Pendahuluan: Deteminasi seksual adalah salah satu aspek yang penting dalam proses identifikasi. Gigi adalah bagian dari tubuh manusia yang menunjukkan sifat dimorfisme seksual. Kecerdasan buatan adalah metode yang membuat komputer dapat mengerjakan tugas seperti dan sebaik manusia. Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui tingkat ketepatan penggunaan metode kecerdasan buatan dalam mengidentifikasi dimorfisme seksual pada gigi kaninus. Bahan dan Metode: Sampel sebanyak 100 hasil pengukuran masing-masing diameter mesiodistal, buccolingal, dan diagonal gigi kaninus model rahang atas dan bawah laki-laki dan perempuan dimasukkan ke dalam sebuah aplikasi program komputer yang menerapkan algoritma Multi Layer Perceptron (MLP). Proses pembelajaran dilakukan oleh program hingga mendapatkan pola data. Kemudian dilakukan pengujian dengan menggunakan 50 hasil pengukuran baru masing-masing 25 laki-laki dan perempuan. Analisis statistik yang digunakan adalah Koefisien Kohens Kappa dengan nilai range 0-1. Hasil: Dari pengujian didapatkan tingkat akurasi sebesar 88% dan nilai Kappa 0,76 yang menunjukkan bahwa sistem otomatisasi menggunakan metode kecerdasan buatan adalah substansial agreement (kesepakatan besar). Kesimpulan: Penggunaan metode kecerdasan buatan memberikan tinggi akurasi yang tinggi sebesar 88% pada proses identifikasi dimorfisme seksual gigi kaninus.

Background: Gender determination is an important aspect of the identification process. The tooth represents a part of the human body that indicates the nature of sexual dimorphism. Artificial intelligence enables computers to perform to the same standard the same tasks as those carried out by humans. Several methods of classification exist within an artificial intelligence approach to identifying sexual dimorphism in canines. Purpose: This study aimed to quantify the respective accuracy of the Naive Bayes, decision tree, and multi-layer perceptron (MLP) methods in identifying sexual dimorphism in canines. Methods: A sample of results derived from 100 measurements of the diameter of mesiodistal, buccolingual, and diagonal upper and lower canine jaw models of both genders were entered into an application computer program that implements the algorithm (MLP). The analytical process was conducted by the program to obtain a classification model with testing being subsequently carried out in order to obtain 50 new measurement results, 25 each for males and females. A comparative analysis was conducted on the program-generated information. Results: The accuracy rate of the Naive Bayes method was 82%, while that of the decision tree and MLP amounted to 84%. The MLP method had an absolute error value lower than that of its decision tree counterpart. Conclusion: The use of artificial intelligence methods produced a highly accurate identification process relating to the gender determination of canine teeth. The most appropriate method was the MLP with an accuracy rate of 84%.

Konsep Object Oriented Programming (OOP) merupakan pemrograman yang dibangun dengan berpusat pada beberapa objek. Dengan konsep OOP dapat dilakukan pengukuran kualitas perangkat lunak dengan melalui kemungkinan hubungan antar beberapa objek atau kopling. Perangkat lunak yang baik adalah perangkat lunak yang memiliki desain yang baik, salah satu ciri-cirinya adalah memiliki nilai kopling yang rendah. Nilai kopling yang tinggi dapat menyebabkan desain perangkat lunak yang semakin kompleks dan buruk, sehingga akan mengakibatkan sulit untuk dipahami, terutama saat maintenance. Untuk meningkatkan kualitas perangkat lunak perlu mengontrol nilai kopling agar dapat meminimalkan kompleksitas perangkat lunak. Namun perhitungan nilai kopling secara manual pada jumlah perangkat lunak yang banyak akan membutuhkan waktu dan sumber daya yang besar. Oleh karena itu dibuatlah kakas bantu perhitungan nilai kopling menggunakan metrik Cognitive Weighted Coupling Between Object (CWCBO). Metrik CWCBO merupakan metrik kopling yang didasarkan pada bobot pemahaman untuk menghitung perbedaan jenis kopling dari berbagai peneliti. Kakas bantu tersebut dibangun dengan bahasa pemrograman utama Java, library Spoon untuk menganalisis source code, dan library JFreeChart untuk menampilkan grafik. Dari hasil pengujian akurasi sistem pada 5 program inputan berbahasa Java didapatkan akurasi sebesar 100%. Pengujian akurasi dilakukan dengan membandingkan perhitungan secara manual dan dengan sistem.

Tsunami is a natural events caused by sudden alteration in sea surface vertically, causing displacement of a large volume of water. Underwater volcano eruption, earthquake that is centered under the sea, and submarine landslide are some of the causes of sudden sea level change. Tsunami have occurred many times and causing many damages and fatalities. Tsunami often occurred so suddenly and cannot be predicted is the main reason for so many damages and fatalities, and the lack of knowledge and awareness are also worsen the effect of tsunami. K-Medoids is one of many clustering method which is applied to the dataset which have outlier. Subject in this research is a clustering application using K-Medoids to cluster the tsunami event which caused by earthquake dataset. Dataset used in this research come from the tsunami events database from the official site of National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA). The outcome from this research is a system that able to do clustering process on the tsunami events dataset using K-Medoids method. From the test, it is showed that the best number of clusters for tsunami events dataset is 2 clusters.

Software requirements engineering is crucial in the software engineering process. One of the main causes of software requirements engineering failure is that the stages are not done quite well. The structuring and clearly defined semantic will make the requirement spesification easy to be understood and validated. Linguistic based modeling method and ontology be used for modeling specification and its validation base. Sistem Penilaian Prestasi Kerja Dinas Kominfo Kota Malang is used as case study in this thesis. The requirement specification which is obtained in the development process is modified and modeled into semantic model. DITA (Darwin Information Typing Achitecture) is used as semantic method which work for documenting the requirements in scenario format with additional ontology annotations. The additional ontology function is to be the reference from DITA to ontology or vice versa. It aims to facilitate the requirements understanding during the maintenance process. The requirements validation and verification is using the ontology method by applying the query to the requirements. The query results show the completeness, consistency, and correctness status toward the requirements. The benefits of performing the validation and verification to the requirements using this method are the requirements which have errors can be detected very soon and easily with the level of completeness, consistency, and correctness up to 100%.

Malang Industrial Department has duty to arrange strategic plan for measure it's work achievement. To measure goverment department's achievement, goverment has develop a system called “Sistem Akuntabilitas Kinerja Instansi Pemerintah†(SAKIP). The problem that occured in SAKIP realization is when collecting data of work achievement is to long. The other problem is the chief department can not knowing all work achievement in realtime. For now, there is no information system for manage SAKIP realization yet. Management information system make it possible for organizations to get the right information to the right person at the right time by enhancing the interaction between the organization's workers. Because of that, in this thesis project will be depeloping a web based information system for manage SAKIP realization that has a prime function to record, measure and report work achievement's result. For developing this software, will be using waterfall methodology. In waterfall model, there are 5 phases. First phase is analysis, then planning, implementation, testing and the last is maintenance. Functionality testing for this software is using white-box and black-box testing approach. The result of functionality testing indicate that this software function is appropriate with it's specification. Surya Optima Nusa Raya is a plastic Manufacturing Company. From the observations and discussions that have been conducted, found that the employees whose their contract have been expires can not confirm their attendance automatically on the attendance system that has existed in the company because the process of their extension contract has not been completed, and the agreements only occur by the mouth only, plus the attendance system considers that employees whose their contract expires has left the company without regard to the process of their extension contract has been completed or not. Early warning systems can be a solution for monitoring the contract and provide a warning. To do that, the system analyst must clarify the requirement by using some requirement analysis method in requirement engineering phase. One method that can be used to produce a more detailed requirements is to adopt a collaborative approach athena on requirements elicitation. Based on the results of the research, it can be concluded the process of requirements engineering software by applying a collaborative approach Athena successfully analyzed 24 system requirements from total of 26 requirements. Based on the results of measurement requirement metric, it can be concluded that the quality of document software requirements specification requirements that have been obtained by applying a collaborative approach athena has met some standard metrics that exist in the metric requirement

Swadaya Graha (Semen Indonesia Group) is a company engaged in the manufacture and construction services. Based on the observation results of the company project report document can be concluded that the manajer proyek at PT. Swadaya Graha has the task to manage the project (project management). There are problems that occur in the current project management process, including the need for tools to facilitate the process of planning activities and project costs, tools to control the discrepancy between the plan and the realization of the project, tools that can reduce the number of report documents that must be filled, and can provide Project data in real-time. This study aims to develop a project management application system that can assist planning, project monitoring, real-time reporting data, and as an information tool for stakeholders. Built using a software development model called waterfall, the programming method used is object-oriented programming and embraces the concept of view controller model, besides the main method used in the project activity planning is the critical path method, aims to assist the process of project preparation and project scheduling . The results of the research indicate that at the testing stage there are 3 unit tests which resulted in conclusion that the functions are easy to understand, implemented and tested, 68 validation tests showing 68 functions to work properly, and compatibility tests showing the system can be used well on 8 type of web browser.

Basic programming is a knowledge that must be mastered by every FILKOM student, but based on the result of the questionnaire found that 76% of FILKOM students are more interested in other subject. There are several things that cause students to be less interested in the basic programming courses, the limited source of material that can be obtained and learning techniques that are less varied. Therefore, this research will develop an attractive web-based java learning system by adapting the gamification and IOE-Behavior methods. Gamification method wass applied to this learning system through several features, feature that allows user one challenge other user (challenge), reward feature for user reaching certain condition, level feature and experience point. While the IOE-Behavior method was applied to the java code check feature that allows the system to check the java code automatically by comparing input and output results. This system was developed using SDLC method with waterfall model. In the final stages the system was tested using black-box testing and white-box testing methods with 100% valid test results.
