Abstract

The purpose of the study to determine the effect of land rents and capital on incomes and wages in Indonesian households. Then determine whether the use of the dimensions of wages, as well as the dimensions of income in measuring the influence of capital and land rent-toincome households in Indonesia. This study uses the FD method (First Difference). The data used is panel data sourced from IFLS (Indonesian Family Life Survey) which IFLS-3 in the year 2000, and IFLS-4 in the year 2007. Research results show that an increase in the rent of agricultural land causes decreased significantly to income or household wage in Indonesia. The increase in capital causes a significant slowdown in total household income and wages Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of brand image and advertisements on the decision to purchase Sasa chili sauce in the students of the Faculty of Economics, University of Singaperbangsa, Karawang. This type of research is descriptive verification with quantitative methods. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. The number of samples in this study amounted to 100 respondents. The data analysis technique used is Path Analysis.The results of hypothesis testing are known to Sig. F≤α (0.000≤ 0.1) shows that there is a simultaneous significant effect of Brand Image and Advertising variables on Purchasing Decisions. Besides that, it can also be known sig. t≤α (0.000≤ 0.1) indicates that there is a partially significant effect of Brand Image and Advertising variables on Employee Performance. The R square value is 0.738 or 73.8%. This means that the Brand Image and Advertising variables contribute to the variable Purchasing Decision by 73.8%, while the remaining 26.2% of the Purchasing Decision variable will be influenced by other variables which are not discussed in this study. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagimana pengaruh indikator ekonomi, kinerja keuangan, dan harga saham terhadap returnsaham. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Metode analisisyang digunakan adalah model regresi linear berganda.Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar pada IDX30 di BEI yakni sebanyak 18 perusahaan tahun 2015-2019.Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 8 perusahaan dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling.Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi dokumentasi, yaitu dengan mengumpulkan data sekunder yang dibutuhkan berupa data inflasi, nilai tukar return saham, dan data-data rasio keuangan yang ada didalam laporan keuangan yang diperoleh dari website terkait. Hasil analisis menggunakan software SPSS versi 26 dengan hasil inflasi secara parsial tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap return saham, sedangkan nilai tukar, ROA, EPS, Dividend Yield secara parsial berpengaruh secara negatif dan signifikan terhadap returnsaham dan harga saham secara positif dan signifikan terhadap return saham. Uji F dinyatakan bahwa variabel indikator makroekonomi, kinerja keuangan dan harga saham secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap return saham pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar pada IDX30 di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode tahun 2015-2019.Implikasi penelitian ini diharapakan sebagai bahan evaluasi bagi perusahaan agar meningkatkan kinerja serta menarik investor. Kata kunci: Inflasi, Nilai Tukar, ROA, Harga Saham, Return Saham

Abstract

This research analyse influence of education, job experience, level of parent education and amount of sibling to wages and family income at Indonesian family. Hereafter this research analyse how total family income to measure education and experience role give same explanation than utilizes wage measure. This research will utilize model Mincer Wage Regression on Indonesian family. Analisis's method utilizes IV (Instrumental Variable).  The data will be used is panel data from IFLS (Indonesian Family Life Survey)  which is IFLS 3 years 2000 and IFLS 4 years 2007. Result observation was point out that amount of sibling not significant influence to average education of employment at family, meanwhile parent education is influence signifikan to average education of employment at family. Hereafter average education and experience of employment is significant influence to income and wage at Indonesian family. Then wages measure point out stronger influence than by use of measure total income to measure how education and experience influence to family income at Indonesian.

Abstract

Penelitian memiliki tujuan untuk melihat pengaruh beauty influencer dan media internet terhadap keputusan pembelian kepada produk emina. Dalam riset ini menggunakan dua variable independen yaitu beauty influencer dan media internet dan variabel dependen yaitu keputusan pembelian. Dari hasil tinjauan pustakan dan pengembangan dan perangkaian hipotesis, kemudian sebagai sampel penelitian ini melalui pengedaran kuisioner/survey terhadap 102 orang telah menggunakan produk emina dengan menggunakan IBM SPSS V.22. Metode analisis yang dipakai dalam penelitian adalah uji validitas, uji realibilitas, analisis regresi linier berganda, analisis korelasi berganda, uji hipotesis secara simultan dan parsial, juga koefisien determinasi simultan dan parsial. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa secara simultan Beauty Influencer sebagai Influencer Marketing dan Media Internet terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Kosmetik Produk Emina.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing how to calculate financial ratios, financial performance developments, and financial performance comparisons between Cosmetics and Household industrial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2014 to 2018. The research method used is descriptive quantitative. Meanwhile, the data source used is secondary, namely financial reports from the IDX and the websites of each company. Of the population of 6 (six) companies listed as the cosmetics and household subsector on the IDX, researchers took four samples for research. The four companies are PT Akasha Wira International Tbk, PT Martina Berto Tbk, PT Mustika Ratu Tbk, PT Mandom Indonesia Tbk. The ratios used to analyze financial performance in this study are liquidity ratio, solvability ratio, activity ratio, profitability ratio. To measure performance comparisons between companies, the Mean, Median, Mode, and Maximum calculation techniques are used using SPSS version 24 software. The results reveal that 3 (five) out of 4 (six) cosmetics and household subsector companies listed on the IDX have good performance. worst in terms of liquidity, solvency, activity and profitability. The three companies are PT Akasha Wira International Tbk, PT Martina Berto Tbk, PT Mustika Ratu Tbk. Meanwhile, PT Mandom Indonesia Tbk was identified as having the best performance. Keywords: Financial reports; financial ratio; financial perfomance

Abstract

Kebangkrutan merupakan hal yang tidak diinginkan oleh pengusaha manapun dan umumnya terjadi ketika perusahaan menghadapi kesulitan keuangan (financial distress). Penelitian ini dilakukan guna mengetahui, menganalisis serta menjelaskan faktor internal maupun eksternal yang mengakibatkan financial distress pada sektor transportasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan rasio keuangan (CR, DER, TATO, dan ROA), kepemilikan saham (manajerial dan institusional), dan indikator makroekonomi (inflasi dan kurs) untuk memprediksi financial distress. Altman Z-Score dimanfaatkan sebagai parameter financial distress. Metode pada penelitian ini ialah deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Periode penelitian selama 2015-2019 dengan penentuan sampel menggunakan pusposive sampling. Pengolahan data memanfaatkan aplikasi SPSS 25 dengan analisis regresi berganda. Penelitian ini menghasilkan DER, TATO, kepemilikan manajerial, dan kepemilikan institusional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap financial distress. Sedangkan faktor CR, ROA, inflasi, dan kurs tidak signifikan mempengaruhi financial distress. Serta secara simultan segala faktor tersebut signifikan mempengaruhi financial distress, dibuktikan sebesar 61,2% faktor dalam penelitian mempengaruhi financial distress.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to determine the influence and trustworthiness of purchasing decisions on the Lazada marketplace. The method used in this research is to use verification with a quantitative approach. The sample used in this study was 400 of the total Lazada Indonesia e-commerce visitors. The sampling technique used is non- probability sampling with incidental sampling method. Analysis of the data used is using path analysis with partial and simultaneous hypotheses. The results of this study are that there is a partial influence between Sales Promotion (X1) on Purchase Decisions (Y). there is a partial influence between Trust (X2) on the Purchase Decision (Y) of the Lazada marketplace . There is a simultaneous influence between sales promotion (X1) and trust (X2) on purchasing decisions (Y) Lazada marketplace.
