Abstract

The massively increasing Internet traffic is not supported by the current Internet architecture which is still based on host-centric communication. Information-centric networking (ICN) paradigm has been proposed to resolve that problem with content-centric communication. Some ICN architectures have been proposed, such as CCN, DONA, and NetInf. Those proposed architectures generally have three main concepts, which are publish-subscribe operation, in-network caching, and content-oriented security. In-network caching plays a very important role in ICN paradigm. It can improve network performance by saving content in caches that are spread in the network. This research aims to compare on-path caching and off-path caching strategies using Biznet topology on Icarus simulator. The result shows that off-path caching has 12.45% higher cache hit ratio than on-path caching, and on-path caching has 63.14% lower link load and 42,07% lower latency than off-path caching. In addition to that, it is worth noted that bigger cache capacity and α value results in higher cache hit ratio, lower link load, and lower latency.

Abstract

Motor vehicles in Indonesia are growing in number each year. The high number of motor vehicles will affect various sectors. Impacts such as traffic congestion, pollution, accidents, and traffic violations. By predicting the number of motor vehicles, predicted data can be used by the government or related parties to create a program to reduce the impact of high number of motor vehicles. Fuzzy time series is one method for prediction. One type of fuzzy time series method is the average-based fuzzy time series. This method is an average-based fuzzy time series method that is able to determine the effective interval length, so as to provide predictive results with a good degree of accuracy. The data used in the study amounted to 45 data. The result of this research test, the average value of error calculated using Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) method is 12.67% error value indicating that this research is included in good category used in motor vehicle prediction in Indonesia because it has accuracy value below 20 %.

Abstract

Internet of Things (IoT) is the machine-to-machine or machine to application communication concept which has the vision that billion of sensors, actuators, and many daily devices could be connected to the internet. Message Queue Telemetry Transport (MQTT) is one of the protocol included in Internet of Things which is useful to save power and reduce the size of packet data messaging. Therefore, it is important to study the ability of modern IoT systems to handle high rates of data updates coming from devices. The upcoming thing in the future is about storage media to handle the IoT data, such as a database system to store the data. A flexible database which could handle the data from the IoT device is required. The writer in this work will evaluated the performance of Not Only SQL (NoSQL) MongoDB Database towards MQTT Protocol. In this work, writer use the parameter for the performance testing is the Load Testing. The process practice for the MQTT Protocol as a sensor data transmission media uses NodeMCU microcontroller with the publish and subscribe method. Load Testing method was choosen as a technique to test the relation between the execution time of MongoDB to store the data of the sensor from MQTT protocol. From this work, claimed that NodeMCU could be configurated with MQTT Protocol, with a 75% accuracy of success for connection within the range from 4 meter to 20 meter. From this work we also got that the execution time for MongoDB to store 50 to 1500 data without the database being configured is less than 0.5 Second, and the execution time for MongoDB to store 50 to 1500 data if the database was already set needs less than 0.2 second to store.

Abstract

Competition among providers of online transportation services in this era is getting tighter. Utilization of social media can be one strategy can be used by the company. PT. Gojek Indonesia is an online transport service provider that actively conducts customer relationship management through social media marketing to gain customer loyalty. There is a positive influence on consumer loyalty when companies do advantages campaigns, relevant content, popular content, frequently updated content, various platforms and applications on social media. This study conducted a test related to the relationship between social media marketing with consumer loyalty using multiple linear regression analysis. Respondents from this research are users of PT. Gojek Indonesia which follow the official account of Instagram PT. Gojek Indonesia. The data were collected using simple random sampling technique. The result of t test proves advantageous campaigns with t count value 4,073 and frequently update content with t value 5,092 has significant influence to consumer loyalty. While the relevant content t value of -2.013 and popular content t value of 0.967 does not significantly affect consumer loyalty. And the result of f test with the value of f count 28,400 proves independent variable influential simultaneously to consumer loyalty.

Abstract

Wireless Sensor Network (WSN) is a set of networks consisting of several collaborating nodes for sensing, processing, and exchanging data with the limitations of each node. Issues related to the challenges and obstacles that exist in the WSN, one of them is security, security issues exist caused by the communication model WSN is wireless. In the present study this involves the TinySec security protocol with authentication encryption mode and based of RC5 and CBC-mode encryption algorithms. The change of performance level has become a concern in this research, and the limitations of WSN media used, that is ATmega328p based microcontroller in this research using arduino nano and communication media NRF24L01 through ISM 2.4GHz frequency radio. This research consists of 3 nodes, namely sending node, gateway, and node. Where in this research is designed and implemented so that sending node can do the acquisition of sensor data using air sensor and data can be encrypted at sending node, then sent to gateway node and data can be decrypted by node gateway. Node attacker to know the security level of the sending process, so do listen to the data sent sending node attacker. From the design and implementation of encryption, decryption, and documentation process can be done well, and the process of node to node attacker only ciphetext data.

Abstract

Smart home is a home that provides comfort, safety and convenience to its inhabitants in the operation of every device in every time. Smart home usually consists of some electronic device such as lamps, fans, air-conditioner, etc. One of the smart home control methods currently developing is voice control. Currently there are some voice control technology that is being developed one of them is the voice control system developed by Amazon.. In this research will be implementing Alexa Voice Service on raspberry pi device so that the device can control the lamp to turn off, turn on, change color, set intensity and do scheduling.Voice commands received on the raspberry will be sent to alexa skills kit via alexa voice service that is installed in raspberry, then voice command that has been received in alexa skills kit will be sent to amazon web service lamba to modeled with JSON format so it can be recognized by system. The formatted data will be published to MQTT Broker. System will subscribe the data as a reference action what will to do. The accuracy of the system's success in translating voice commands to turn off and turn on is 95.8%, to change color is 100%, to set the intensity is 93.3%, to do scheduling is 100%.

Abstract

Augmented Reality (AR) refers to a direct perception of the surrounding environment that has been added to the virtual component of the computer. There is generally no default mechanism for storing sequences in the AR framework, which in this context is Vuforia SDK. Linked List is one of the methods in Algorithm and Data Structure used to organize data structures in a system. The operand and operator sequences are highly considered in arithmetic operations in order to perform arithmetic calculations correctly, especially for non-commutative or non-associative operations. This research was conducted to apply the use of Linked List into AR as a method to store the temporary sequence of marker that successfully read by the device then processed again in sequence as simple arithmetic operation using Unity 3D engine aid. From this research also conducted whitebox testing with value of result of cyclomatic complexity is 9, which states the system meets the needs according to the design with low complexity, and usability testing with average SUS yield value is 55 which means the system is not yet feasible for use on the novice user.

Abstract

Content Centric Networking (CCN) is a proposed architecture for addressing current Internet issues in terms of data distribution. The CCN is content-centric based, where the data search is performed using the name of the content, not the content host. CCN also has a different caching mechanism than caching in general called in-network caching. This study aims to find out how the performance of in-network caching on CCN by design and implementation using CCN-Lite in OMNeT ++ environment. The parameters tested were delivery latency and cache hit ratio (CHR). The result of the simulation is done, the smallest delivery latency is 10.69 ms. This value is obtained from the caching process, when compared with the latency of delivery without caching that is equal to 32.45 ms. It proves that with the caching, the latency gets lower. The highest CHR obtained in the CCNTLV protocol file is 0.54 or 54%, when compared with the CCNB file protocol of 0.45 or 45%. This proves that the higher the value of CHR the better the content is served.

Abstract

In Indonesia, e-commerce is getting more popular since a lot of online stores occurred in the current digital industry. One of the growing e-commerce in Indonesia is E-Commerce XYZ. It offers various products and services such as electronic devices, beauty products, household stuffs, and many more. This research is conducted to learn the leverage factors of consumer's decision on doing a transaction in Elevania. The research used Unified Theory Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) model while added trust and risk factor. The variables of the research are consumer trust, perceived risk, performance expectancy, social influence, effort expectancy, facilitating conditions, and behavioral intention. Analysis technique used multiple linier regression. The research finally found that partially, only consumer trust and social influence factor have significant positive leverage toward behavioral intention. Meanwhile, all factors simultaneously have significant leverage toward behavioral intention

Abstract

In a game of badminton, the coach plays an important role to give the athlete advises, and supervision during the game of badminton. A coach needs to know exactly the characters of their rival. To have a character means to have sense of adamancy, goodness, praiseworthiness, and dependability, and also have moral principles. Characteristics of players is important to know, because when in the current game the player already knows what to give to the athlete so that the athlete can win the game, in the implementation of the player feature can be seen from the action done in the field that has been done with the manual that is with the recording game , then a video recording and then write it a document that takes up to 3 hours 4 hours for one game. So it takes an application to fulfill the needs of the coaches and provide information and characteristics of the players on the field when the game is in progress. This application is made with the expectation that the coach can know the characteristics of the opponent and can provide referrals based on the statistics of the players when in field. This application was built using the iOS. In the calculations process, the characteristic classification using naive bayes which is a classification method that used the concept of opportunity, where it is assumed that each attribute example (data sample) are off to each other based on the class attributes. This method is chosen because it requires only a small amount of training data to estimate the parameters (average and variance of variables) required for classification. In this study, the results of the test using post-test study with the method of System Usability Scale is 86.5 which means entering into the category of certified-density on demand.
