Abstract

Social media has become a technology massively used by Internet users. The initial purpose of use that is only for personal needs has evolved toward business. This is especially true of marketing channels in a business. This study aims to know how the use of social media can affect customer retention in social media, especially in Facebook Hydro Coco. It is expected that this study can provide recommendations to social media Facebook Hydro Coco to improve the performance of customer retention relationships. This research uses purposive sampling technique. Data collection was obtained from 184 users of social media users Facebook Fanpage Hydro Coco by providing questionnaires to research subjects focused on adolescents with an age range of 18-24 years. Data analysis technique used in this research is using SEM technique (Structural Equation Modeling) in this case is PLS-SEM. The results of this study showed that there are two factors that affects the social media Hydro Coco Behavioral Intention and Customer Satisfaction. This proves that customers feel satisfaction and have the intention to use the product while using social media Facebook Fanpage Hydro Coco.

Abstract

This reserearch is motivated by the lack of Quran memorization caused by several factors, including the limited educational facilities and teachers to help memorize the Quran. The recording method of Quran in the House of Quran Daarut Tarbiyah is still using conventional recording that causes the data santri and rote data is not centralized and well documented. For that, through this research has been done design and development of mobile application prototype for the institution of Android-based Quran memorizers. The application development method used is Rapid Application Development (RAD), which corresponds to a short development time and as needed. RAD method consists of four stages namely the stage of planning needs, design, construction and implementation. This research produces a prototype of mobile application for an Android-based Quran memorizing institution that is aimed at making the Quran House Tarbiyah LIPIA Pasar Minggu can be simplified in daily recitation or evaluation of institutions, teachers, and students.

Abstract

Backdoor or commonly also known as the web shell is one malware (malicious code) used by hackers to attack the system that has been entered, Backdoor that has been inserted will give free access to the attacker to do things that should not be done except by web admin. Nowadays Backdoor is not just in the form of a script file, to trick Backdoor admin can also be inserted into other files like image file, lack of validation facility provided by programming language often used by hacker to upload images that have been inserted Backdoor. In this thesis will be designed tool that can recognize a Backdoor in the form of PHP source code, and in the form of image. From the results of research that has been done found that there are two types of Backdoor in the form of Source Code PHP that is in the form of content that is not encrypted and encrypted, Backdoor files are not encrypted penditeksianya using three types of selection in accordance with the three functions: manipulate the database, manipulate the directory / file, can read the identity of the running system, encrypted Backdoor file pengenkripsianya using base64, And Backdoor files in the form of detection image is done using carving method. Carving methods performed on the image file must be converted into hexadecimal form, since the results obtained from the reading of the byte file magic are not all ASCII shaped.

Abstract

Apotek Karunia is one of the companies engaged in the field of medicines whose business processes are still using a manual way that consists of the process of ordering goods, the process of making notes and invoices, the process of sending back and the process of selling drugs to the customer. Such a system still takes a long time to perform data processing so that the time required is not efficient. Therefore, to overcome these obstacles required a sales information system. This study aims to build a sales information system on a pharmacy gift using prototype development method. System analysis using flowchart, system design using unified modeling language (UML) modeling, system development or coding using Dot Net programming language and database using SQL Server, and system testing using black box testing. The result of the research is a sales information system used to process drug data, drug sales, and customer data collection.

Abstract

The aim of this research paper is to evaluate the effect of knowledge management on the adoption of the e-business in driver online service transportation. Research methodology use quantitative approach with associative paradigm. Questionnaires were distributed to 200 driver Grab, Gojek, and Uber in Jakarta. Response rate of 89 percent. Data were analyzed by employing structural equation modeling with partial least square. The results showed that knowledge management processes such as knowledge acquisition, knowledge dissemination and knowledge application are significant in affecting provider of driver online service transportation decision to adopt e-business in their business.

Abstract

Tunjung Teja currently does not have information system to manage and documentation for population data and potential data. By the aim of assisting the Tunjung teja in building information system to manage and documentation the demographic data and potential of the village then made a prototype information system of population data and potential village-based website. The method used in make the prototype of village information system is using Scrum method and designed using Unified Modelling Language (UML) modeling language. In this research, the prototype of village-based information system containing village profile, village potency, family card data and poverty data of Tunjung Teja are expected to assist the village in managing data and providing information about Tunjung Teja.

Abstract

This study aims to understand and identify the process of new knowledge creation in Information Systems Program at STIMIK ESQ. Identification is conducted by approach of Siemens Maturity Level through observation and interview to 21 informants at STIMIK ESQ. The result of this research is the model of new knowledge creation at program study of Information Systems which is explained in Siemens Maturity Level at repeated level. Although creation of new knowledge is inhibited, but there is knowledge creation in the subject of technopreneurship, which is occurred through experience learning and exploring.
