Indonesia as an archipelago that lies in meeting the world's three major plates of the Australian Plate, Eurasian, and Pacific lead this country susceptible to earthquakes. Therefore, the need for a reliable earthquake information is required. For portability problem, one way to get earthquake information is to use portable devices such as smartphone or the tablets. Android as an operating system that can be embedded in portable devices, can also be installed a variety of applications required by users. At the end of this project developed an application of information and maps of earthquake locations named “Geumpa”. This application is expected to be an alternative as an option for use applications on the Android – based devices, especially for users of Android in Indonesia, because Indonesia lies that include prone to earthquake.

Employee payroll process on CV. So far, Ramayana is still done manually, with a process that is still manual, calculation errors cannot be avoided. This results in discomfort for employees at work, which in turn can reduce the productivity of the employees themselves. With these problems, the author makes a programming application that can facilitate the work of the CV administration section. So far, the recording of sales transactions of goods, goods data, and stock of goods is still done manually so that the sales calculation transaction process often results in errors. Admission of new students is one of the processes that exist in educational institutions such as schools that are useful for screening prospective students who are selected according to the criteria determined by the school to become their students. In general, the admission process for new students is carried out through the stages of registration, input grades, and announcements of student admissions. In this study, the application was carried out at SMP Negeri 2 Siantar which had been done manually or computerized but used Microsoft Office Excel, which allowed there to be a lot of data shortages. The problem formulation of this research is how to create an information system for new student admissions at SMP Negeri 2 Siantar. The research method used is literature, observation, analysis, design, testing and implementation. This new admissions information system is built using the PHP programming language and utilizes the MySQL database as a database server. The results of this study are a web-based admissions information system that has the ability to provide convenience for parents of prospective new students to obtain all information about new student admissions and carry out the online registration process.

A savings and loan cooperative is a cooperative whose business activities are to collect and distribute funds to its members at low interest rates. This cooperative is also known as a credit cooperative where the management is carried out independently and democratically, and the members join voluntarily. There is also a mention that savings and loan cooperatives are non-bank financial institutions that have a business of accepting deposits from their members and providing loans to their members. The savings and loan information system at the Karya Bakti Pematang Siantar cooperative already exists and is already running in the data processing process, the application used is Visual Basic 6.0 as a programming language and MySQL as a database. Here the author will analyze the system and will build the system. The application used to build the system is XAMPP and the database uses MySQL. By analyzing existing information systems the author can find out whether the system that is running is good or not, and the author will build the system so that the system can run properly and efficiently.

Apotek Flora Farma is a pharmacy that is engaged in drug sales. Currently, the system that is currently running at the Flora Farma pharmacy is still using a manual system so that it often experiences difficulties in making reports and calculations. The researcher aims to analyze the current system. After knowing the drawbacks and problems that exist in the Flora Farma pharmacy, the author designs a more effective system that can be implemented using a MYSQL database and using PHP language to build a web-based sales information system. The final result of this research, the researcher aims to create a sales information system to handle sales data input and then process it to produce output in the form of cashier reports, purchase reports, and sales reports.

Application developers and users are key to the market impact on application development. In developing applications, it is necessary to predict applications in the market accurately, accurate prediction results are very important in showing the rating and making the right decisions in the selection of new prospective debtors. The tests carried out in this test use a dataset of credit customers from Bank Danamon. In this study, predictions of the smooth rate of credit payments will be made by combining the Naïve Bayes and K-Nearest Neighbor methods. Prediction of the smooth rate of credit payments using a combination of the Naïve Bayes algorithm and K-Nearest Neighbor is able to predict the smoothness of credit payments in the future, this can be seen from the prediction results obtained by 80%.

Karya Suci Physiotherapy Clinic is one of the clinics located in Pematangsiantar city and is engaged in physiotherapy services. In the current digital 4.0 era, where all business elements rely on technology. Karya Suci encountered problems in the service process for patient data and medical records, where the service process still uses a manual system or has been computerized but uses Microsoft Office Excel. Which allows for a data shortage. To provide better services, an information system is needed to assist the process of collecting patient data and medical records. The Karya Suci application is a website-based application using the PHP programming language and utilizing the MySQL database as a database server that aims to assist the process of providing patient medical record data.

This paper aims to describe a web-based online survey information system that has been designed reliably, so as to produce faster, more accurate and relevant information and reports as needed. The sources and types of data used were obtained through field studies and literature studies. Among them by conducting direct observations and interviews on the object of research and supported by appropriate literature. While the data analysis method used is descriptive qualitative method. From the results of the research that the researchers have done, it is found that the constraints of the system that are currently running, include: a lot of paper is wasted due to making survey questionnaires, the survey filling process must be awaited and must be face to face, the report generation process is too long because the calculations are still ongoing. manuals, and so on. Circumstances like this have prompted the author to create an online survey information system and it is hoped that this information system will be able to overcome the above problems and anticipate them.

The COVID-19 pandemic has impacted all countries around the world, including Indonesia. The COVID-19 pandemic affects all sectors, especially the agrocomplex. As a strategic step to minimize the impact on the agricultural sector, it is necessary to have a digital transformation to support production stability. Digital media in agriculture can be used as a medium for consulting farmers with agricultural experts so there is validation of information obtained by farmers regarding problems in the field. This empowerment activity was conducted to increase the literacy skills of farmers on cultivation topics as a supporting system for food security during the COVID-19 pandemic. Klinik tanipanen was created to provide a medium for farmers to consult directly with agricultural experts. The topic problems are about cultivation techniques (upstream and farming), agroindustry, and marketing. Based on the activities that have been carried out, the majority of farmers' questions are about pests and diseases encountered in the field. Through this program, it is expected that farmers will be able to improve their literacy skills, thereby increasing their productivity and income.
