhadap pra, proses, dan pasca pembelajaran PAI. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian lapangan (field research) dengan pendekatan kualitatif kuantitatif (campuran). Sumber data yang yang peneliti gunakan meliputi data primer berupa wawancara dengan narasumber yaitu kepala sekolah dan guru PAI, dan sekunder yang meliputi buku, jurnal, dan literatur teks lainnya. Peneliti mengumpulkan data berdasarkan hasil wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi, dan angket yang dibagikan kepada peserta didik. Kemudian untuk analisis data yang peneliti gunakan meliputi reduksi data, sajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi. Information and Communication Technology (ICT) memiliki istilah umum dimana merujuk pada teknologi komputer. Penggunaan dan pengembangan menjadi suatu hal yang penting dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran, terutama media pembelajaran. Perkembangan cukup pesat juga menjadi sebuah keharusan dalam adaptasi dengan situasai karena kehadiran teknologi-teknologi masa kini. Penggunaan ICT di SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Purbalingga e-learning menjadi media utama dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran dengan pesatnya perkembangan dan teknologi apalagi masih dalam situasi pandemi Covid-19. Media ICT tersebut memberikan kemudahan dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran khususnya mata pelajaran PAI. Kemudian, selain dari pada manfaat terdapat kendala dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran menggunakan media ICT tersebut seperti guru yang lanjut usia karena mereka belum terbiasa dengan ICT tersebut sehingga mengharuskan adaptasi dan memerlukan. Pelaksanaan pembelajaaran menggunakan media ICT dalam terhadap mata pelajaran PAI adalah guru mempersiapkan perlengkapan mengajar berupa; administrasi, laptop, dan internet guna membuka laman elearning.smkmusaga.sch.id sebagai media utama dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran. Selain laman tersebut guru juga menggunakan media lain guna mendukung pemaksimalan pembelajaran PAI. Setelah pembelajaran terlaksana dengan baik guru mengevaluasi hasil belajar peserta didik, seperti memberikan soal menggunakan laman elearning.smkmusaga.sch.id, selain laman tersebut guru juga menggunakan google form.
