Abstract

Simpang empat Jalan HR Soebrantas, Jalan Raya Pekanbaru, Jalan Kubang Raya, dan Jalan Garuda Sakti Pekanbaru merupakan jalan raya yang padat akan kendaraan, dan sering terjadi masalah dikarenakan tidak adanya lampu lalu lintas untuk mengatur lalu lintas pada simpang tersebut. Untuk itu perlu direncanakan traffic light pada simpang empat tersebut agar dapat mengatasi kemacetan yang terjadi dan mengurangi tingkat kecelakaan, dan dapat membuat lalu lintas pada simpang empat tersebut berjalan dengan baik, aman, dan nyaman. Tujuan penelitian untuk merencanakan traffic light pada persimpangan Jalan HR Soebrantas, Jalan Raya Pekanbaru, Jalan Kubang Raya, dan Jalan Garuda Sakti. Metode penelitian yang digunakan merupakan metode dari Pedoman Kapasitas Jalan Indonesia (PKJI) 2014. Hasil penelitian didapat volume lalu lintas maksimum terjadi pada hari senin tanggal 17 Februari 2020, perencanaan dengan 2 fase didapat hasil waktu siklus 33 detik dengan derajat kejenuhan <0,65, perencanaan 3 fase didapat waktu siklus 77 detik dengan derajat kejenuhan <0,85 dan perencanaan 4 fase didapat hasil waktu siklus 145 detik dengan derajat kejenuhan 0,90. Kesimpulan yang didapat dari hasil perencanaan, persimpangan lebih baik digunakan pengaturan 3 fase karena waktu siklus yang didapat lebih kecil dari waktu siklus layak yaitu 77 detik < 100 detik dengan derajat kejenuhan < 0,85.

Abstract

At this time construction of the royal house is growing very fast at Batam City. The matter proves that are people's construction is successfully for planning the building at Batam City. Floor Slab Analysis with Hirzfeld Method done for knowing the main deflection coefficient and flexible moment of the floor slabs with different dimensions are have different four cases. After analyzed then, obtain results that are the higher dimension of the floor slab then obtain the higher deflection coefficient and flexible moment also.

Abstract

Kampar watershed has a length of 580 km, with a catchment area of 21,086 km2, a maximum discharge of 2,200 m3 / s, a minimum discharge of 49 m3 / s. The largest level of damage in 4 major watersheds in Riau Province is located in the Kampar watershed, reaching 5,986 hectares. This study aims to analyze the effect of changes in land cover on surface runoff in the right sub-watershed using SWAT (hydrological model (soil water assessment tool). From the research results, changes in land use from 2009 to 2018 tend to increase precipitation from 3866.33 mm to 4687.94. Significant changes occurred in the water yield or the total amount of water entering the main river during the simulation period from 1722.65 mm to 3633.75 mm. The results of the calibration using the monthly discharge data from 2010 - 2011, the results of observations and predictions on the Lake Bingkuang SPAS were 276.70 m3 / s and 354.98 m3 / s. The results of the validation using the monthly discharge data for 2018 are 115.63 m3 / s and 93.03 m3 / s. The weight value and score of each performance of the right Kampar Sub-watershed in 2009 - 2018 shows that the percentage of vegetation cover (PPV) with a weight of 20%, a score of 0.5. Flow Regim Coefficient with a weight of 5%, a score of 0.75, while the annual flow coefficient with a weight of 5%, score, 0.5. The total number of watershed performance assessments with a weight of 30%, a score of 1.75, and the results of the assessment is 16.25 so that the performance results of the right Kampar Sub-watershed is 0.54.

Abstract

Jalan Taluk Kuantan – Batas Provinsi Sumatera Barat merupakan salah satu ruas jalan alternatif yang dapat menghubungkan tiga provinsi yaitu, Provinsi Riau, Provinsi Sumatera Barat, dan Provinsi Jambi. Jalan tersebut merupakan jalan Nasional (lintas tengah) dengan jumlah LHR yang cukup tinggi, sehingga mengakibatkan kerusakan pada badan jalan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai tingkat kerusakan lapisan perkerasan lentur guna mengetahui jenis dan tingkat kerusakan yang terjadi serta menentukan jenis pemeliharaan yang sesuai. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode Asphalt institute, untuk menentukan nilai kondisi perkerasan (Pavement Condition Rating) PCR. Adapun jenis kerusakan yang terdapat pada jalan ini di antaranya Ambles 2,303%, sungkur 1,499%, retak memanjang 0,395%, retak kulit buaya 0,312%, retak blok 0,297%, retak berkelok 0,149%, retak pinggir 1,379%, butiran lepas 0,120%, kegemukan 0,043%, aus/agregat licin 2,397%, terkelupas 0,126%, lubang 0,030%. Persentase total kerusakan jalan di sepanjang lokasi penelitian adalah: 9,05%, Nilai Indeks Kondisi kerusakan jalan menurut metode Asphalt Institute adalah 90,95%. Sehingga diperlukan pemeliharaan rutin seperti, pengisian retak , menutup lobang (patching)

Abstract

The problem of congestion in Indonesia is often resolved only by improving / supplying the road network through widening or adding roads. This is a practical strategy to respond to the demand for increased transportation, but this strategy is temporal in nature and actually encourages higher growth rates of motorized vehicles in cities. Traffic management is one of the traffic management strategies that make maximum use of existing transportation infrastructure and facilities. The Central Business District (CBD) or the City Center Region (DPK) is the center of all city activities and a strategic location for city-scale trading activities. One of the traffic problems in Pekanbaru City, especially the activity center area of ​​Jalan Jenderal Sudirman (in front of STC - Jalan Ir Juanda) is the poor performance level of the road both in terms of speed, traffic volume and also the density that occurs on the Jalan Jenderal Sudirman section. . From these problems, the problem solving is through traffic management by applying several scenarios using vissim, namely controlling street vendors, on street parking control, one-way / flow diversion systems and signalized intersection cycle arrangements. The most optimal scenario is to control the parking lot and change the parking angle of Jalan General Sudirman and Jalan Juanda to an angle of 300 and the application of Jalan M. Yamin into a one-way system to Jalan Sudirman and setting the cycle of signalized intersections so that the performance of the road is smaller at the level C (0.45-0.74).

Abstract

In Pekanbaru City, students' trips to and from school tend to use private vehicles, be it motorbikes or those delivered by parents, so the available urban transportation is less attractive. Almost 75% of students use motorbikes, this situation can certainly affect student safety. This can be seen from the number of accidents in 2017 which placed the student profession as a victim in the 2nd position. Therefore, it is necessary to plan safe, comfortable, precise and safe school transportation. This research was conducted at schools in the Lima Puluh District area. The analysis used the method of calculating potential demand, service routes, types and number of fleets. Based on the demand for school transportation, the school bus transportation service area is divided into 6 school transportation routes. The fleet used is medium buses. The operational plan for school transportation is divided into 3 shifts, namely morning, afternoon and evening

Abstract

Site class F is a profile of soil layers that are prone to failure or collapse due to earthquake loads such as liquefaction, highly sensitive clays, weak cemented soils, and highly organic clays that require specific geotechnical investigations and site-specific response analysis. One of the factors that influence design of earthquake-resistant the building structures is condition of the soil layer and and analysis structure. This study aims to evaluate the performance of reinforced concrete structures on site class F using the pushover analysis method. Pushover analysis is a non-linear static method in which a structure is subjected to gravitational loading and a lateral load pattern controlled by monotonic displacement which continues to increase through elastic and inelastic behavior until final conditions are reached. The results showed that the performance level of the pushover analysis structure based on the ATC-40 structure is included in the Damage Control category level.
