Abstract

This paper is research on women's religious education in families in Wonokerso Pakisaji Malang with a low divorce rate. The research respondents are Muslim married couples, with 4 qualifications: 1) Couples with good religious education for women and less religious education for men, 2) Couples with less religious education for women and good religious education for men, 3) Couples with education are equally good, and 4) Couples with religious education are equally lacking. Data collection techniques through interviews with purposive techniques. A case study that found something new that women's religious education supports the formation of harmony in a household. Women with good religious education will support the realization of a harmonious family. Judging from how both fulfil their obligations as a Muslim Muslimah, are responsible for tasks in a household, good relations with partners with mutual understanding and solving problems together with deep talk, good relations with spouses, and together increase piety to Allah SWT.

Abstract

Although many women occupy strategic positions, both in the legislative, executive, and social life, in the realm of penghulu in Indonesia, there has never been found a woman who has become a structural position in KUA or becomes a penghulu. These positions are still assumed to be the domain of men. By using a normative approach, this study focuses on the problem of how female leaders are from the perspective of fiqh and law. The appointment of women as penghulu was not carried out due to two reasons, namely juridical-normative and sociological-psychological. juridically-normatively Article 3 Regulation of the Minister of Religion No. 30 of 2005 concerning Guardian Judges which states that guardian judges are the Head of the District KUA, Penghulu, and Penghulu Assistant. In other words, if women are appointed as Penghulu, their position will be questioned if they carry out their duties as guardian judges which in fiqh must be a man.

Abstract

The land endowment which was later built as an educational center in Tamanayu Jatirejoyoso, Kepanjen Malang, became the focus of this research as one of the efforts to improve the welfare of the people. If the waqf is optimally managed, it will become truly productive waqf in producing productive human resources as well. This is a descriptive qualitative research in which the data collection uses observation, interview, and documentation methods. The results showed that the waqf land management carried out in Tamanayu, especially TK Nurul Hidayah, was quite good. The benefits that are used as goals are in the form of improving the quality of human resources. Utilization in this field is considered appropriate and very helpful when viewed from the needs of the local community. However, when viewed from the number and extent of waqf land in Tamanayu, the use of waqf land is still not optimal. There are 13 waqfs in 2021 but only one piece of land with an area of ​​600 m2 is managed productively. Nurul Hidayah Kindergarten can be used as a reference for waqf land management, the benefits of which can continue in forms of development that provide more benefits.

Abstract

This study aims to decribe how classical and individual learning methods are implemented in learning tashrīf at Madrasah Diniyah Annahdliyah Kepuharjo Karangploso Malang. This research is qualitative research and uses a case study research design. The qualitative data analysis technique used is Spradley's taxonomic-domain qualitative data analysis. The study concluded that the classical method appeared in learning tashrīf at Madrasah Diniyah Annahdliyah Kepuharjo Karangploso Malang in the core learning activities, namely in the following activities: (1) Reading together the previously studied material; (2) Activities of translating and adding materials; (3) The teacher reads the material that has been given with the best possible pronunciation; and (4) Students read together aloud imitating the teacher's reading; and (5) reading activities with the material that was just presented in the closing activity of the lesson. Individual learning appears in the learning of tashrīf at Madrasah Diniyah Annahdliyah in the core learning activities, namely in the form of student activities: presenting their respective memorization according to ability.

Abstract

The need for schools and madrasas for good teaching of the Qur'an is felt to be increasing day by day. What we should be grateful for, however, this need has not been matched by the availability of human resources (HR) for Al-Qur'an teachers who have competence and commitment in the field of adequate Al-Qur'an learning. Good learning to read the Koran requires a system that is able to guarantee the quality of every child or person who learns to read the Koran so that it is quick and easy to read the Koran tartīl. And as with other learning programs, learning the Qur'an also requires development, both in terms of content, context and support system. In realizing the above, the Ummi Foundation has built a quality system for learning the Qur'an by standardizing its input, process and output. the entire standardization is summarized in 7 (seven) basic Ummi programs, which include: tashhīh, tahsīn, certification, coach, supervision, munāqasyah, and khataman. Certification is one of the seven basic programs which is an absolute requirement for a teacher who will teach the Ummi Method. Without teacher certification, Ummi's book becomes meaningless and loses its strength as an easy, fast, and quality method and loses its soul as a fun and heart-touching method.

Abstract

This study aims to reveal the construction of pesantren’s fiqh of politics, namely the dialectical movement between two opposite dimensions. The first dimension is the kitab kuning which is static and was born between the 8th century and the early 20th century. The second dimension is the pesantren's political ijtihad which is dynamic and progressive, but still refers to the kitab kuning. With a philosophical and historical approach, this study shows that the driving axis of the dialectic between the static kitab kuning and the dynamic and progressive pesantren’s political ijtihad is the epistemic system (‘aql) which binds the cognitive awareness of pesantren and is passed down from generation to generation from the early days to the present. Its manifestation is cognitive flexibility in the form of an eclectic trend in choosing literature and scholars’ opinions and the manhajī method of thinking behind the qaulī method used. With this cognitive flexibility, pesantren interpret the kitab kuning based on the the nation-state context and produce various dynamic and progressive products of political ijtihad.
