Abstract

Information systems currently used by many people as information that helps in terms ofdata acquisition. For it needs to make a management information system in order tofacilitate the sale of goods is based on the available inventory in a timely, precise, andaccurate. By using a management information system, work will become easier andtimely. For that the theory of the strong foundation necessary to support the information.

Abstract

Information System of cash sales administration is an information system intendedfor the company as a tool to facilitate the handling of cash sales in a procedure whichis managed by the sales manual. Abstract

Open University as a public university implemented a system of open and distance education, using media to support student self-learning poses. One of them is the internet.Internet tutorial consists of lessons on the web page, CAI (computer assisted learning), accompanied with fax facilities and internet mailing list. A total of 40 lectures were given, freely accessible via the homepage of http://www.ut.ac.id UT. due to Internet support, the view became more interesting lectures, students can learn unhindered by space and time and two-way communication between students and tutors, to be faster.

Abstract

Lately, the public increasingly critical in obtaining health services especially medical malpracticeoccurred several times. To provide quality health services as desired so many hospital patientsbegan to implement the management system with good medical record. Other parties such asgovernments and scientists already feel the usefulness. And to provide quality medical recordsthe desired information it needs to make a design of the development of medical recordmanagement information system with computer support.At several stages of research methods conducted tahapanpengumpulan activities include data,data processing phases and stages of data analysis. From the analysis carried out on the oldsystem then it can be seen that there are weaknesses so far. With the results of this analysis it canbe designed and evaluated systems globally. After that created a detailed design that includesalso the design of input forms, forms reports, the file structure and specifications program.

But there are still deficienciesin its management in dealing with inventory records, providing information andreport the number of stock items. Therefore it is necessary to design the inventorysystem at the cooperative.Based on the analysis and the constraints faced in designing this system is therecording is still done manually, causing difficulty in checking inventory and the longpreparation of reports. Hopefully, with this new system can assist the work inaccordance with the expectations of the cooperative.

Abstract

This research has purpose to design accounting information system for production cycle in small manufacturing firm that does not run computerized system. As small firm is the starting point of a bigger firm, the design of accounting information system needs to be considered, especially for the internal control. In manufacturing firm, when the internal control has been properly conducted, the production operation effectiveness and efficiency can be achieved. In designing new accounting information system, qualitative approach is used for this research. Besides, accounting software that supports manufacturing module is very helful to design the accounting information system. As the result, design of accounting information system for production cycle in “X” firm uses Accurate accounting software.
