Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the marketing strategies and pricing adopted by CV Kartika Ayu, a company engaged in the sale of ornamental plants, in increasing sales volume. The research employs a qualitative approach, using data collection techniques such as in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis. The results indicate that marketing strategies, including the use of social media, exhibitions, and partnerships with home decor stores, significantly contribute to raising consumer awareness and interest. Competitive and flexible pricing also proves effective in attracting various market segments. The study concludes that the right combination of marketing strategies and strategic pricing can significantly increase the sales volume of CV Kartika Ayu. The study recommends continuously optimizing digital marketing strategies and periodically evaluating pricing policies to adapt to market dynamics and consumer preferences.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kualitas pelayanan, penerapan, dan evaluasi keamanan sistem informasi manajemen di PT Indo Premier Sekuritas. Dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif, penelitian ini mengkaji berbagai aspek yang memengaruhi efektivitas sistem informasi manajemen, termasuk kepuasan pengguna, efisiensi operasional, dan mitigasi risiko keamanan. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi langsung, dan dokumentasi internal perusahaan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan sistem informasi dipengaruhi oleh kecepatan responnya, dan kemudahan akses. Di sisi lain, penerapan keamanan sistem informasi telah dilakukan melalui pengelolaan infrastruktur teknologi yang memadai, namun terdapat juga beberapa kelemahan dalam evaluasi risiko yang membutuhkan perhatian lebih. Penelitian ini dapat memberikan rekomendasi strategis untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan dan mengoptimalkan pengamanan sistem informasi, yang berguna untuk mendukung operasional dan kepuasan pelanggan perusahaan

Abstract

Jumbo Ice Tea has succeeded as a new trend in the beverage industry triggered by its ability to go viral on social media, where this digital popularity opens up opportunities for MSME entrepreneurs to reach a wider market at a low cost. However, the more viral Jumbo Ice Tea is, the greater the risks that must be faced. The purpose of this study is to determine the risks faced by MSME actors and to provide in-depth insight into the dynamics of trend perspectives, franchise competition and prices, especially for Jumbo Ice Tea MSME products. This study uses a qualitative approach with a secondary data-based literature study method by collecting data from scientific journals, academic books, research reports, and official publications that are relevant to the topic of Jumbo Ice Tea MSME business risks. The results of the analysis obtained by the author are: 1) The increasing consumption trend brings great opportunities for MSMEs, but also demands continuous innovation to meet the ever-changing needs and desires of consumers. Research shows that collaboration with influencers and creative marketing strategies can help maintain consumer interest. 2) Competition in the Jumbo Ice Tea franchise is very tight, with big brands that have strong capital and marketing strategies. 3) Prices that are too high can reduce consumer buying interest, while prices that are too low can harm business actors.
