Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Efektivitas Penerapan Antrian Online dalam upaya Mewujudkan Program Go Digital di Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Manado. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif. Dalam penerapan suatu program kebijakan dalam hal ini dibidang pelayanan publik, dengan produk kebijkaan yaitu antrian online, perlu memperhatikan beberapa hal seperti tujuan yang akan dicapai, dampak serta sasaran dari pembuatan kebijakan tersebut. Dengan beberapa kendala yang muncul akibat prosedur yang tidak begitu jelas, membuat masyarakat tidak dapat menggunakan program ini dengan optimal. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang didapat melalui pengumpulan data secara observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi, efektivitas penerapan antrian online dinilai menggunakan 5 indikator yakni pemahaman program, tepat sasaran. Tepat waktu, tercapainya tujuan, dan perubahan nyata. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa antrian online yang diterapkan oleh Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Manado masih belum efektif karena masih banyak kendala-kendala seperti pemberian sosialisasi yang tidak menyeluruh, prosedur yang berbelit, pelayanan belum tepat waktu, jaringan server yang terlampau lambat dan perubahan yang dirasakan masyarakat belum signifikan sehingga tujuan yang ingin dicapai oleh Pemerintah Dukcapil belum sepenuhnya optimal. Abstract

ABSRACT This study aims to determine the effect of the quality of human resources and work discipline on the performance of freelance workers at the Bureau of Procurement of Goods and Services of the Regional Secretariat of North Sulawesi Province. This research uses a census research type with a quantitative approach. The population and sample in this study were all freelance daily workers, totaling 42 people. The collection of research data comes from questionnaires, observation and literature studies with data analysis techniques is multiple regression analysis. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the quality of human resources and work discipline have an influence on the performance of freelance workers. The percentage of the independent variable to the dependent variable has a coefficient of determination of 0.644. These results show that the ups and downs of the performance of freelance workers at the Bureau of Procurement of Goods and Services for the Regional Secretariat of North Sulawesi Province are influenced by the quality of human resources and work discipline of 64.4%, while the remaining 35.6% influenced by other factors not examined in this study. Abstract

ABSRACT This study aims to determine the public economic development of the Muara Indah beach tourist attraction in Ogotion Village, Mepanga District, Parigi Moutong Regency. This study uses a qualitative method. Based on the results of research conducted at the location of the Muara Indah beach tourist object that there is so much potential that can be developed and can attract tourists, but the government has not fully allocated funds for the development of the object so that the public economic conditions of the people in the coastal tourism object area are quite apprehensive. Therefore, the community hopes that the Parigi Moutong Regency Government can maximize the development of existing infrastructure so that the allocation, distribution and stabilization of the economy in the area can develop properly. This study uses data analysis techniques, data reduction, data presentation (display) and the conclusion stage (verification). Keywords: Development, Public Economy, Tourist Attractions

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this research is to determine the factors that influence people's compliance with the new normal policy in the West Tomohon sub-district. The Indonesian government's new normal policy allows economic and social activities involving health issues. Data collection methods used on 12 informants included interviews and observations. According to the study's findings, knowledge, motivation, and family support are factors influencing public compliance with the new normal policy. The knowledge factor is critical to increasing compliance with the new normal policy. Knowing people, the consequences of breaking the new normal policy will be less severe. Furthermore, motivational factors are known to play an important role because they are the forces that encourage individuals to act and comply with the new normal policies. Family support factors, on the other hand, can provide motivation, confidence, and a good example for other family members to follow the recommended health protocols in the new normal policy.   Keywords: Public Policy, New Normal, Compliance

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of e-government implementation on employee performance at the Secretariat of the Regional People's Representative Council of North Sulawesi Province. The survey method is used to take samples from the population and collect data quantitatively. The data was processed by distributing questionnaires to employees of the Secretariat of the Regional People's Representative Council of North Sulawesi Province with a total population of 74 and a sample of 74 respondents. A basic linear regression analysis approach was applied in this investigation. The results of the study show that there is a positive influence between e-government and employee performance, so that the better the implementation of e-government, the better the employee performance. Abstract

ABSRACK This study aims to find out how blante market management in improving the community's economy in Tompaso District, Minahasa Regency. This research uses a qualitative descriptive research type. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the management of the blante market is not going well, the organization of the blante market is not clear in the Tompaso sub-district government program, there are no fees in the blante market because it does not run efficiently. important role for society. This is seen in terms of planning, organizing, actuating and controlling. Keywords: Blunt Market, Community, Barter.

Abstract

This study aims to find out about the success rate of implementing the Covid-19 health protocol and vaccination program for the people in Tonom village. The type of research used in this study is a qualitative research method. The data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interviews, and documentation. There are three indicators used in this study, namely: process, benefits, and impact. The results obtained from this study indicate that the implementation of the health and vaccination protocol program in Tonom village has answered the community's needs regarding the handling and prevention of the Corona Virus (Covid-19), besides that the implementation of these programs has also had an impact on economic recovery, and improved quality of life society that used to get worse due to the pandemic. However, the challenge in this research is the process of distributing vaccines that has not run optimally, this is caused by some people who still ignore recommendations from the government to vaccinate. Abstract

One of the high and low compliance of taxpayers is influenced by the quality of service. The better the quality of service, the higher the level of taxpayer compliance. The purpose of this study was to find out how much influence the quality of public services has on the compliance of land and building taxpayers. The research method used is a quantitative research method. The sample in this research is the people in Remboken District who are registered as Land and Building Taxpayers with 100 respondents. The results obtained, namely the Quality of Public Services has a positive effect on Land and Building Taxpayer Compliance as indicated by the regression equation Y = 36.417 + 0.804X and hypothesis testing with the t-test which shows the value of t count = 3.023 more than the value of t table = 1.984 with Sig level 0.016 <0.05 so that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. The magnitude of the influence is indicated by the coefficient of determination of 0.616, which means that the influence of the Quality of Public Services on Compliance with Land and Building Taxpayers is 61.6%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi PD Pasar dalam merevitalisasi pasar Bersehati Kota Manado. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode SWOT dengan cara menggambil data angket sebagai instrumen pengumpulan data. Desain dari metode survey ini adalah mixed method. Data yang diolah adalah hasil dari penyebaran angket kepada 4 Pimpinan PD Pasar Manado dan 4 staf yang meliputi Dirut, Denwas, Koordi Pasar dan kabum sebanyak 8 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis SWOT dan Uji Litmus. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukan adanya pengaruh terhadap revitalisi pasar bersehati, hal ini berarti semakin baik penerapan strategi pasar, maka akan semakin baik juga hasil yang akan didapatkan. This study aims to analyze the strategy of PD Pasar in revitalizing the Bersehati market in Manado City. This study uses the SWOT method by taking questionnaire data as a data collection instrument. The design of this survey method is a mixed method. The processed data is the result of distributing questionnaires to 4 PD Pasar Manado leaders and 4 staff including the Managing Director, Denwas, Market Coordinator and Kabum as many as 8 respondents. This research uses SWOT analysis and Litmus Test. The results obtained show that there is an influence on the revitalization of the one-sided market, this means that the better the implementation of the market strategy, the better the results will be obtained.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana kualitas pelayanan publik Pemerintah Desa Bowombaru Utara Kecamatan Melonguane Timur Kabupaten Kepulauan Talaud?. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk dapat mengetahui kualitas pelayanan publik Pemerintah Desa Bowombaru Utara Kecamatan Melonguane Timur. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah Pemerintah Desa, Tokoh masyarakat desa, dan 2 orang masyarakat desa. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan pengambilan dokumentasi. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukan kualitas pelayanan publik Pemerintah Desa Bowombaru Utara dengan menggunakan 5 indikator yaitu: (1) Dimensi Tangibels (Berwujud) Pemerintah Desa belum melaksanakan secara baik mengenai kenyamanan tempat, kedisiplinan pegawai, kemudahan pelayanan, penggunaan alat bantu serta kemudahan akses. (2) Dimensi Reliability (Kehandalan) Pemerintah Desa masih kurang mengenai standar pelayanan yang jelas dan kemampuan pegawai. (3) Dimensi Responsiveness (Respon) Pemerintah Desa belum bisa memberikan kepuasan dalam segi respon yang cepat terhadap masyarakat. (4) Dimensi Assurance (Jaminan) Pemerintah Desa belum bisa memberikan kepastian ketepatan waktu. (5) Dimensi Empathy (Empati) Pemerintah Desa sudah melayani masyarakat dengan attitude yang baik akan tetapi masih terdapat pegawai yang melakukan diskriminasi kepada masyarakat. Kata Kunci : Kualitas, Pelayanan Publik, Pemerintah Desa.
