Fingerprint recognition is one of the technological developments that is feasible since childhood. Along with the increasing number of toddlers, an introduction system is needed that is able to uniquely identify toddlers with the biometric patterns they have. Toddler fingerprint patterns have a low contrast between ridges and valleys and have a size (distance between ridges) that is smaller than adult fingerprints making it difficult to design accurate algorithms that are able to extract important features and match them in a strong way. In this study, the process begins with pre-processing and then uses the Zone Based Linear Pattern method to extract features on toddler fingerprints and the Extreme Learning Machine (ELM) classification method to recognize the identity of the fingerprint owner. The test results using a combined binary pattern for the Zone Based Linear Binary Pattern extraction method, the gaussian filtering, opening and adaptive thresholding technique for pre-processing images with dimensions of 200x200 in the image, the z-score method for normalizing data and the number of hidden neurons by 50 with binary sigmoid activation function for ELM classification produces the best accuracy of 72.33%. Based on these results it can be concluded that the Zone Based Linear Binary Pattern and Extreme Learning Machine methods can be used to recognize toddler fingerprints.

Money is a valuable tools that are needed by all of the people for payment. Moreover, when people knowing about the money, the computer have limited ability to read the image of money. Computer is an electronic tool that used to receive and store the data, processing that and produce the output that already saved in the memory. The case of computer or robot that cannot notes the value of money because of the limited access in introducing the data, made the researcher provide a solutions from that problem to support the application of money which called template matching. A matching template is an input image that matches the linkeness of the test image. Based on that template matching method is designed for the data training and introduction of the data. A series of test was used in diagnostic to calculate the accuracy. So the average result will be 91% from all of the calculation of diagnostic test. Therefore, the error will state in front of money.

Fault tolerant is needed because many systems are in conditions such critical systems, prone to damage environment, complex designs, and systems with variety users. The survey results of IT company said 99% of 400 respondents had experienced system failure caused by hardware damage resulting in data loss. To overcome this problem, a fault tolerant system was implemented on the hardware part (hardware redundancy) using N-Modular Redundancy (NMR) method that was applied on intensity and temperature reader system. NMR work by duplicate hardware as N that works together and get the same input and then the output results are determined by voting logic using majority vote. The object of implementation is intensity sensor BH1750 and temperature sensor LM35 as input, Arduino Uno as a sensor reader and voter, and the output will be displayed in the Arduino IDE serial monitor. The redundant hardware is sensor reader, Arduino Uno. The test results showed that the system more reliable because even though one of the redundant modules was damaged, the system still operate properly from the other redundant modules that running normally. The analysis before and after the application of the TMR method, reliability system increased by 9.2% from 83.51% to 92.7%.

A place to collect is one of the management of an object that is no longer used or rusty. At the place of the clumping, the corroded object is sorted. However, rust detection is done manually through pieces with the naked eye. This method is vulnerable to human error. Based on these problems, it is necessary to have a system that can sort out the zinc automatically to facilitate the owner. In making this system, the image taken is zinc which has been corroded. This system takes the image of rust using a webcam. Rust from the image is detected using the thresholding method, then classified into mild rust or heavy rust which results will be displayed via LCD. The percentage limit of the rust classification will be determined by the decision tree method. Testing is done to find the percentage of system accuracy, and it can be concluded that the zinc painted in the rusty section has a percentage difference of 0.02 when compared to original rust, and original rust has class accuracy of 90% compared to the original class that has been determined by experts, and the execution time of this program is around 0.59.

Temprina Media Grafika is part of Jawapos Group engaged in printing and packaging services. Printing services are provided using the latest graphic technology such as high-tech printing machines so as to support the quality and quality of the products produced. But now with a sophisticated printing machine, there are several problems related to the lack of integration of customer transaction data for each division in all branches of the company. This causes the work to be less flexible and take longer time to handle it for employees. Besides the problem, there is still insufficient information given regarding the production stage of ordered items to customers. Therefore, an information system is needed to support the product ordering process. In this study, the development of information systems uses the Zachman framework because it is a logical structure to clarify and organize companies that are significant to the system development so as to get a complete organization depiction. The output of this research is the product ordering system prototype which is the result of implementation of 4 perspectives used, namely the perspective of planners, owner/ analysts, designers, and builders. Then, testing the product ordering system prototype with blackbox testing using 38 test cases which produced 100% valid result and compatibility testing using sortsite software which produced 2 critical issues in 2 browsers. The last test is user acceptance test which results in an 84.3% value for customers and 84.6% value for employees. Based on the test results above, it can be concluded that they strongly agrees with the system.

Increased use of electricity because all equipment requires an energy source. And electricity is the energy source that is most widely used in various equipment. Because more and more electricity users need a system to monitor electricity usage. There are several studies that make a system for monitoring electricity use. Existing systems are limited to monitoring electricity usage without a security system. While electricity is the cause of most of Indonesia's fires according to the central statistics agency. Because there is still no system that can detect fires due to electricity, a realtime fire warning system is created at the household electricity terminal. This study uses FreeRTOS to process sensor data. In this study, reading the current sensor, voltage sensor and temperature sensor will be more accurate in reading. Reading using FreeRTOS will produce eroor at a temperature sensor of 0.609%, a voltage sensor of 0.685% and a temperature sensor of 2.02%. Whereas when using a sequential program or an ordinary program it will produce an error of 2.219% on the current sensor, 1.05% on the voltage sensor and 4.607% this proves that there is an error difference of 1.61% on the current sensor, 0.365% on the voltage sensor and 2.587% on the sensor temperature is compared without using the FreeRTOS method with better accuracy. However, when using FreeRTOS the execution time will be 89.3 ms longer than without using FreeRTOS. With such high accuracy the system can detect that there will be a fire accurately and give the notification appropriately.

PTPN XII Gunung Gambir is a state-owned corporation that active in plantation industry located in Jember. Now Gunung Gambir manage tea and latex comodities. Everyday the outcome of production report by manual use Handy Talky and to make the report still use Microsoft Excel. The reportation of the outcome data is reported between one place to another place that usually encounter unfitted data because of the miss heard of information from the sender. The data that have sent is repeated by manual from prior report have recaped in microsoft excel. It can causes problems such as the not acurate and not simple and then the process will take long time. The recapotulation of production report by Microsoft Excel also difficult to read, to analyze, and to predict the data because most of information that shown in the form of numbers. To solve that problems we make production6 dashboard system based on web that it will be expected to simplify the sending process of data then to simplify the monitoring all the production process by simple and interesting appearance. So it can help to determine the next strategy. This research start from analyzing process of the requirement system by interview and observation directly in Gunung Gambir. The next step is planning that can be divide to architectur planning, component planning, data planning anf interface planning. The next step is implementation that relize the system that built before. Both steps are done by object oriented approach. The next step is unit testing, integration testing, and validation testing.

Choosing food has become a challenge for those who are presented with new food choices. Classification is important for those who have a strict diet regarding food that they consume. Food selection is essential for those who are visually impaired to identify food items. The classification process in this research is initiated with the pre-processing of the image, resulting in a segmented image which is then continued with feature extraction where Hue Saturation Value (HSV) for color extraction and Gray Level Co-Occurence Matrix (GLCM) for texture features. Based on features that have been extracted the next step is to gather relevant features using Information gain to reduce the workload. The last process is classification, using K-Nearest Neighbor. Accuracy results are 95,24% at best using only HSV with k=1 for feature selection. A combination of HSV and GLCM using Information gain results in a accuracy from 57,14% to 87,61%. This also applies to only using GLCM with information gain that raises the accuracy from 57,14% to. 74,28%. With the previous statement taken into consideration, Information Gain as a feature selection method increases accuracy with a significant amount and is able to obtain relevant feature if the list of features is abundant. If there are only a few features used, the accuracy increment is not that significant but it decreases the workload of the system.

Open Public Access Catalog (OPAC) is one of the systems used and utilized by the library of Brawijaya University to provide information related to the availability and collection of books owned by the library. The purpose of this study was to determine the success of the implementation of the Open Public Access Catalog (OPAC) system in the library of Brawijaya University using Delone and Mclean Model. Delone and Mclean Model consists of six variables, namely system quality, information quality, service quality, use, user satisfaction and net benefits. The population in this study was obtained from the number of active students of Brawijaya University as users of the OPAC system of 57.975 people. The data obtained from this study were obtained from questionnaires and by using the stratified purposive sampling technique, then obtained a sample of 113 respondents. The results obtained in this study are in the condition of each variable in the Delone and Mclean Model. system quality, use, user satisfaction and net benefits are in the high category while information quality and service quality variables are in the high enough category. From the results obtained, it is necessary to prioritize improvements in the indicators possessed by the Delone and Mclean Model variables with an average percentage of each indicator that is below the average percentage of the overall indicator.

Dinoyo 1 Elementary School is one of the primary education institutions in Malang city. The school has passed 8 National Standards of Education and has accreditation A. In the process of registering new students it is still done manually, causing problems in managing registration data. Student data is the official identity of each student, every semester in Dinoyo 1 Elementary School conducts the process of recollecting of the student's data that also done manually which causes the school experiencing difficulties in managing the student's data. It is necessary to have an information system that can handle these problems. In developing the information system, it is done using Waterfall model and implemented as a website. At the requirements analysis stage, 44 functional requirements and 1 nonfunctional requirement are obtained. The implementation is done using CodeIgniter framework with the Model-View-Controller pattern. Afterward, several functions are tested using validation testing. The results are all valid. Testing is also done using compatibility testing. The result shows that the system runs with Critical Issues on Firefox browser version 63 and Chrome version 70, then there are major issues if the site is accessed via Internet Explorer version 11 and Android version 4 browsers or earlier.
