Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan proses pembelajaran kursus menjahit pada perencanaan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi, dan hasil belajar. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Wawancara dilakukan dengan pengelola, instruktur dan peserta didik LKP. Observasi dilakukan dengan mengamati proses pembelajaran. Studi dokumen diperoleh dari RPP, silabus dan daftar nilai peserta didik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada proses pembelajaran melalui tiga tahapan, yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Hingga akhirnya menghasilkan kompetensi. Proses perencanaan pembelajaran mulai materi, metode, media dilakukan oleh pengelola. Instruktur mengidentifikasi kebutuhan peserta didik. Penyusunan RPP dilaksanakan berdasarkan diskusi dengan peserta didik, sehingga materinya sesuai kebutuhan. Pelaksanaan pembelajaran diawali dengan semua peserta saling menyapa. Interaksi dilakukan dengan baik antara intruktur dengan peserta, peserta dengan yang lainnya. Suasanya kondusif sehingga peserta terlihat menyenangkan dan disertai motivasi. Evaluasi pembelajaran dilaksanakan setiap ada pembelajaran dengan sistem koreksi langsung. Evaluasi juga dilaksanakan dengan tes teori dan praktek oleh lembaga. Pelaksanaan evaluasi tidak hanya pengelola, instruktur melainkan peserta didik juga mengevaluasi. Hasil belajar atau kompetensi yang diperoleh sesuai tujuan pembelajaran yang telah direncanakan. Semua peserta mendapatkan kompetensi yang diinginkan mulai pengetahuan, keterampilan dan sikap. Selain itu yang utama adalah mental. Peserta didik sudah berani membuka wirausaha taylor sebagai bukti kemandiriannya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tentang bagaimana problematika peranan lurah sebagai motivator, fasilitator, dan mobilisator dalam pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui program bank sampah di Kelurahan Tobek Godang Kecamatan Bina Widya Kota Pekanbaru. Metode yang digunakan yaitu penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Temuan dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa problematika peranan lurah dalam pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui program bank sampah dalam pemberian motivasi masih kurang efektif karena tidak dilakukan secara berkelanjutan dan tidak dapat merangkul seluruh masyarakat sehingga hanya sebagian masyarakat yang mengerti dan mengikuti program bank sampah di Kelurahan. Dalam menjalankan perannya sebagai fasilitator, terdapat problematika yang ditemui yaitu pengalokasian dan transaksi keuangan bank sampah yang rendah berpengaruh terhadap jalannya kegiatan bank sampah. Kurangnya minat masyarakat mengikuti bank sampah menyebabkan turunnya transaksi keuangan yang ada. Adapun problematika peranan lurah sebagai mobilisator program bank sampah yaitu kesibukan dan keterbatasan waktu yang dimiliki lurah sehingga hanya memiliki sedikit kesempatan mengikuti kegiatan pemberdayaan.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the success of the implementation of distance learning systems in the field of Customs and Excise in the Financial Education and Training Agency of Makassar during the pandemic by analyzing the factors that affect the achievement of learning outcomes. This study used data obtained from respondents through questionnaires and quantitative approaches through component or variant-based of Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) techniques with Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed that in general the distance learning system organized has not fully run well and successfully based on indicators or approach of DeLone and McLean model. Based on the four proposed hypotheses, it is not entirely proven and acceptable. The system quality affects user satisfaction and user satisfaction also affects the net benefits. Meanwhile, the information quality and service quality has no effect on user satisfaction. Financial Education and Training Agency of Makassar as a technical implementer of BPPK in the region is expected to improve the quality of information and quality of services in order to improve the satisfaction of training participants that will have an impact on the achievement of learning outcomes.

Abstract

Communication is germane to the management and success of every programme. Open and Distance learning institutions’ effort to positively reach out and go beyond imparting knowledge to their learners may never be realized without effective communication. Thus, the effective utilization of components of communication is important in the learning process. This study examined the relationship between the communication components in Open Distance Learning (ODL) institutions and effective service delivery of ODL programmes. Five objectives were developed to guide the study. The study adopted a mixed research design involving both qualitative and quantitative data collection techniques. 420 participants selected using a multi-stage sampling procedure involving both stratified random sampling and simple random sampling techniques. Both descriptive statistics and inferential statistics were used for data analysis.  The study, among other things, found a significant relationship between the communication components and the efficacy of the service delivery. Based on the findings, it was recommended that for service delivery to be effective, feedback mechanism must be varied, adequate and effective so that learners can use the one that best suit them; facilitators must be continuously trained on the use of different channels of communication to be able to produce and deliver quality content.

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to determine the effect of using the internet and the family environment on the effectiveness of online learning, knowing the use of the internet on the effectiveness of online learning, knowing the effect of the family environment on the effectiveness of online learning for students of the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Seberang Maret University, class of 2019 in the Kentingan campus area. . The research method is descriptive quantitative. The population is 1436 and the sample is 313 students. Questionnaires are used as a data collection technique. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPPS version 23 program. The results obtained based on this study are: (1) There is a simultaneous significant effect between the use of the internet and the family environment on the effectiveness of learning which can be determined by the value of Fcount>Ftable and sig<0.05, namely 62.612>3,024775 and 0.000 <0.05. (2) There is a positive and significant influence on the use of the internet with the effectiveness of online learning as indicated by the value of tcount> ttable, namely 4.456> 0.967721., and (3) There is a positive and significant influence of the family environment on the effectiveness of online learning, namely by knowing that tcount> ttable ie 7.971>0.967721. Regression equation Y = 13,500 + 0,231X1 + 0,253X2
