Abstract

Massive and increasingly complex environmental issues are becoming important and urgent to further address environmentally friendly behaviors, at every level of society, including students, so that environmental problems can be resolved. This research aims to examine the relationship of environmental knowledge to the environmentally friendly behavior of STKIP YDB Student Lubuk Alung. Because there is still a lack of environmentally friendly behavior among students. The respondents in this study were students who had taken IAD courses and came from Adiwiyata school. The instruments used in this study are questions and questionnaires. The method used in this study is a descriptive method with product moment correlation data analysis technique. The results said that students had high knowledge of the environment ,where 85% of respondents had scores in the range of 97-75 and had low environmentally friendly behaviors, this was shown by the data of environmentally friendly behavior polls, where30% of respondents always behaved environmentally both on campus and at home. Based on the analysis of environmental knowledge relationship data to environmental behavior. it found that t count was 0.6819 and t table of 1,658 at a significant rate of 5% and the results stated there was no relationship of environmental knowledge to environmentally friendly behavior.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to illustrate the efforts made by parents in providing sex education to children aged 6-13 years. To explain what form of child questions about sex and to explain the obstacles faced by parents in providing sex education to children aged 6-13 years in Sungai Kuyung Kecamatan Pancung Soal Sub-District. This research is field research with descriptive qualitative methods. In the determination of the sample the author uses snowball sampling. The results of the research that has been conducted in Sungai Kuyung River Village are parents trying to provide sex education to the child and answer the child's questions about sex. Here parents play a role in teaching child sex abuse by applying when entering the parent's room by asking permission before entering, teaching how to look at the situation seen by the child. Then parents also avoid the child from free sex by separating the bed between the parent and brother or sister. Parents also explain about sex to their child as much as they can

Abstract

This study describes the effect of clinical supervision and academic supervision of principals on teacher performance in state junior high school 3 Rambang Dangku Muara Enim Regency. This study uses quantitative methods. Techniques and data collection procedures through questionnaires, observation, and documentation. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. Based on the data analysis, the conclusion is 1) there is a clue to clinical supervision of teacher performance, meaning that clinical supervision can renew teacher performance. 2) There is an effect of principal academic supervision on teacher performance. 3) there are clinical supervision and academic supervision of principals on teacher performance, thus teaching skills and work motivation collectively on teacher performance. Clinical supervision and academic supervision of principals are able to affect teacher performance with a contribution of 24.1%

Abstract

The learning implementation problems found in elementary school 009 Kuala Terusan are the low activity and learning outcomes of students who reach standards in science learning in grade IV. For this reason, the picture and picture type cooperative model is applied. The objectives of this study were 1) to determine the effectiveness of the picture and picture cooperative model in increasing students' learning activeness in Science and 2) to determine the effectiveness of the picture and picture cooperative model in improving the learning outcomes of fourth grade students of elementary school 009 Kuala Terusan. This type of research is classroom action research. The duration of this research was from October to November 2019. The subjects of this study were fourth grade students of the 2019/2020 school year 009 Kuala Terusan public elementary school. The instrument used was the observation sheet and student learning outcomes. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis technique. The results of this study are 1) The picture and picture type of cooperative learning model is effectively applied in science learning materials for processing waste and used goods and the properties of light in the 009 Kuala Terusan elementary school to increase the active involvement of students in learning .; and 2) The picture and picture type of cooperative learning model is effectively applied in science learning at 009 Kuala Terusan elementary school to improve student learning outcomes from the original number of students with completeness levels up to 90.3%.

Abstract

The period of the Covid-19 pandemic demands changes to the learning system. Changes in the learning system cause learning activities and monitoring patterns carried out by supervisors to be adjusted to learning during a pandemic. The objectives of this study are 1) to prove whether sustainable academic supervision can improve teacher discipline and teacher quality in managing learning during a pandemic; 2) knowing the right steps in carrying out ongoing academic supervision for learning during the pandemic, and 3) measuring the increase in discipline, learning quality, and quality of teacher learning tools in managing learning during the Covid-19 pandemic qualitatively. This type of research is school action research. The duration of this research was from April 2020 to May 2020. The subjects of this study were class teachers at the 009 Kuala Terusan public elementary school, Pangkalan Kerinci, Riau. The instrument used was the teacher's weekly activity schedule form and the learning device suitability sheet for learning during the pandemic. The results obtained are 1) supervision using the teacher's weekly activity form can improve teacher discipline; 2) supervision during a pandemic, apart from going through observation, also needs to be done by using in-depth discussion techniques with the teacher concerned; and 3) improving the quality of discipline, learning, and learning tools to increase each cycle. So, periodic checks, observations and in-depth discussions are one of the solutions in carrying out supervision during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

This study describes the influence of the principal's leadership behavior and community participation on the implementation of education at SMP Negeri 11 Prabumulih. The method used is descriptive analytical survey method. Data collection techniques and procedures through, questionnaires, observation and documentation. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. Based on the data analysis, the conclusion are 1) There is an influence of the principal's leadership behavior on the implementation of education at SMP Negeri 11 Prabumulih City. 2) There is an influence of community participation on the implementation of education in SMP Negeri 11 Prabumulih City. 3) There is an influence between leadership behavior and community participation together on the implementation of education at SMP Negeri 11 Prabumulih City. Principal leadership behavior and community participation are able to influence the implementation of education with a contribution of 24.2%, while the remaining 75.8% is influenced by factors not included in this study.
