Abstract

Objective: AI in healthcare faces major challenges in patient data privacy and security, risking ethical issues. Additionally, insufficient technical support and training for healthcare staff may impede effective implementation across facilities. This study aims to (1) analyze the role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in digital health innovation, (2) identify key challenges related to privacy and data security in AI applications within the healthcare sector, and (3) propose policies that support data privacy and security in AI implementation in the 5.0 era. Methods: A qualitative descriptive approach was used through a literature review from leading sources on AI applications in digital health, with analysis of key themes such as transparency, consent, data security, data minimization, user access, and routine audits. Literature evaluation compares data security practices and regulations in different countries. Results: The findings show that AI applications in digital health face major challenges, particularly in protecting data privacy. Key insights include (1) the need for transparency in data usage, (2) limitations in the current informed consent practices, (3) the need for stronger data security measures, and (4) the lack of regular audits to assess compliance with privacy policies. These factors highlight the need for stricter policies to ensure user data protection. Conclusion: Supporting AI applications in digital health requires thorough privacy and data security policies that address user access, security, transparency, permission, data minimisation, and frequent audits. Robust regulation will safeguard users' rights and privacy while fostering long-term, reliable digital health innovation

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengusulkan pendekatan terintegrasi dalam audit sistem informasi untuk menilai keamanan dan efektivitas pengelolaan TI di era Industri 4.0. Transformasi digital yang cepat mendorong organisasi untuk mengadopsi kerangka kerja tata kelola TI dan manajemen risiko yang lebih komprehensif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kasus kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi langsung, dan analisis dokumen pada beberapa organisasi terpilih. Temuan penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa meskipun kontrol TI yang ada sudah memberikan perlindungan dasar, terdapat celah signifikan dalam integrasi praktik audit dengan tren digital terkini. Kerangka kerja yang diusulkan mengkombinasikan metode audit tradisional dengan alat penilaian risiko modern guna meningkatkan kepatuhan dan efisiensi operasional. Implikasi penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi strategis bagi organisasi untuk memperkuat infrastruktur TI dan menyelaraskan proses audit dengan lanskap digital yang terus berkembang.

Abstract

Given the increasing threats to personal data managed by educational institutions, student data security has become a critical issue in the digital era. This study aims to examine how the implementation of blockchain technology in academic information systems can enhance data security. The study employs literature review, qualitative analysis of case studies from universities that have implemented blockchain, and triangulation for data validation. The results indicate that using blockchain significantly improves data security. The security score increased from 4 before implementation to 9 after implementation. Compared to traditional methods, the decentralization and encryption of blockchain systems make data more resistant to manipulation and forgery. According to this study, there is a need for legislation to support the use of blockchain in education. Additionally, further research is required on the scalability and cost-effectiveness of this technology in higher education institutions.

Abstract

The implementation of web technologies in libraries faces challenges from acts of sabotage and cybersecurity, despite the ease of access to information being its main feature. The purpose of this study is to describe the analysis of information system cybersecurity at the Universitas Jenderal Soedirman (Unsoed) library using the NIST cybersecurity framework for the functions of identifying, protecting, detecting, responding, and recovering. Research informants consist of librarians who interact with information systems. The research method used was qualitative with a case study approach with in-depth interviews and observations. The results describe the function of identifying security processes according to the capabilities of librarians. The protect function identifies the identity management process and system vulnerabilities in the form of bugs and forms infiltrated by hackers. The detect function identifies infiltration from abroad. The respond function is handled by the administrator by restoring the server and is incidental after an event. The restore function plans actions to establish communication with library stakeholders. Technical recovery with default security systems and carrying out evaluation of enhancements developed in the system development life cycle continuously. Cybersecurity analysis using the NIST cybersecurity framework can describe the technical and managerial level of security in the application infrastructure so as to anticipate the possibility of cyber attacks.

Abstract

Aplikasi Shopee telah menjadi tren belanja online populer di Indonesia beberapa tahun terakhir, menjadikannya salah satu platform belanja online disukai oleh masyarakat, terutama Generasi Z. Penelitian ini bagaimana daya tarik konten, keamanan informasi, kemudahan penggunaan aplikasi memengaruhi niat beli ulang pengguna. Penelitian ini melibatkan mahasiswa aktif prodi Manajemen Universitas Muhammadiyah Ponorogo dari angkatan 2020–2023. Metode pengambilan sampel purposive sampling dan non-probability digunakan. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner online Google Forms dibagikan media sosial, mencapai 90 responden. Variabel penelitian diukur dengan skala Likert lima poin. SPSS digunakan untuk melakukan analisis regresi linear berganda. Mengungkapkan keamanan informasi tidak mempengaruhi terhadap minat beli ulang mereka, daya tarik konten, kemudahan penggunaan memengaruhi minat beli ulang mereka.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berfokus pada permasalahan keamanan sistem informasi dalam novel Reaper Karya Yume Yun Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa permasalahan keamanan sistem informasi dalam novel Reaper Karya Yume Yun. Genre karya sastra yang digunakan adalah novel. Judulnya adalah Reaper karya Yume Yun. Permasalahan yang diangkat dari penelitian tersebut adalah kisah Dasthan Davy yang bekerja di pemerintahan dan harus menghadapi para hacker jenius bernama Reaper yang selalu menyusup dan merusak sistem di tempat kerjanya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah hermeneutik dan deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan beberapa permasalahan dalam novel Reaper Karya Yume Yun yaitu Peretasan, Sabotase, IP address Tidak Terdeteksi, Perlindungan Password, Kerusakan Sistem, Penyalahgunaan Ponsel.

Abstract

This article discusses the implementation of the Information Security Management System (ISMS) and the adoption of the ISO 27001:2013 standard at PT Surveyor Indonesia Surabaya Branch. The purpose of writing this article is to analyze the process of designing, implementing, and maintaining the IMS, as well as the integration of the ISO 27001:2013 standard in the company's business practices. The results of the article show that the implementation of the SMKI and the adoption of the ISO 27001:2013 standard have had a positive impact on improving the information security and overall performance of PT Surveyor Indonesia Surabaya Branch. However, there were some challenges and barriers faced during the implementation process, such as limited resources and resistance from employees. Nonetheless, the integration of ISO 27001:2013 standard in PT Surveyor Indonesia Surabaya Branch is not only formal compliance but also implemented in daily business practices to protect the company's critical information and ensure optimal information security. The writing of this article is expected to make a significant contribution to PT Surveyor Indonesia, the academic community, and information security practitioners, as well as being a valuable contribution in the context of implementing the ISO 27001:2013 standard in an increasingly connected business era.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kualitas pelayanan, penerapan, dan evaluasi keamanan sistem informasi manajemen di PT Indo Premier Sekuritas. Dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif, penelitian ini mengkaji berbagai aspek yang memengaruhi efektivitas sistem informasi manajemen, termasuk kepuasan pengguna, efisiensi operasional, dan mitigasi risiko keamanan. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi langsung, dan dokumentasi internal perusahaan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan sistem informasi dipengaruhi oleh kecepatan responnya, dan kemudahan akses. Di sisi lain, penerapan keamanan sistem informasi telah dilakukan melalui pengelolaan infrastruktur teknologi yang memadai, namun terdapat juga beberapa kelemahan dalam evaluasi risiko yang membutuhkan perhatian lebih. Penelitian ini dapat memberikan rekomendasi strategis untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan dan mengoptimalkan pengamanan sistem informasi, yang berguna untuk mendukung operasional dan kepuasan pelanggan perusahaan

Abstract

Technostress is a phenomenon that has recently occurred frequently due to the significant development of information technology. Post COVID 19 pandemic, many sectors have transformed to information technology. As a result, many individuals who feel not fully prepared to use technology feel overwhelmed so they are vulnerable to experiencing technostress. On the other hand, as information technology develops, the risk of information security awareness is also increasingly vulnerable. This can be proven by the increasing number of data leakage cases that occur. This study aims to determine the relationship and influence between technostress and information security awareness. This study adapts three domains from HAIS-Q, namely password management, application use, and email use. This research uses PLS SEM method with 84 respondents. The results of this study prove that technostress related to password management and technostress related to email use have a negative and significant effect on information security awareness. While technostress related to the use of applications has a negative but insignificant effect on information security awareness.

Abstract

AbstractIntergrated Academic Information System (SIAT) is an information system developed by State University of Gorontalo that has been used to simplify academic processes. Developed since 2005, this information system has faced various risks in which their likelihood and impact need to be identified. This study aimed to ascertain means of risk and security management analysis of Intergrated Academic Information System (SIAT) in State University of Gorontalo using NIST SP 800-30. This study used qualitative analysis technique with descriptive approach. The results of this study disclosed that: (1) 4 moderate level risk, 12 low level risk, and 10 very low level risk has been discovered, the four moderate risks are: phising attacks, the sending of malware to the information system, the exploit of zero-day attacks, and brute-force attacks (2) The exploit of zero-day attacks, and brute-force attacks have very high likelihood; phising attacks and the sending of malware to the information system have high likelihood. These four risks have moderate level impact, (3) the proposed risk control recommendations are: providing training, counseling, socialization related to IT Security to SIAT' personnel/admins to prevent phising and malware attacks, providing informations about links that potentially be a phising links in SIAT main page, performing security assessment periodically, performing log activity checking periodically to detect anomaly activities, reducing the wrong password inputs limits to three, and locking the user's account if the login attempt has exceed the limit.Keywords : Risk and Security Management Analysis; NIST SP 800-30; Intergrated Academic Information System; Risk.AbstrakSistem Informasi Akademik Terpadu (SIAT) merupakan sistem informasi yang dikembangkan oleh Universitas Negeri Gorontalo yang digunakan untuk mempermudah proses bidang akademik. Sejak dikembangkannya SIAT sejak 2005, sistem informasi ini menghadapi berbagai risiko yang perlu diidentifikasi kemungkinan terjadi dan dampak dari risiko tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui cara analisis manajemen risiko dan keamanan Sistem Informasi Akademik Terpadu (SIAT) menggunakan NIST SP 800-30. Penelitian ini menggunakan Teknik kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) ditemukan 4 risiko dengan tingkat risiko menengah, 12 risiko dengan tingkat risiko rendah, dan 10 risiko dengan tingkat risiko sangat rendah, 4 risiko menengah tersebut berupa adanya serangan phishing, pengiriman malware ke dalam sistem informasi organisasi, dimanfaatkannya kelemahan menggunakan zero-day attack, dan Serangan percobaan login brute force. (2) dimanfaatkannya kelemahan menggunakan zero-day attack, dan Serangan percobaan login brute force memiliki kemungkinan yang sangat tinggi; dan adanya serangan phishing, dan pengiriman malware ke dalam sistem informasi organisasi memiliki kemungkinan yang tinggi. Keempat risiko memiliki tingkat dampak menengah (3) peneliti merekomendasikan kontrol risiko berupa memberikan pelatihan, penyuluhan, atau sosialiasi terkait keamanan TI kepada personil/admin SIAT untuk mencegah serangan phishing dan malware, menyediakan informasi terkait tautan yang berpotensi phishing pada halaman utama SIAT, melakukan asesmen keamanan SIAT secara berkala, melakukan pengecekan log aktivitas secara berkala untuk pendeteksian aktivitas anomali, memperkecil batas kesalahan penginputan password menjadi 3, dan mengunci akun pengguna jika percobaan login melewati batas.Kata kunci : Analisis manajemen risiko dan keamanan, NIST SP 800-30, Sistem Informasi Akademik Terpadu, Risiko.
