Abstract

Generally, timetabling is done by using conventional tables or spreadsheets. As a result, its affect the quality of timetable and it could drain time and energy if data is considered in thousands. Based on these problems, it requires an intelligent system that not only automates its process but also optimizes the result. PSO is proved effective to solve multidimensional and multiparameter optimization problems compared with other methods. DPSO is used in this study because of combinatorics problems. Various strategies are also used in this method such as clustering particle representation, transposition method for particle movement, time-variant approach, guided random strategies, particle's position repair strategies, and multithreading. The strategy is expected to improve timetabling result. With the various strategies that have been used, this study will use “Hybrid Discrete Particle Swarm Optimization” approach. The test results showed the combination of parameters that resulting the best fitness is: bloc_min=0.6, bloc_max=1, bglob_min=0.6, bglob_max=1, brand_min=0, brand_max=0.002, particle total 2 and iteration total 50,000. The resulting fitness is 248,515.76 with the total execution time is 1 hour 46 minutes 14 seconds and 600 milliseconds.

Abstract

E-commerce or short for electronic commerce is a business transaction that occurs in electronic networks such as internet. E-commerce should pay attention to the quality of service, because the quality of an e-commerce is very influential on the number of customers who access and decide to shop using e-commerce. Bukalapak is one of the fastest growing e-commerce development in Indonesia. In 2015, Bukalapak website ranks first in e-commerce in Indonesia. But in 2017, Bukalapak website has decreased one rating. It shows that the importance of user satisfaction in affecting the service quality so that Bukalapak website ranking increased. This research uses E-S-QUAL with Multiple Linear Regression analysis. The results show that Efficiency, System Availability, Fulfillment, Privacy, and Responsiveness have a significant influence on Bukalapak website user satisfaction. However, the Compensation and Contact variables, have no effect. Efficiency variable becomes the most important factor in influencing the satisfaction of the Bukalapak website users. This proves that ease and quick access to Bukalapak's website provides a high level of satisfaction as it meets the expectations of users.

Abstract

E-commerce is one of the development of technology that is very influential in business field where companies are required to have an innovation in online transaction. The advantages of e-commerce can be experienced by both the sellers and cutomers as the customers get the things that they want easily without spending much time and effort. On the other hand, the sellers can also expand their market share quickly. One of the companies that utilizes the sopistication of the technology in Indonesia is Berrybenka.Berrybenka is a fashion e-commerce in Indonesia that is quite popular nowdays. However, at this time there is not yet known who the effect of service quality that can affect customer satisfaction, trust and loyalty to Berrybenka. This research model built on the quality of service will be five dimensions namely, ease of use, web design, responsive, personalization, assurance that affect satisfaction, trust, customer loyalty based on previous research. The completed data were analyzed by using structural equation modeling (SEM). The results of this study indicate that the five dimensional service quality does not affect satisfaction, satisfaction take affect positive and signification trust, and word-of-mounth, but does not affect intention, trust take affect positive and signification intention-mounth, but does not affect word-of-mounth, and customer loyalty will be two dimensions namely, word-of-mounth take affect and signification intention.

Abstract

The President instruction no. 3 / 2003 about national policy and strategy on the development of information technology services at government (e-Government), pushes local government such as Batu City government to participate in its development by providing services through public relation website. However, there are some deficiency in the website based on user experience. This research discusses user's assessment, particularly local people, on website services by public relation department, Batu City government. The users data is collected by spreading the questioner with e-govqual atributes, while assessment analysis is by importance performance analysis (IPA). The recommendation to repair and /or develop will be given based on Heuristic evaluation. The final result of this research points out that the website service is still not macth the expectation of users. The conformity level analysis shows that the final result is <100% i.e <81.89%, while the gap level analysis (gap) is < 0 (negative) i.e. -0.72. From quadrant analysis, 3 attributes that are main priority of repaired and developed and 6 attributes that become low priority of repaired and developed. The above nine attributes is recommended to be repaired and developed based on Heuristic evaluation.

Abstract

E-commerce is a bussiness transaction on the internet. One of famous e-commerce is Forum Jual Beli Kaskus (Trading Forum) at www.kaskus.co.id. Trustworthiness has always been an important element in influencing consumer behavior and in uncertain environtments, such as e-commerce. With so many fraud cases in e-commerce, there are a lot of hesistance of consumers because they are afraid of high risk to shopping in e-commerce. This research uses modification model of Technology Acceptance Model and data analysis by multiple linear regression. This research analyzes what variables affect the trust of the consumers and the risks of shopping on Kaskus. This research develops a theoretical framework that explains what affects trust and risk to one's intention to purchase on Kaskus. Data samples were collected through questionnaire-based surveys. The results show the familiarity with the website, consumer dispositions to trust, perceived privacy protection, perceived security protection, information quality from websites and positive reputation affect on consumer trust. Familiar with website, information quality and positive reputation does not affect the risk of purchasing in Kaskus. Consumer trust, risk, perceived usefulness and perceived ease of using the website affect a consumers to intention to purchase on Kaskus.

Abstract

E-Commerce is all electronic information media that connects between organizations with external stakeholders (Dave, 2011). Since its inception in 2012, Online Travel Agent XYZ experienced several cases of cyber attacks committed by irresponsible people. An example is the theft of credit card information that befell a travel blogger and a ticket refund process by an unknown party. In this study, researchers conducted a test with multiple linear regression analysis method to determine what factors that affect the users's behavioral intention in transacting on Online Travel Agent XYZ. By using several models namely User Acceptance of Information Technology (UTAUT), User Information Internet Privacy Concern (IUIPC), and addition factor, privacy, security, and trust into this research. Variables that build the model in this study include: performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influences, facilitating condition, control, awareness, privacy, security and trust. Data collection was done by distributing questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the research which are the factors influencing the users's behavioral intention are trust, performance expectancy, and social influence.

Abstract

CV. Baiducha Technology is one of the manufacturing companies engaged in game equipment construction. Along with the development of the company towards a larger and complex, the existing information management system in the company became one of the obstacle fluency the internal production activities. So far, the company does not have an integrated system in processing all business activities, recording and processing of information flows of companies that are prone to error because it is still done manually, and also has not been integrated between the company and the supplier causing the company still make the process of ordering raw materials only through the telephone network. In addition, the absence of an information system that can manage the supply chain process in internal company more effectively and efficiently. This study aims to develop an Electronic Supply Chain Management information system that can assist in improving the company's performance in order to achieve efficiency and effectiveness in its business processes. Software development is done using a waterfall model, where there are several steps that must be done sequentially. On testing software functionality using blackbox method and whitebox method. Based on the results of functionality testing that has been done indicate that this system has met the needs in accordance with the specified specifications, and also the results of compatibility testing shows that the system can run well on various different browsers.

Abstract

E-Commerce is a business transaction activity conducted by utilizing the technology of the Internet network or so-called online transactions. Currently the ticket sales industry or travel agent also utilizes online sales transactions. One of the companies in Indonesia that also take advantage of online business transactions that is Online Ticket Agent XYZ. Online Ticket Agent XYZ is one of the e-commerce sites in the field of ticket sales or the largest travel agency in Indonesia. Although online transactions are increasingly in demand, this type of transaction is not always safe and even vulnerable to fraud. There have been some consumer reports of Online Ticket Agent XYZ who feel harmed while transacting using the site, things like this can affect consumer confidence to make transactions using Online Ticket Agent XYZ site. This study proposes a model based on three previous research journals consisting of 16 variables. The analysis method used in this research is Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this study indicate that consumer confidence (Consumer Trust) and perceived risk of consumer (Perceived Risk) affect the intention of consumers to transact (Intention to Purchase) using Ticket.com site.

Abstract

The development of e-commerce in Indonesia more and more popular among the community. This is driven by the growing number of companies that provide businesses for e-commerce services to consumers (the business of electronic transactions between companies and consumers as buyers). XYZ E-commerce is one of the e-commerce in the field of popular fashion among teenagers. Model Unified Theory Acceptance And Use Of Technology (UTAUT) is a model that shows the factors that can affect the intention to use a particular technology (e-commerce). This research proposes 3 core variables of UTAUT model, that is performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, which will be influenced to intention dependent variable or behavioral intention. The model was obtained from previous research. Data analysis technique is done by using multiple linear regression analysis. The result of this research is only social influence factor that influence to one's intention in using XYZ e-commerce, while the factor of expectancy and effort expectancy do not have significant influence toward behavioral intention.

Abstract

XYZ is a Joint-venture between PT. Telkom Indonesia and eBay. Have a concept as Online-Marketplace. Number of users of e-commerce website PT. XYZ in 2017 in Indonesia for more than 1,000,000 users. This study aims to determine what factors affect the acceptance of e-commerce website PT. XYZ, the variables used are the variables of the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) model and other variables that include trust and perceived security. This research uses parametric method. For data collection methods using an online questionnaire. As for the sampling technique using probability sampling technique is simple random sampling with the minimum number of samples using the formula Hair et. Al. Data obtained from 138 respondents and data to be used in this study for 111. Furthermore, the data have been collected to test the basic assumptions and test the classical assumptions of normality, homogeneity, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity and autocorrelation. Data that passed the assumption of basic and classical tests carried out parametric analysis using multiple linear regression. The results showed that not all variables studied significantly influence the behavioral intention e-commerce website PT. XYZ. The variables that have significant influence are Social Influence and Perceived Security.
