Abstract

Customer Relationship Management Information System St.Borromeus Hospitalis anapplication to process data related to the promotion, marketing and cooperation between the St.Borromeus Hospita lwith the Contractor. Data processing is not optimum cooperation with the contractorat the Marketing division of Borromeus Hospital,cause search of information about the contractor, take a bit longer so that hamper the process of promotion and marketing. Therefore it need an application that can support and solve the problem.Based on these problems the author intends arrange final by taking the title of"Customer Relationship Management Information Systems St.Borromeus Hospital ". The technique is observation data collection, interview and library research, while the phase of system development using water fall method.The author hopes that this application can assist the Marketing in the Hospital of St.Borromeusin the process of  processing and marketing campaig n to the Contractor, either from the input data, search data, scheduling agreements. Various efforts have been undertaken by universities to improve academic quality control. This effort is intended to improve the quality of education. Evaluation of the monitoring process is carried out continuously and continuous in the end will be able to fix the quality of education. One of the efforts is to build information systems design exam. With the availability of information systems exam is expected that users can perform a variety of analysis and also can provide a more accurate exam. Development of information system design is intended as a first step in increasing the academic quality of universities.

Abstract

Developments in the banking system nder its wings for small businesses (market traders), which are many and are the backbone of the people on the Indonesian economy. To help the small entrepreneurs who are usually very shy in touch with the bank. Products of this micro service within its implementation constitute a computer-based information systems and management processes utilizing information technology as a tool for data processing.  Information system used for calculation of return on a loan and is available at this micro service are semi automatic because many feel That matter deficiencies. Disadvantages include the ineffectiveness of the time used in making the loan payment calculation reports of customers, it is disturbing performance in the billing clerk.  Micro-services information system design of the proposed implementation will be realized byusing a computer. This system can provide advantages such as speed up the preparation of reports and data storage more reliable, so it can provide accurate and reliable information that will ultimately produce an effective performance and efficient performance in supporting the decision making process for its users
