Abstract

This study aims to analyze the mudharabah and musyarakah financing on the income of BNI Syariah Bank by using the data sample in 2020 as a reference in making conclusions regarding the income obtained by BNI Syariah Bank. This analysis uses a quantitative descriptive analysis method on transparency data presented by BNI Syariah Bank. The results of this study indicate that the mudharabah and musyarakah financing at BNI Syariah Bank are in good category and have a significant effect on the income of BNI Syariah Bank.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of brand image and advertisements on the decision to purchase Sasa chili sauce in the students of the Faculty of Economics, University of Singaperbangsa, Karawang. This type of research is descriptive verification with quantitative methods. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. The number of samples in this study amounted to 100 respondents. The data analysis technique used is Path Analysis.The results of hypothesis testing are known to Sig. F≤α (0.000≤ 0.1) shows that there is a simultaneous significant effect of Brand Image and Advertising variables on Purchasing Decisions. Besides that, it can also be known sig. t≤α (0.000≤ 0.1) indicates that there is a partially significant effect of Brand Image and Advertising variables on Employee Performance. The R square value is 0.738 or 73.8%. This means that the Brand Image and Advertising variables contribute to the variable Purchasing Decision by 73.8%, while the remaining 26.2% of the Purchasing Decision variable will be influenced by other variables which are not discussed in this study. Abstract

Diera zaman sekarang dimana semua sudah modern, canggih dan serba cepat dengan apapun mudah dicari apa yang kita inginkan melalui teknologi smartphone. Saat ini smarthphone sudah menjadi kebutuhan sehari hari dimana hampir semua kalangan mulai dari anak-anak sampai orang dewasa sudah menggunakannya untuk mereka berkomunikasi. Brand (Merek) merupakan salah satu aset tidak berwujud dan merupakan aset paling penting bagi perusahaan karena merupakan dasar keuntungan yang kompetitif dan sumber pendapatan yang akan datang. Smartphone bukan hanya sebagai kebutuhan primer saja namun ada beberapa kalangan menjadikan pemakaian smartphone sebagai Gaya hidup (Lifestyle). Tujuan penelitian ini Untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh Brand Image dan Life Style secara simultan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Smartphone Xiaomi pada wilayah Kab Karawang, Untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh Brand Image dan Life Style secara Parsial terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Smartphone Xiaomi pada wilayah Kab Karawang. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode Kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dan verifikatif. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 400 sampel dengan menggunakan teknik sampling non probability sampel dengan porposive sampling. Teknik Analisa data Yang digunakan yaitu teknik analisa Jalur (Path Analysis). Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan anatara variabel Brand Image dan Life Style terhadap Keputusan Pembelian, terdapat pengaruh parsial yang positif dan signifikan variabel Brand Image Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian,terdapat pengaruh parsial yang positif dan signifikan variabel Life Style Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian.

Abstract

In modern times, the delivery service sector has experienced a very fast increase compared to the previous period. The world is entering a digital era called the Industrial Revolution 4.0 era, which is an era that emphasizes the digital economy. "Everything is digital" is the right word for this decade. The increase in the frequency of delivery of goods can also be based on the increase in online purchases in today's modern era. J&T Express is a company engaged in the delivery of goods in Indonesia. J&T Express, which has been established for the last 5 years, serves delivery to all inland cities and outside the city and abroad. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the correlation, partial effect and simultaneous influence between erectile image and service quality on J&T Express consumer satisfaction in Purwasari. The research method used is quantitative with descriptive and verification approaches with a sample of 287 samples and using techniques Sampling Non Probability Sampling. The analysis used is path analysis. The results of this study are that there is a correlation between the variables of brand image and service quality 0.756 which has a strong positive and significant correlation. There is a partial influence between Brand Image on consumer satisfaction, Service Quality on consumer satisfaction. There is a simultaneous positive and significant influence between brand image, service quality and consumer satisfaction. Keywords: Brand Image_, Service Quality_, Consumer Satisfaction.

Abstract

Islamic accounting has become an alternative that can be used as a substitute for conventional accounting, which is generally used by Islamic institutions, such as BAZNAS. The purpose of this study was to determine whether BAZNAS Purwakarta Regency has implemented the provisions contained in PSAK No. 109 regarding Accounting for Zakat, Infaq/Alms well. The research methodology used in this research is descriptive – qualitative method. The data in this research are secondary where the data is obtained through journals or scientific articles and books related to this research. The results of the study indicate that in general, the National Amil Zakat Agency of Purwakarta Regency has properly implemented PSAK No. 109 concerning Accounting for Zakat, Infaq/Alms, both in recognition, measurement, presentation and disclosure.

Abstract

This study aims to determine which method of calculating the cost of production is the most appropriate to be applied in the company. This study uses a case study method that focuses on the analysis of cost calculations in determining the cost of production for 1 kg of rice. This research was conducted using two approaches to determining the cost of production, namely 1.) The full costing method is a method that treats all production costs as product costs regardless of whether the costs are variable or fixed. 2.) the variable costing method, namely the method of determining the cost of production that only includes or charges variable production costs as an element of the cost of production, while fixed production costs are considered as period costs which are directly charged to the income statement. The results of the analysis show that the evaluation of the calculation of the cost of production in the company is not the same as the cost of production which is calculated using the full costing and variable costing methods. Where the cost of production according to the company's estimate is Rp.7,667-, per kg, while the cost of production according to the full costing method is Rp.8,410-, per kg and the cost of production using the variable costing method is Rp.8,294-, per kg. The difference in the cost of production estimated by the company with the other two methods occurs because the cost calculations carried out by the company are not accurate because they do not calculate factory overhead costs as a whole such as depreciation of buildings and other equipment.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Facilities and Service Quality on Tourist Satisfaction (Case Study on Tanjung Pakis Beach Tourism). The research method used is descriptive verification with a quantitative approach, with the data sources used are primary data and secondary data. The research sample was 400 visitors who were traveling on Tanjung Pakis Beach, using the slovin method. The analysis used is multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing using t test and F test with the help of SPSS version 25. The results show that facilities based on respondents' perceptions have an achievement score of 8,922 or 64.9% of the ideal score, Service Quality has an achievement score 9,076 or 62.5% of the ideal score, and Tourist Satisfaction has an achievement score of 9,204 or 65.5% of the ideal score. The results of the correlation hypothesis test between Facilities and Service Quality have a strong and unidirectional relationship level, Facilities partially have a positive and significant influence on Tourist Satisfaction, Service Quality has a positive and significant influence on Tourist Satisfaction and the results of the hypothesis that Facilities and Service Quality simultaneously have a positive influence and significant to Tourist Satisfaction. The results of the r2 test for Facilities and Service Quality on Tourist Satisfaction obtained an R² value of 0.711 or 71.1%, meaning that Tourist Satisfaction is influenced by the two independent variables of 71.1%, while 28.9% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji sekaligus mengkaji pengaruh dari variabel Kompetensi, motivasi dan Pelatihan kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Bank Syariah Mandiri Cabang Makasar. Studi ini dilakukan di Kantor Bank Syariah Mandiri yang berdomisili dan aktif di Kota Makassar. Studi ini melibatkan 75 pegawai pada Bank Syariah Mandiri Cabang Makassar. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner. Selanjutnya data dianalisis menggunakan alat statistik SPSS dengan menggunakan metode analisis regresi berganda. Data diuji melalui beberapa tahap pengujian seperti uji validitas, reliabilitas, uji normalitas, heterokedastisitas. Selanjutnya utuk membuktikan hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini akan dilihat melalui uji koefisien determinasi, uji parsial (uji-t) dan uji simultan (uji-f). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Kompetensi, Motivasi dan Pelatihan Kerja memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Semakin baik kompetensi, Motivasi dan Pelatihan kerja yang diberikan kepada pegawai semakin menningkatkan kinerja pegawai. Pelatihan Kerja merupakan variabel yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan kerja sangat dibutuhkan secara bertahap pada perusahan demi menigkatkan kinerja pegawai. Keywords: Kompetensi, Motivasi, Pelatihan

Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh CAR, NPF, BOPO, dan FDR secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap Profitabilitas (ROA) yang terdaftar di Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) Periode 2016 – 2021.Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dan verifikatif. Data diuji menggunakan software SPSS Windows versi 25.0 dengan menggunakan tes analisis regresi linear berganda, uji asumsi klasik, uji koefisien determinasi, dan pengujian hipotesis. Sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Dengan total jumlah sampel adalah 36 Laporan Keuangan Bank Umum Syariah.Berdasarkan pengujian yang dilakukan menggunakan Uji Parsial (Uji t) antara variabel CAR dengan variabel Profitabilitas (ROA) menunjukkan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,001 < 0,05 dan thitung (3,853) > ttabel (2,039) dapat disimpulkan bahwa CAR secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Profitabilitas (ROA). Variabel NPF dengan variabel Profitabilitas (ROA) menunjukkan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,890 > 0,05 dan thitung (0,140) < ttabel (2,039) dapat disimpulkan bahwa NPF secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Profitabilitas (ROA). Variabel BOPO dengan variabel Profitabilitas (ROA) menunjukkan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 dan thitung (0,833) < ttabel (2,039) dapat disimpulkan bahwa BOPO secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Profitabilitas (ROA). Variabel FDR dengan variabel Profitabilitas (ROA) menunjukkan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,411 > 0,05 dan thitung (-4,654) < ttabel (2,039) dapat disimpulkan bahwa FDR secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Profitabilitas (ROA). Secara simultan variabel CAR, NPF, FDR, dan BOPO berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Profitabilitas (ROA). Perolehan nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,802 artinya 80,2% Profitabilitas (ROA) dipengaruhi oleh ketiga variabel CAR, NPF, FDR, dan BOPO. Sedangkan 19,8% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar penelitian ini.

Abstract

This study aims to examine as well as examine this study aims to determine the effect of the variable inflation and interest rates on stock prices. The research hypothesis uses a theory/concept basis, supported by previous studies that have the same variables. The type of data used is secondary data. The number of samples in this study were 4 commercial banks owned by State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN). This study uses primary data collected using a questionnaire. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using the SPSS statistical tool using the multiple regression analysis method. The data were tested through several stages of testing such as normality, heteroscedasticity and multicollinearity tests. Furthermore, to prove the hypothesis proposed in this study, it will be seen through the coefficient of determination test, partial test (t-test). The results of this study indicate that inflation has a positive and insignificant effect on stock prices of state-owned banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This shows that inflation cannot be used as a benchmark for investors to invest in the stock market. Interest rates have a negative and insignificant effect on stock prices of state-owned banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This shows that the interest rate cannot be used as a benchmark for investors to invest in the stock market. Keywords: Inflation, Interest Rate, Stock Price
