In the industrial era 4.0, as it is now, all-digital processes to support business are commonplace. So that we need a design that can align between the business processes of a company with the information system owned by the company. PT. PLN (Prima Layanan Nasipnal) Enjiniring is a company engaged in the field of electricity engineering consulting under the auspices of or a subsidiary of PT. Perusahaan Listrik Negara (Persero), which carries out planning, construction, operation and maintenance as well as performance management in electricity and non-electricity infrastructure and the role of Information Technology is very necessary in the running of Business Processes in this company. The application of Information Systems and Information Technology at PLN. Enjiniring is currently not yet integrated with each other so that the application of IS/IT has not run optimally and has not been effective in data exchange, so it is necessary to hold integration of information systems managed by the Information Technology Section of PT. PLN. Enjiniring so that in to design an integrated information system requires Enterprise Architecture (EA) using the TOGAF ADM framework. The results of this EA design are in the form of artifacts in the TOGAF ADM component which are expected with these artifacts to become recommendations in the implementation of integrated information system infrastructure in information systems managed by the Information Technology Section of PT. PLN. Enjiniring so that with the implementation of an integrated information system it can support the process business that runs on PT. PLN. Enjiniring.

Rice is the staple food of Indonesians which comes from rice plants. Rice plants often experience crop failure due to disease. Of course this will affect the yield. Therefore, in this era of technological advances, digital images can be used to help farmers classify rice leaf diseases so they can be controlled. One of the classifications uses K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) which is sourced from learning data information with the closest distance. Research requires color feature extraction and invariant moment methods in order to obtain information on the distinguishing characteristics of an object from other objects. Data comes from the UCI Machine Learning Repository totaling 120 images which are divided into 3 types of bacterial disease leaf blight, brown spot, and leaf smut with each class having 40 images. The color features used by HSV are Hue, Saturation, and Value. Meanwhile, the invariant moment uses the seven features H1 to H7 introduced by Hu. Feature selection is carried out after the feature extraction process to get the highest accuracy value. In addition, variations in the number of neighbors (k) in KNN are also varied from k=1 to k=10. The best accuracy results are obtained from the use of features, namely hue, saturation, value, h2, h3, and h7 and the value of the number of neighbors in KNN k=1 with an accuracy 81.66%.

The Family Hope Program (PKH) is a program that provides cash assistance to Very Poor Households (RSTM) which are required to fulfill requirements related to efforts to improve the quality of human resources. In selecting residents to be recipients of the Family Hope Program (PKH) in Pulau Rakyat Tua Village, the problem that often arises is that the provision of Family Hope Program assistance is often considered not to be on target. In addition, errors often occur because the selection is still done manually and requires a long time in selecting participants, which can be influenced by the objective assessment of PKH companions. The research objective is to apply the k-means clustering algorithm in selecting prospective beneficiaries of the Family Hope Program (PKH). The method used uses the application of data mining with the k-means clustering algorithm. Based on the results of applying the k-means clustering algorithm, the results of the system being built can make it easier to select potential recipients of Family Program assistance. The results of the k-means clustering algorithm test produced Cluster 1 in the Eligible category totaling 29 PKH beneficiary data and Cluster 2 in the Ineligible category totaling 1 PKH beneficiary data.

BeFind is a website-based application that facilitates the public and sports instructors to be able to interact and transact with each other. However, the website has deficiencies such as incomplete features and inflexible use, so it is necessary to design a mobile-based application to optimize the features. The purpose of this research is to produce UI and UX model designs that apply the Design Thinking method and to find out the results of usability testing. Design Thinking is a product design process resulting from problem-solving efforts that arise from potential product users. Empathy stage, conduct interviews to get problems. The define stage is carried out by creating a user persona from the results of the interview. The ideate stage is carried out by brainstorming to compile user flow. The prototype stage is made in the form of a mockup design and a prototype design is prepared. The test phase was carried out to test the design with task scenarios on 4 usability aspects and 1 aspect using the System Usability Scale (SUS) questionnaire. In the final test for service seekers and service providers respondents obtained 97% and 96% learnability results, efficiency 0.033689182 goals/sec and 0.033689182 goals/sec, 96% and 95% memoryability, 0.0306 and 0.0800 errors, and satisfaction with SUS obtained 94 results with the best imaginable predicate. In efficiency there is a decrease in yield caused by a bad signal factor. The resulting UI and UX can become the foundation for development of the "BeFind" mobile application based on the prototype design that has been designed in this study.

Foodstuffs price analysis and prediction is one of the important research topics. This paper applies Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) and Extreme Learning Machines (ELM) as models for forecasting the price of rice, chicken meat, chicken egg, shallot, garlic, and red chili in the Tasikmalaya traditional market. The dataset is a daily time series obtained from April 2017 - February 2023. LSTM models perform accurately to forecast 5 foodstuffs prices and obtain MAPE scores of no more than 3%. ELM works well to predict the price of rice, chicken meat, chicken egg, shallot, and garlic with MAPE scores are less than 1%. The price of rice, chicken egg, shallot, and red chili has an increasing trend. The correlation analysis finds that the price of chicken egg, shallot, and red chili has a positive correlation with each other.

During the transitional period related to the coronavirus outbreak, the need for jobs began to increase. The number of prospective workers who will apply for a job in a company by doing a selection test at the Job Exchange. On the other hand, to suppress the spread of this epidemic, the interaction between Job Exchange officers and prospective job applicants must be limited. So by creating a Job Exchange Test attendance system according to health protocols with the Internet of Things devices, it can be used to limit the interaction of prospective job applicants with job exchange officers. This system was built using the Waterfall Model Software Development Life Cycle method, by utilizing the ESP8266 microcontroller components, the MFRC522 module, and the MLX90614 sensor which will support the performance of this system. The results of this study are taboos for prospective job applicants who have an illegal condition or have a temperature above normal, may not enter the room without interacting directly with the officer, but the device will sound a buzzer notification and a warning message will be sent from the microcontroller and received by the officer via telegram. In this study, a comparison was made to obtain the ideal distance for scanning body temperature at various different distances, and the results of the comparison obtained the smallest percentage error value of 0.027% at a distance of 3 cm.

The importance of maintaining the quality of information systems is one of the main factors in creating the success of a system owned by a company so as to encourage employees to utilize technology in completing their work. The web-based employee presence system is one of the systems developed by companies to monitor and measure the level of productivity of human resources. Based on the results of interviews conducted by researchers with five informants, it was found that the user's intention to use the system was still relatively low because the user was not satisfied with the implementation of the employee presence system. System evaluation can be carried out to find out what factors have a significant influence on behavioral intentions and the use of the staffing attendance system by adopting the UTAUT 2 acceptance model. This study makes adjustments to the UTAUT 2 model by eliminating price value as an exogenous variable. A total of 291 data were obtained from respondents through distributing questionnaires and data analysis was carried out using the PLS-SEM analysis technique assisted by SmartPLS. The results of the analysis show that system users must first develop behavioral intentions to use the presence system by increasing significant factors, namely: performance expectancy, effort expectancy, facilitating conditions, hedonic motivation which is reinforced by gender, habit, and behavioral intention.

The selection of the best practicum assistants is traditionally done through a conventional method, which involves voting by active students attending lab classes. However, upon evaluation, it was found that the results were not accurate. Some cases revealed that assistants were chosen based solely on popularity or recognition among the students, possibly influenced by physical appearance or public speaking skills in front of the class, while other important aspects were not considered. This situation could lead to social jealousy. The problem lies in the difficulty of combining evaluation criteria and determining the relative weights for each criterion in the process of selecting the best practicum assistants at the college. Additionally, there is a lack of objectivity in decision-making during the selection process, resulting in an unstructured and immature decision-making process. Therefore, this research aims to enhance the process of selecting the best practicum assistants at the college through optimizing the profile matching algorithm using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. AHP's role involves checking the weights and making paired comparisons to evaluate each criterion and determine the criterion weights. AHP is also utilized to ensure consistency in determining the weights. On the other hand, the role of profile matching is to provide accurate rankings or comparisons based on the suitability scores between the profiles of potential assistants and the reference profile. The combination of these two algorithms is expected to result in a more accurate selection of practicum assistants by effectively measuring the decision criteria weights. Therefore, the difficulty of combining evaluation criteria and determining the relative weights for each criterion can be minimized. Furthermore, optimizing the profile matching algorithm will enable a more objective decision-making process for selecting the best practicum assistants through more accurate rankings or comparisons based on the suitability scores with the reference profile. Based on this optimization, the collaboration of the two algorithms can achieve comparison results with an accuracy rate of 90%.

Information systems and social media are a form of rapid development in the era of society 5.0. Both of these can be used in an agency in disseminating information and can be used as promotional media. One institution that is very closely related to this is an educational institution. An existing educational institution has used social media and a website-based information system. SMK PGRI 1 Bangkalan is one of the vocational schools in Bangkalan Regency which does not yet have a website and social media accounts to disseminate information. A website-based social media integrated information system is one of the recommendations in solving this problem. This study uses the waterfall research model in developing the system. The results of this research are a website-based school information system that is integrated with social media, namely WhatsApp and Instagram. In addition, the website that has been created also meets several quality aspects of ISO 25010, namely functional suitability which gets a percentage of 100% and is declared very good, portability which gets a percentage of 100% and is declared very good, performance efficiency which has an average speed of 1,193 which fall into the very good category, and the usability aspect which gets a percentage of 90% and is declared very feasible.

Information technology plays a crucial role in meeting the aspirations of people seeking knowledge in higher education institutions. One effective strategy to showcase the unique features of each university is by employing a Virtual Reality Website 3600. Through this Virtual Reality Website, prospective students, visitors, and the general public can experience a more immersive understanding of the facilities and lecture rooms in the Department of Electrical Engineering at Sriwijaya State Polytechnic (POLSRI). Users can feel as if they are physically present and interact with the college environment virtually using the 3600 camera technology. In this research, to ensure the security of user data and prevent potential security threats, a One-Time Password (OTP) security mechanism is implemented on the website. The OTP system provides temporary access with unique codes generated each time a user accesses the website. This measure is taken to safeguard user data from unauthorized access and potential information leaks. The outcomes of this study will contribute to introducing users to the Virtual Reality Website 3600 technology and aid the Department of Electrical Engineering at POLSRI in virtually showcasing their facilities and lecture rooms to prospective students in an engaging manner.
