This study intended to analyze the influence of work rules, managerial supervision and selfdisciplineon morale Staff Secretariat of the Council of Representatives of Regional Dompu.Using multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS software, this study analyzed a sampleof 27 Staff Secretariat of the Council of Representatives of Regional Dompu. The results ofthis study states that work rules significant effect on employee morale. Managerial oversightsignificant effect on employee morale. Personal discipline significant effect on morale StaffSecretariat of the Council of Representatives of Regional Dompu Dompu. Another result ofthis analysis states that managerial oversight dominant influence on morale Staff Secretariatof the Council of Representatives of Regional Dompu.Keywords: Rules of work, managerial oversight, discipline and morale

PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN DAN MOTIVASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN MUCHNI MARLIKAN

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership, and motivation on employee performance. The unit of analysis in this study as many as 33 units of cooperatives spread in Malang, Malang and Batu. The study population was the employees of Islamic Cooperation (BMT) as many as 170 people. The sample size of 118 people selected by using the technique of proportional sample or samples counterweight. Collecting data using questionnaires of the sample as well as respondents. Furthermore, the data were analyzed by hypothesis testing using the technique SEM (Structural Equation Modelling) and data processing using a data processing computer software program AMOS (Analysis Of Moment Structure) v.4.0. Data processing and analysis of the obtained results of this study: 1) Leadership positive and significant effect on employee performance as indicated by the level of influence with standarized value of 0.326 with a p-value level of 0.00; 2) Motivation employee positive and significant effect on the performance of employees with a degree of influence is shown by a standardized value of 0.391 to the level of p-value of 0.00. The conclusion of this research that theoretically implication is the need for cooperative scientific development by adopting the theories of economics and management of cooperative sound general (conventional) and Islamic law. This study aimed to analyze the quality control of products out white at home industryin Trenggalek. This type of research is descriptive with quantitative approach. Collectingdata using interviews and observations, data analysis techniques using four tools ofquality control, the check sheet, histogram, a causal diagram, and a control chart p. Theresults showed there are five types of damage to the product know, that smell, texture,hard, soft texture, there are dirt, and the wrong cut. The most dominant is the kind ofdamage a hard texture, which is about 54.17% compared to all the damage knew theothers. P control chart analysis results are known there are 8 observations that areoutside the control limit of a total of 10 observations.Keywords: controlling, product quality, check sheet, histogram, fishbone diagram

This study aims to see the development of the Indonesian capital market, one indicator thatis often used is the Composite Stock Price Index (CSPI), which is one of the stock marketindex used by the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI).The analytical tool used in thisresearch is multiple linear regression Composite Stock Price Index (JCI) as the dependentvariable and four independent variables, the variable rate (rate) USD / IDR, SBI interestrate, inflation and the money supply (M2 ).Based on the results SPSS calculations obtainedFcount F = 47.313 with a significance of 0.000. By using a significance level of 0.05 wasobtained value of F table 3,06. Then Fcount (47.313)> F table (3.06), or the significance ofF 0,000 showed less than 0.05 so it can be concluded that the four independent variables arethe exchange rate (exchange rate) USD / IDR, SBI interest rate, inflation and the moneysupply (M2) jointly affect the Composite Stock Price Index (CSPI) in Indonesia StockExchange (BEI). Partial variable rate (rate) USD / IDR and the money supply (M2)significantly. While the variable interest rate of SBI and inflation is not significant. And ofthe four variables of the most dominant influence on Composite Stock Price Index in theIndonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) is the exchange rate (exchange rate) USD / IDR. PENGARUH BIAYA PELAYANAN DAN MUTU PELAYANAN TERHADAP KEPUASAN PASIEN ARIS BUDIARTI

This study analyzes several variables that influence patient satisfaction in the Women's andChildren's Hospital in Malang Medika Ganesha. These variables are the cost of care andservices. By taking a sample of 71 responden questionnaire results that came to Mother andChild Hospital Medika Ganesha, and the data processed using multiple linear regression byusing SPSS software version 11.5, the result is: that most large service charge effect on patientsatisfaction with regression coefficients by 0775, while the services affecting patientsatisfaction for 0318. These results prove that the patient would be satisfied to come toWomen's and Children's Hospital Ganesha Medika, when applied to the cost of hospitalservices in accordance with their capabilities.Keywords: cost of service, quality of care, patient satisfaction.

This research is explanatory research, with hipotized test procedure for answer the questionand the research purpose. This research on the phenomenon and it’s phenomenon can beimproved become new method for completing the research that based on the phenomenon orfact. The research purpose is for analyzing fundamental variable following as: Price EarningRatio, Price to Book Value, Debt to Equity Ratio, Total Asset Turn Over, Return onInvestment, Return on Equity, Net Profit Margin and Operating Profit Margin, that effectsimultanouesly and parsial to equity price in the mining sector and then for analyzingfundamental variable that mostly effect or dominant to equity price in mining company whichgo public in Bursa Efek Indonesia. Taking the research data, researcher uses population wayand sample. Population means elements that can be used to make several conclutions, besiderelement is subject which measure’s taken.Analyzing method’s used in this research is double linier regretion with the smallest kuadranmethod. This statistic analyzing method’s chosen because this research’s designed for knowingaffected variable from independent variable to depend variable that based on pooling data(time series and cross sectional). Research result shows that statistic calculation from F valueis described as Price Earning Ratio, Price to Book Value, Debt to Equity Ratio, Total AssetTurn Over, Return on Invesment, Return on Equity, Operating Profit Margin, and Net ProfitMargin, simultanouesly have significant effect to stock price, that in statistic can be accepted.Result of t value shows that Operating Profit Margin variable have regretion coefficient morethan Price Earning Ratio, Price to Book Value, Debt to Equity Ratio, Total Asset TurnOver, Return on Invesment, Return on Equity and Net Profit Margin. Finally Price EarningRatio that’s guessed have dominant effect for stock price, statisticly is not eccepted.Keywords: Analyzing Fundamental, Price Stock.

PENGARUH CURRENT RATIO, DEBT TO EQUITY RATIO DAN RETURN ON INVESTMENT TERHADAP HARGA SAHAM PERUSAHAAN FOOD & BAVERAGES ILMIYATUS SAJIYAH

This study aims to identify and analyze the financial statements based on the Current Ratio(CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Return On Investment (ROI) Share Price Food &baverages Companies Listed on the Stock Exchange in 2010-2014. Data were obtained fromthe annual financial statements and the Annual Report of the Investment Gallery STIEIndonesia Malang and Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period 2010-2014. Thisresearch is a quantitative research. The population in this study using all companies listedon the Stock Exchange with a company specializing in food and beverages totaling 19issuers during the period 2010-2014 and the number of samples as many as six companiesthrough random sampling method.The results showed that partially shows that the Current Ratio (CR) and Debt to EquityRatio (DER) and no significant negative effect on stock price. While simultaneously variableCurrent Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Return On Investment (ROI) onstock prices. And the results also showed that the Return On Investment (ROI) has a positiveand significant impact on stock price of companies Food & baverages 2010-2014.Keywords: Capital Markets, the Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), ReturnOn Investment (ROI) and stock price.
