Abstract

Illegal tin mining activities are almost all Belitung province. The activity stems from government policy to help people in times of economic crisis., Allowed people to mine with simple tools. Analyzing the changes in land use are not appropriate directives spatial guidelines and the impact of environmental damage caused by the increasing number of unconventional tin mining activities. Based on the analysis of land use in 2004 compared with the 2011 land use change an area of ​​144,435.68 hectares or by 60.39% while the unchanged area of ​​94.718,67116 hectares or by 39.61%. The impact of unconventional tin mines has changed the designation of land use amounted to 9.62% of the landing area function Spatial Plan Belitung province, causing severe environmental damage. The water content under the former tin mine contaminated types of heavy metals among others ferum (Fe), lead (Pb), and arsenic (As) already exceed the normal threshold of more than 4 ppm can cause a number of diseases such as poisoning, cancer and other diseases. To reduce the impact of environmental damage caused by the activities of the tin mines unconventional, then the efforts are vigorous action to impose sanctions against people conducting tin mine unconventional and conduct reclamation activities tin mine unconventional to repair or restore the land and vegetation in forest areas damaged as a result of tin mining activities in order to function optimally as intended.

Abstract

The elements include a relational space conception of economic and political forces that influence change sacred space; perception and response of the people due to the encouragement and strength that would make changes to the sacred space, the public's understanding of the nature of the sacred space and sacred space alteration pattern is formed. In addition, it can also elaborated elements such as the public's knowledge about the sacred space and community activities in exploiting the sacred space as elements that influence the perception of and response community. In the context of the relational space, economic policy factors realized by the process of interpretation of space based on the mental aspect or thought of the actor space entrepreneurs, professionals, and stakeholders, known as conceived space / representation of space. While cultural factors realized by a process which is based on space meaning the physical and social aspects or ideas of space based on the meaning and life experiences indigenous people, known as the perceived space / spatial practice and lived space / representational space.

Abstract

The study is to assess or identify existing condition by comparing to the minimum service standards as seen from the attributes or benchmarks that have been established as well as identifying the perception of passengers against the attributes of bus services Trans Metro Bandung the attributes of security, safety, comfort, accessibility / ease , costs, equity and regularity, so that it can formulate recommendations bus service performance improvement Trans Metro Bandung especially on korior 2. in this study, the data is in getting through the primary survey with observation and distribution of questionnaires on the bus and the secondary surney literature review, policy and studies related agencies. The data is then analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis method. The findings of the study that the number of stop does not comply with the conditions of land use and activity that is seen from the level of importance and satisfaction are mapped in importance performance analysis that the reply contained in the lower quadrant are the attributes of safety, comfort and safety. If linked between the importance and priority repairs of passenger satisfaction then the main thing is the attribute of security, safety and comfort, which is important perceived by passengers. Recommended study as an input for the operators and the government in improving the performance of services as a TMB bus mass transit Bandung is to improve services that are considered bad judgment that the security attributes, attributes such as safety and comfort attributes stop condition.

Abstract

Bandung City Government through the law No. 04/2011 on the arrangement and construction of street vendors have been trying to set up and establish a ban on trade location was still not effective. The number of offenses committed by street vendors is testament to the ban was ignored. This study aimed to examine the use of the space used for informal activities such as street vendors characteristics, the characteristics of time-based space utilization, trade facilities, as well as business space it uses. The method used is descriptive qualitative research, analysis is the visual and analytical techniques applicable policies. Based on the analysis it is found that the use of space in Simpang Dago has been going on since decades ago to the present. These activities take place throughout the day, using public spaces such as sidewalks and the road leading to the use of a variety of disorders. Changes in the function of public space, congestion and chaos at a location about street vendors. The recommendation is the development of the street vendors, the timing for the use of the sidewalk, and the concept of relocation for the vendors who violate the law.

Abstract

Development of a region center of small industries affected various supporting factors which help in the success is the availability of facilities and infrastructure. As specified in the Decree of the President Pepublik Indonesia Number 41/1996 regarding Industrial estate in article 1, paragraph 1, which reads the industrial area is the area of ​​industrial activity center which is equipped with the infrastructure and facilities which is developed and managed by an industrial area has permission Industrial Area businesses. According to Presidential decree to encourage industrial activity is located in the Industrial Area and the increasing efforts of environmentally sound industrial development. Center region footwear industry Cibaduyut the travel industry zone which is quite popular among the people of Indonesia. The number of potential possessed by the center region cibaduyut become one of the attraction of the tourists visit, but limited facilities and infrastructure to be one factor in the decline in the development of the region. This study aims to assess the development of infrastructure in the center region footwear industry Cibaduyut to improve the visit of tourists. The method of qualitative analysis obtained from the questionnaires to the respondents and quantitatively based on the standards for the industrial zone. So it can be concluded that the problem of the center region Cibaduyut is infrastructure that is not in accordance with the requirements established for the industrial zone.
