Therefore the writer create a computerized payroll system using the language of pemrogramanVisual Basic 6.0 and Databases using MS -Access. Hopefully this writing has become an alternative for a company or to its employees who expect all their activities are operating effectively, efficiently and coordinated.

Abstract

Perform measurements of nutritional status on one age group is one method of assessing nutritional status of the population. In Cirebon District has conducted periodic measurement of body weight at toddler groups to obtain information on nutritional status from time to time up to the district level. Nutritional status information is very useful to obtain a picture of nutrition problems of population size which in turn is used  to support regional planning a regional program.   PHC as one important element in monitoring the nutritional status of children at district level. However, generally in the center area of Cirebon toddlers data processing system that starts from the input, the determination of nutritional status, and storage is still done manually. This happened also in the PHC village, Cirebon Sea. Given the number of children so much, then the manual method is less effective and efficient, especially in the process of determining the nutritional status of the filing and storage cabinets that need a place wide enough, and toddler data search process that requires a relatively long time. Therefore, the author wants to facilitate that process by creating a computerized information system that can provide solutions to those problems.

Abstract

Along with the rapid development era, the more problems faced by humans. Thenecessity to solve a problem quickly, accurately and efficiently is very necessary.Therefore science and information technology is always developed to make it happen.In this study, the authors make a computerized system to process service administrationservices motorcycles in the automotive services using Visual Basic 6.0 programminglanguage and MySQL database.Programs that exist in this application is comprised of the main menudisplay the data menu, the menu of transactions, reports menu. Where there are datamenu sub menu of customer data input, data, mechanical data and data types of service.Transaction menu there is a sub menu of the transaction. While there are reports of submenu print menu and save the receipts, customer data printing sub menu and sub menu ofprint transaction data. Where is the menu of this report is used to display andprint reports.Application of this system aims to replace the manual system with a system that has beencomputerized, with the expectation it can make a way companies work better, especiallyin the administration.

Abstract

In line with the rapid development of the era, the more problems faced by humans. The necessityto solve a problem quickly, accurately and efficiently is very necessary. In this paper the author makes acomputerized system to process administrative services of two-wheeled motor vehicle servicingin the automotive service by using Visual Basic 6.0 programming language and MySQLdatabase. Programs that exist in this application, include a main menu menu displays the data,the transaction menu, the menu reports. Where there are data menu sub menu input customerdata, data goods, mechanical data and data types of service fees. Menu there are sub menutransaction transaction. While there are reports of sub menu print menu and save the receipts,customer data printing sub menu and sub menu print transaction data. Where is the menu of thisreport is used to display and print reports. The application of this system aims to replace themanual system with a system that has been computerized, with the hope to make way company'swork for the better, especially in the administration.

Abstract

Writing is about the problems that arise in payment systems and VCD rentals. The author proposes a system of payment of rental and for solving problems in the rental and payment system in which tenants are petrified to collect data. This system is used to improve the effectiveness and quality of the writing section is proof of payment.  This system stores data for the tenant's payment and process the data into a daily report.
