Abstract

Today's progress has touched all aspects of life, including aspects of health care. Inorder to provide good health services, and the sooner it is not wrong if it is acomputerized system should be applied. At the hospital Gandaria currently using thesystem as the elderly, which in addition to the registration section in charge ofseeking patient data is also required to make patient data for new patients, then thedata is given to the receptionis to be given the serial numb er checks. However, whenrelatively few patients is not a problem, but problems arise when total patientincreases, so that the registration is required to give fast service and BAUK. For thisKKP writing this writer hope to give a picture of the health service and to helpcomputerize the task dari registration section.

Abstract

Currently the use of computer is mostly done by the company or organization is asdata storage media and information. One such utilization, the authors create adatabase in the form of presenting information to assist prospective workers HRD inconducting recruitment.PT. Nusakita Cemerlang is a manpower outsourcing company, where the companyprovides outsourced workers who are skilled, educated, and trained in accordancewith the needs of the client / customer. Currently the database of existing prospectiveworkers are still stored in the HRD manual. This will complicate the search processof HRD in a quality workforce with a short time and frequent labor kerangkapanprospective data for two different jobs.From the description above, the authors propose to provide a translation of themanual data storage to be computerized. This is expected to help the HRD in theprocess of information seeking candidates for employment and current job vacancies.We make this database is expected to help HRD at PT. Nusakita Cemaerlang in therecruitment of new candidates for employment.

Abstract

This explains the writing of customer data processing in PT Jiwasraya branchesPandeglang especially in serving the customer premium payments and claims.Insurance plays a role in its operation must be able to compete freely and obtainbenefits by fulfilling and performing all the requirements stipulated in Law No. 2 of1992 on insurance business.In the current system is still much use of the forms so much going double customerdata, and processing of customer data or members still use Microsoft word and excel,thus slowing manage functions in decision making.Given the weakness of the system that is running is because the process is donemanually, the authors propose to use the program more structured special applicationsdesigned for the consumer database and present problems in the form of anapplication using Visual Basic 6.0 programming language.
