Abstract

Assessment literature to prevent accidents Landing Runway at airport in Indonesia is important because the high level of accidents runway in Indonesia. Presentation accident on the runway is also increasing every year. This study attempted to parse the things that can happen as one of the factors that influence the occurrence of the accident off pacudi Indonesia.Pengkajian literature untukmencegah Kecelakaan Landas Pacu di Bandar Udara di Indonesia penting dilakukan karena masih tingginya tingkat kecelakaan landas pacu di Indonesia. Presentasi kecelakaan di landas pacu juga semakin meningkat setiap tahunnya. Kajian ini mencoba mengurai hal-hal yang dapat terjadi sebagai salah satu factor yang turut mempengaruhi terjadinya kecelakaan landas pacudi Indonesia.

Abstract

Teknlologi ADSB is a new technology in the observation plane which is a combination of global positioning system (GPS), so that the aircraft can be traced to the position, velocity, wind direction, and altitude. This tool can be installed in the aircraft or ground stations and more superior than the radar.ADS-B is indeed a revolutionary look, start with only the antenna and the tool less than for a small refrigerator can detect aircraft and air traffic displays.Automatic Dependent Surveillance- Broadcast (ADS-B) is a detection technology where each plane passing owned transponder emits every two times per second information altitude, position, speed, direction, and other information to ground stations and other aircraft. This information is obtained from the information the Global Positioning System (GPS) or backup Flight Management System (FMS) in each plane. Teknlologi ADSB adalah teknologi baru dalam pengamatan pesawat terbang yang merupakan kombinasi global positioning system (GPS), sehingga pesawat bisa terlacak posisi, kecepatan, arah angin, dan ketinggian. Alat ini bisa dipasang di pesawat atau stasiun darat dan lebih unggul dari radar. ADS-B ini memang terlihat revolusioner, dengan hanya berbekal antenna dan alat kurang dari sebesar lemari es kecil dapat mendeteksi pesawat terbang dan menampilkan lalu lintas udara.Automatic Dependent Surveillance- Broadcast (ADS-B) adalah teknologi pendeteksi dimana setiap pesawat lewat transponder yang dimiliki memancarkan setiap dua kali dalam tiap detik informasi ketinggian, posisi, kecepatan, arah, dan informasi lainnya ke stasiun darat dan pesawat lainnya. Informasi ini didapat dari informasi Global Positioning System (GPS) atau backup Flight Management System (FMS) yang ada di pesawat masing-masing.

Abstract

Purpose of the implementation of this work is to make a study of the readiness and the role of the regulator, Transport Company Flight Indonesia and PT Pertamina in order Estimated Needs Filling Fuel Depots and Development Aircraft (DPPU) to Increase Efficiency of Aircraft Operation. The aim of this work is to provide policy advice on estimates and Development Needs Filling Fuel Depots Aircraft (DPPU) to Increase Efficiency of Aircraft Operation Maksud pelaksanaan pekerjaan ini adalah membuat kajian tentang kesiapan dan peran Regulator, Perusahaan Angkutan Penerbangan Indonesia serta PT Pertamina dalam rangka Perkiraan Kebutuhan dan Pembangunan Depo Pengisian BBM Pesawat Udara (DPPU) Untuk Meningkatkan Efisiensi Pengoperasian Pesawat Udara.Tujuan pelaksanaan pekerjaan ini adalah untuk memberikan masukan kebijakan tentang Perkiraan Kebutuhan Dan Pembangunan Depo Pengisian BBM Pesawat Udara (DPPU) Untuk Meningkatkan Efisiensi Pengoperasian Pesawat Udara.

Abstract

In accordance with the Rules of DGCA number: 83 2005, about the testing procedures on the ground (ground inspection) equipment electronics and electrical facilities, the cost of all existing facilities at the airport including ILS localizer testing should be carried out on land with parameters determined in order to maintain the operational performance of equipment in accordance with the standards and operational requirements that have been set. And in accordance with ICAO Annex 10 Document 8071, then to determine the performance of the localizer equipment mandatory calibration flight. This calibration flight periodically for localizer equipment provisions must be implemented four months in which the airport in cooperation with the Ministry of Transportation calibration.Sesuai dengan Peraturan dari Direktorat Jenderal Perhubungan Udara nomor : 83 tahun 2005, tentang prosedur pengujian di darat ( ground inspection ) peralatan fasilitas elektronika dan listrik penerbangan maka semua fasilitas yang ada di Bandara termasuk ILS, Localizer harus dilaksanakan pengujian di darat dengan parameter yang telah ditentukan guna mempertahankan kinerja operasional peralatan sesuai dengan standard dan persyaratan operasional yang telah ditetapkan. Dan sesuai dengan annex 10 Document 8071 ICAO, maka untuk mengetahui kinerja dari peralatan localizer maka wajib dilakukan penerbangan kalibrasi. Penerbangan kalibrasi ini berkala untuk peralatan localizer ketentuannya harus dilaksanakan 4 bulan sekali dimana pihak Bandar udara bekerja sama dengan Balai kalibrasi Kementerian Perhubungan.

Abstract

Assessment of the implementation and development of the processing capacity of solid waste and liquid waste in an airport provides an overview of wastewater treatment systems generated from airport operations. This study takes a case study at Sultan Taha Jambi as airports are managed by PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero) that each year the relative increase in the number of aircraft movements, passenger, baggage and cargo transport. This study uses qualitative descriptive method and forecasting. The results of the analysis in the form of recommendations and the action carried out by the organizers of the airport is the expansion of the TPS (Disposal meantime), completing the construction of the WWTP (Waste Water Treatment Plant), and to separate waste into organic and non-organic at polling locations.Pengkajian tentang pelaksanaan dan pengembangan kapasitas pengolahan limbah padat dan limbah cair di bandar udara memberikan gambaran tentang sistem pengolahan limbah yang dihasilkan dari pengoperasian bandar udara.Pengkajian ini mengambil studi kasus di Bandara Sultan Thaha-Jambi sebagai bandar udara yang dikelola PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero) yang setiap tahun relatif mengalami peningkatan dalam jumlah pergerakan pesawat, penumpang, bagasi dan angkutan kargonya.Pengkajian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dan peramalan.Hasil analisis berupa rekomendasi dan program aksi yang dilaksanakan oleh penyelenggara bandar udara yaitu perluasan TPS (Tempat Pembuangan Sementara), menyelesaikan pembangunan IPAL (Instalasi Pengolahan Air Limbah), dan melakukan pemisahan sampah menjadi sampah organik dan non-organik di lokasi TPS.
