Jurnal Teknologi dan Sistem Komputer (JTSiskom, e-ISSN: 2338-0403) adalah terbitan berkala online nasional yang diterbitkan oleh Departemen Teknik Sistem Komputer, Universitas Diponegoro, Indonesia. JTSiskom menyediakan media untuk mendiseminasikan hasil-hasil penelitian, pengembangan dan penerapannya di bidang teknologi dan sistem komputer, meliputi sistem embedded, robotika, rekayasa perangkat lunak dan jaringan komputer. Lihat fokus dan ruang lingkup JTSiskom. JTSiskom terbit 4 (empat) nomor dalam satu tahun, yaitu bulan Januari, April, Juli dan Oktober (lihat Tanggal Penting). Artikel yang dikirimkan ke jurnal ini akan ditelaah setidaknya oleh 2 (dua) orang reviewer. Pengecekan plagiasi artikel dilakukan dengan Google Scholar dan Turnitin. Artikel yang telah dinyatakan diterima akan diterbitkan dalam nomor In-Press sebelum nomor regular terbit. JTSiskom telah terindeks DOAJ, BASE, Google Scholar dan OneSearch.id Perpusnas. Lihat daftar pengindeks. Artikel yang dikirimkan harus sesuai dengan Petunjuk Penulisan JTSiskom. JTSiskom menganjurkan Penulis menggunakan aplikasi manajemen referensi, seperti Mendeley, Endnote atau lainnya. Penulis harus register ke jurnal atau jika telah teregister, dapat langsung log in dan melakukan lima langkah submisi artikel. Penulis harus mengupload Pernyataan Pengalihan Hak Cipta saat submisi. Artikel yang terbit di JTSiskom akan diberikan nomer identifier unik (DOI/Digital Object Identifier) dan tersedia serta bebas diunduh dari portal JTSiskom ini. Penulis tidak dipungut biaya baik untuk pengiriman artikel maupun pemrosesan artikel (lihat APC/Article Processing Charge). Jurnal ini mengimplementasikan sistem LOCKSS untuk pengarsipan secara terdistribusi di jaringan LOCKSS privat.

Abstract

Sejak layanan teknologi 3G pertama kali diperkenalkan, permintaan akan layanan berbasis paket data dari tahun ke tahun mengalami peningkatan yang pesat. Menanggapi hal tersebut, para penyedian jaringan telekomunikasi terus berusaha untuk meningkatkan kemampuan jaringannya. Salah satu solusinya menerapkan teknologi High-Speed Downlink Packet Access yang direkomendasikan oleh 3GPP Release 5. Penelitian ini dikhususkan untuk menganalisis Quality of Service jaringan telekomunikasi High-Speed Downlink Packet Access di Kecamatan Tembalang Kota Semarang. Analisis Quality of Service jaringan telekomunikasi High-Speed Downlink Packet Access pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran kualitas jaringan telekomunikasi High-Speed Downlink Packet Access dari sisi bandwidth, throughput, packet loss dan delay. Metode penelitian yang dibahas dalam penelitian ini yaitu penelitian kualitatif observatif, dimana akan dilakukan pengamatan tentang bagaimana QoS jaringan telekomunikasi High-Speed Downlink Packet Access pada teknologi 3.5G di Kecamatan Tembalang Kota Semarang. Proses pengamatan dalam menganalisis Quality of Service jaringan telekomunikasi High-Speed Downlink Packet Access di Kecamatan Tembalang Kota Semarang berdasarkan 4 parameter diantaranya bandwidth, throughput, packet loss dan delay. Aplikasi yang digunakan yaitu monitoring application Elnus Bandwidth Meter dan Axence NetTools Professional 4.0. Selain itu, Quality of Service jaringan telekomunikasi High- Speed Downlink Packet Access di Kecamatan Tembalang Kota Semarang diamati berdasarkan waktu yaitu harian, mingguan dan bulanan.

Abstract

Abstract - Health services include the recording of the patient's medical record . Medical records were used to aid the treatment process. The number of medical records continues to grow proportional to the number of patients. Tens of thousands of sheets of paper used to record medical record requires effort , time and place great . The amount of effort will continue to grow each day. Search one sheet of medical records among a set of storage shelves requires considerable time and risk data is not found. The risk of error in the search and storing will increase every day. The development of technology allows the implementation of technology in the process of record-keeping. Changes in the form of digital medical records will reduce the need of a previous process. Labor, time and place required by the help of information systems will be reduced significantly . Storage process data stored in the cloud will provide more value for the system as a patient's medical records from a health center can be accessed from other health centers. The development of this system will reduce the risk of inappropriate storage and retrieval of medical records. Grobogan Health Department that oversees health center in Grobogan are office that are ready to migrate business processes into the digital age. Development of medical record information system for the health center expected to improve the quality of service of health centers , especially in health care.

Abstract

Environmental conditions in a large area often requires monitoring. For example, in the case of greenhouse used for experimental research cultivation, fertilization experiment, experiment plant resistance, tissue culture experiments, experimental planting of crops in the off-season, the necessary equipment to monitor and control the environmental conditions in order to suit the characteristics of the environment is needed. The size of area to be monitored, making the need for the spread of monitoring equipment at some point so that monitoring environmental conditions can include all the desired area. This is the basis for the design of communication protocols for WSN (wireless sensor networks) on a green campus. The system consists of hardware that is assembled to the process of measuring PM2.5, CO, NO2, HC, light intensity, temperature, and humidity. The system is divided into several sections, hereinafter referred to node. Node on this system can be divided into two functions, namely a sensor node and coordinator node. There are two sensor nodes that will work for data collection in a separate area and sends the data to the coordinator node. Communication between nodes is done using nRF905 module. The design of communication protocols that are designed to connect between the coordinator node to sensor node is able to run well. It makes the system capable of monitoring temperature and humidity via a web service, so that can know the condition of PM2.5, CO, NO2, HC, the intensity of light, temperature and humidity at some point in the range of more than 100 meters.

Abstract

Digital signage is information boards migrate from conventional forms to digital form. Form of digital signage used in computer by connecting to monitor to display the information. Digital notice board (digital signage) puts a digital-based information services in one direction. Many digital signage applications appear with the development of information technology. Unfortunately, if used as a digital signage devices, the implementation of existing digital signage applications using a desktop computer is unefficient. Signage applications that developed to be implemented on a single board computers such as raspberry-pi is still rare. In that case, there are any idea to implement a mini computer raspberry-pi as digital signage devices. Mini computer raspberry-Pi was chosen because of its small size and power saving. so it can be efficient and flexible than a regular desktop computer. Forming of this thesis includes designing web server using PHP and MySQL and raspberry pi configuration. The results of this research is to implement digital signage in raspbeery pi that produce a web-based digital information boards that efficient and power saving.

Abstract

Today, technology has become ours primary need. The ease of getting or giving information by using technology make people do their jobs easily. Diponegoro University Choir (PSM) is one of choir that have good reputation in local, national and international. But PSM do not have any official website that can gives information to the people. Every years, the number of recruits is increasing, and the process of registeration is still done manually. Based on that problem, the organization needs an web-based Information System and SMS gateway to support information giving process and its own member data maintenance.The Information System is built using PHP Framework Codeignitier language program, javascript for the dynamic appearance, and MySQL for the database. The System’s development process uses waterfall method. This method is included with analysis of needs, analysis, design, implementation and testing. The model of system is built using object oriented UML (Unified Modeling Language) includes Use Case diagram, Class diagram and Sequence diagram

Abstract

Lab activities are activities that are routinely performed by college students, lab activities shall be carried out as part of the lectures. In practice, there is no doubt often occur int the organization of costraints associated with the lab, such as information dissemination, creation of assessment list and data is not centralized. One of the lab activities is performed in the Laboratory of Computer System Software Engineering Diponegoro University. The labs require a lab managementapplications in order to improve work efficiency and improve the smooth operation of the lab. Practical Application Management consist of client and a blogapplications, created using Visual C# for client, ASP.NET for the blog and with the .NET Framework technology also Microsoft SQL Server databases. Development method was performed using the waterfall method, whereas in application design using UML modeling. The expected result from design of this application is to create an application that consist of client and blog application to managedata from many lab activities in a university lab, such as processing data from various laboratory practitioner, creation of assessment list and dissemination of information about the lab activities.

Abstract

Telkom Group is the only telecommunications company as well as telecommunications service providers and the largest network in Indonesia. At this time the daily scheduling of technicians and customers do not have a location search memadahi information system. In some fields, the management is still done manually. Such as scheduling repairs to the customer given to technicians only reports of damage on the day yesterday so that customers in today's report will have to wait one day plus also a technician who does not mengetehaui in detail the work area so that slowing customer service. Development of information systems in this study using the waterfall method. The waterfall model is composed of: requirements, design, implementation, testing and maintenance. For the beginning of the design, developers need observation or interviews to determine the needs of the system that is being developed. Applications developed using CodeIgniter framework. The results of this final project is an information system that can meet the needs of PT. Telkom Kandatel Patis in managing daily scheduling service technicians and search customer locations in accordance with existing business processes.

Abstract

Peranan teknologi informasi menjadi hal utama yang harus dipenuhi untuk menunjang kegiatan dalam berbagai bidang kehidupan, tidak terkecuali bidang promosi suatu produk atau jasa. Dengan penggunaan internet penyampaian informasi mengenai produk yang dipromosikan menjadi lebih mudah dan dapat diakses setiap saat dan dapat dilakukan dimana saja. Medianya pun juga telah berkembang dengan berbagai macam kemudahan, salah satunya adalah media promosi berbasis multimedia. Teknologi virtual reality merupakan salah satu teknologi yang berbasis multimedia dengan memadukan berbagai elemen multimedia. Dengan penggunaan teknologi virtual reality tersebut diharapkan dapat menunjang media promosi agar lebih interaktif, efektif dan menarik. Aplikasi yang dikembangkan merupakan perpaduan antara teknologi virtual reality dengan website. Teknologi virtual reality akan menyajikan produk mobil yang dipromosikan melalui tampilan tiga dimensi yang interaktif. Teknologi tersebut kemudian ditanamkan dalam website sehingga memungkinkan pengguna dapat mengaksesnya kapan dan dimana saja. Teknologi virtual reality dikembangkan menggunakan VRML (Virtual Reality Modelling Language) dan software pemodelan 3D 3ds Max, sedangkan aplikasi berbasis web dikembangkan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP, HTML dan CSS. Aplikasi tersebut juga didukung penggunaan basis data MySQL sehingga mempermudah user dalam mengolah data. Browser yang digunakan perlu dipasangi plug-in Cortona3D Viewer agar dapat menampilkan file tiga dimensi. Hasil dari pembuatan aplikasi ini adalah terancangnya sebuah aplikasi yang menggunakan teknologi VRML untuk media promosi mobil berbasis web. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi ini menjalankan fungsionalitasnya sesuai dengan rancangan.
