Abstract

Abstract : Post Operative Nausea and Vommitting is one of the most commonly complained postoperative patients with general anesthesia. Provision of early mobilization will speed up metabolism in the body, and accelerate the expression of residual anesthesia that is released through sweating. Early mobilization is one way to reduce PONV. This research method uses quasy experimental design with pre-post-test research with control group design. Sampling uses the Frederer formula. The number of samples studied amounted to 36 respondents. This study uses the RINVR instrument to measure a patient's PONV, and uses an early SOP for mobilization as a reference in providing interventions. This research was conducted in January-February 2020. The results of the study in the treatment group were given early mobilization interventions showing changes before being given the intervention, the mean value showed 11.61 to 0.00 after being given the intervention, and the p value was 0,000. The results of the study in the control group were given pharmako intervention alone showed a change before being given an intervention the mean value showed 9.61 to 0.83 after being given the intervention and the p value was 0,000. The results of the study the effect of early mobilization on PONV showed a P value of 0.003. Early mobilization causes a smooth circulatory system so that the CVC system that was previously disrupted and excreted residual anesthesia through sweat. Suggestions for further researchers to examine the differences in the duration of early mobilization so as to reduce nausea and vomiting in postoperative patients.

Abstract

Introduce: Diabetic Foot Ulcers was a a pathological condition of the foot due to diabetes mellitus. Amputation cases of diabetic ulcers reach 1 million every year. This study was explain the correlation of glucose levels with the level of diabetic foot ulcers based on the Bates-jensen wound assessment tools in malang. Methods: The study was cross sectional design. The population were 60 respondents. The independent variables was glucose. The dependent variable was the level of diabetic foot ulcers based on the Bates-jensen wound assessment tools. Glucose instruments use glucometers. The diabetic foot ulcers instrument uses observation sheet based on bates-jensen wound assessment tools. Data were analyzed using the Pearson product moment test which was preceded by a normality test using the Kolmogorov-Smirnov Z test. Result: The normality test using kolmogorov-smirnov Z showed a result of 0.733 which means the data is normally distributed. Pearson product moment test results showed 0.017 which means there is a relationship between random glucose levels and the level of diabetic foot ulcers based on the bates-jensen wound assessment tools. Discussion: the condition of high blood glucose levels that occur in patients with diabetes mellitus affects the flexibility of red blood cells that release O2, so that O2 in the blood decreases and peripheral hypoxia occurs which makes peripheral tissue perfusion ineffective. When peripheral tissue perfusion is inadequate, the supply of nutrients and oxygen levels will decrease so that the condition will worsen the tissue ischemia until tissue death or necrosis eventually occurs.

Abstract

Introduction: Ureal buildup and inactivity can lead to complications of restless leg syndrome. The thing that is deeply felt in these complications is leg pain. The incidence of leg pain in RLS is 21.5–40%  on a mild to moderate scale. RLS leg pain, if left continuously, can interfere with the patient's daily life and even affect the quality of life of patients with chronic kidney failure. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of passive intradialysis range of motion exercise on the lower extremities on leg pain in patients with chronic renal failure.Method: The research design is "quasi-experimental" with a "pretest-posttest control group design" approach. The sampling method used was purposive sampling with 32 respondents divided into two groups. Determination of respondents based on inclusion criteria for CRF patients undergoing hemodialysis with leg pain (RLS) on a mild, moderate, or severe scale. The independent variable is intradialysis, passive range of motion exercise in the lower extremities, and the dependent is leg pain. The data analysis test uses univariate analysis to determine the characteristics of the respondents. Bivariate analysis used a pairend t-test and an independent t-test to determine the differences between the two groups. Results: Paired t-test on the pre-post control group was 0.083, with an increase in mean value of 0.19. While the pre-post treatment group was 0.000 with a decrease in the mean value of 2.19. Independent test t-test in the pre-test control and treatment groups was 0.230 and the post-test control and treatment group was 0.000.Discussion: Giving passive intradialysis range of motion exercises to the lower extremities affects the reduction in pain scale caused by the occurrence of vasodilation of blood vessels.
